Best way of doing this is to play the Combined Arms Moshpit playlist that's under Featured. The best maps are Armada and Crossroads. Use the boat on Armada and tank on Crossroads. To keep track of how many vehicles kills you've got, go to Barracks -> Medals ->look for the medal called Weapons Hot.
The tank is a bit easier I think as you can stay back and snipe people with it. The boat is harder as you're more exposed to C4 and launchers that you can use from under water.

By far easiet map is Armada and take the boat, there's like 5 seconds respawn cool down after vehicle destroyed. Good luck.

just play COMBINED ARMS MOSHPIT and use the tanks the snow map is the best i found for kills i was getting 10-15 kills per game. Hope this helps

You can also use the boat on Armada as well to rake in the kills, there’s 4 boat spawns which spawn within 30 seconds of being blown up, letting you basically just keep yourself in one the whole time. There’s 1 in each spawn, and 1 on the ship flags in the water behind each stationary boat.

here is a guide for how to get Mean Machine & Go The Distance at the same time
basically to go for the vehicle kills i recommend playing the combined arms moshpit mode under the featured table and using the boat on armada ... you can easily get at least 20 kills a game with that thing
you can also use the jet ski ... and the tank on the other main map for this game mode ( i forgot what its called)
if you dont want to play this mode you can use the rc xd score streak in a normal match
the snowmobiles and motorbikes also count in the dirty bomb game mode
for the 50 wins its simply a case of playing the game mode your best at because they all count :)

The best way I got this done was to play Combined Arms on Crossroads and Armada. On the map Crossroads get to the tanks and get kills. On the map Armada it's the gunships you're looking to grab. ***The medal you are looking to get is called Weapons Hot, listed on your profile under BARRACKS>MEDALS>COMBAT.*** 100 kills will get this achievement.
NOTE*** You will not see the Weapons Hot Medals pop on your screen until you die, Then they will stack like crazy if you did well.
However, there is a faster way to add towards this Achivement. RC-XD's. Because the achievement mentions that you have to be the driver, pilot or passenger, this opens up other opportunities to score towards this achievement. I played with RC-XD's ***The badges can be tracked under SCORESTREAKS>KABOOM*** In combination with Weapons Hot they will get you closer to the Achivement.
I changed my Scorestreak loadouts to be RCXD, Armour and Care Packages (with Engineer on to try to reroll for more RCXD's) Also with the lowscore streaks you have a better chance of getting more of them in a match.
This was just the best way for me. If you have better ideas, let me now and I'll add them.

This achievement is a whole lot more tedious than it should be, the main way of doing this was to use vehicles in game modes that had them, however absolutely nobody plays them anymore, so the best way to currently do this is to get the kills using the RCXD Scorestreak as you can acquire it in normal multiplayer games, it will take a while to get all the kills this way, but it is a lot more consistent than trying to find games in modes with actual vehicles. If you can somehow find a game of combined arms(or have a team to boost with), the fastest method is to use the Helicopter that is in some of the maps and blow absolutely everyone up until you unlock the achievement.
