How to unlock the Full Lockdown achievement in Call of Duty: Black Ops II - Definitive Guide

For this achievement, you will need to guide Brutus around to every *POWERED* perk machine (5), have FULLY built both recipes at their corresponding table (2), the plane assembly point with a single part of the plane (ONLY TAKES 1) and finally the mystery box (1). Pack-a-punch and barriers are not required. As far as the acid kit goes, it can be built either in the cafeteria or behind electric cherry. Whichever bench you didn’t choose will not have to be locked down. This can be done on easy or original.

NOTE: I've added a video from NGTzombies for those that would rather a visual instead. I take ZERO credit for the video.

USEFUL INFORMATION:

You'll probably notice when going for this that Brutus will not strike the perk machines/crafting benches/plane/mystery box when you are next to it... He'll end up going for you instead. However, if you have it in between you and him, so he has to walk past it, it'll be as if it distracted him.

You will know once the object is in lock down as it will be consumed in flames and have the prompt "2000 points to unlock". Once the object is locked, LEAVE IT LOCKED. This does not have to be done within one round nor with one Brutus. As long as every object is simultaneously locked you'll be rewarded.

When Brutus spawns try to get as much locked down as you can but if he starts to become a hassle to keep whilst fighting off the other zombies, then you may well be better off killing him and waiting for him to spawn around 4-5 rounds later when you are more prepared.

I have wrote the guide as if you were to power each of the perks individually one at a time. Although, after going to the Golden Gate Bridge once, all of the perks will be automatically powered. If you would rather do it that way then feel free to not worry about powering the machines as you go but you will have to do a whole cycle, which may ultimately take longer. Depending on how well you know the map and where the plane parts are.

NOTE: Ensure that each of the perks have been powered before attempting the lock-down and as far as the perks having to be purchased goes, THEY DON’T. Also you can carry all three of the recipe parts at once unlike the plane parts.

PREPARATION:

CELLS:

Acid Gat Kit Part 1, Briefcase:
Once out of the spawn room and into the cell corridors, you will need to keep an eye open for the briefcase part for the acid gat kit. It can spawn in several locations within these cell corridors on the lower floor. Here are the most common spawns:

1) Once you buy the cell door from the spawn's library (1,000 Points) it will be on a small hospital trolley on the right.

2) From the previous, go up the ramp (to the left) then take a right and proceed to buy the cell door straight ahead (1,000 Points). Passing through the door, take a left and purchase the door ahead also (1000 points). From here keep going straight, to fall off onto the right-hand side. It will be lying close to the red fuse box.

Potential Warden’s Key Location 1:
From the red fuse box, go left around the corner and you should see the key dangling on a hook ahead up high. If not, it'll be at the other potential spawn location. To get this one, you will need to use the fuse box to get into afterlife, go into the blue afterlife doorway up high (to the left of the fuse box) and then zap the control panel. It should now be lowered and obtainable in normal mode.

3) If you still haven’t found the briefcase part then from the red fuse box, go around the corner to the left and up the two sets of stairs to your immediate left. Take a right then go down the center stairs ahead. Under these stairs is where the part can spawn.
Now move onto the Warden’s office which can be located straight ahead going down the previously mentioned stairs.

WARDENS OFFICE:

Perk 1, Speed Cola and Potential Warden’s Key Location 2:
To get into the Warden’s office you will need to use the red fuse box opposite the entrance. You should now notice a glowing blue afterlife doorway above (and slightly to the left of) the entrance. It might take a couple jumps but once in zap the control panel on the left for the key (if it spawned here) and then take a right, go down the stairs and zap the volt meter. BEFORE YOU REVIVE YOURSELF, zap the volt meter beside the speed cola machine to save yourself/yourselves wasting any more afterlife tokens than needed. From the entrance, go through the doorway on the distant left. Go straight through this room and you'll see speed cola on the far side of this room, to the left. You will see the Warden’s key dangling to the left of the entrance now as well (if it spawned here).

Acid Gat Kit Part 2, Pump:
Lying on the ground somewhere within these rooms in the Warden’s office will be the second of the three acid kit parts.

Potential Box Spawn 1:
If you are fortunate enough the box will have spawned in the middle room. I strongly recommend saving your points for barriers, doors and juggernog so you can have this accomplished by round 15 tops but it might be worth a single go.

From the Warden’s office go down the hallway, up the stairs straight ahead and keep heading straight. Jump off, down to the cafeteria entrance. At this point it may well be round 5-7 so feel free to purchase the mp5 opposite the entrance if you’re in need of a gun.

CAFETERIA:

Potential Box Spawn 2:
After buying the door to the cafeteria (1,000 Points) head forwards into what was the cafeteria and it’ll be on the left.

Possible Acid Kit Assemble Bench 1:
At the far side of this room, around the flaming tables and rubble, will be one of the two work benches you can assemble the Acid Gat Kit at.

From the bench going back around to the entrance is the acid trap. Halfway across it is a door to the right which will lead to the infirmary (1,000 Points).

INFIRMARY AND ROOFTOP:

Acid Gat Kit Part 3, Acid Bottle:
After heading up the stairs go through the doorway on the left-hand side. In this hallway of doors, the bottle will sometimes spawn on the hospital trolley sitting in the corner ahead to the right.

If not it will be through the doorway ahead and straight across in one of the rooms with the baths full of blood.

Potential Box Spawn 3:
The mystery box spawn will be in the first room with the bath full of blood, along the wall, to your right as you enter.

Now, go back down to the cafeteria and assemble the acid kit on the previously mentioned bench to then head back up to the infirmary.

Perk 2, Deadshot Daiquri and Plane Part:
Once back up the stairs go through the hallway of doors and then take a left. You should now see a locked cabinet straight ahead with a glowing plane part inside it and a red fuse box on the wall to the left. Unlock the cabinet to retrieve the plane part. To open the roof you will need to go into afterlife and then get to the hallway of doors. You should see the glowing, blue, afterlife doorway on the wall beside you. Once through it, you will need to pull yourself up onto the roof by holding "A", then head to the left of the plane assembly towards the doorway. Simply zap the volt meter beside the door, head down the stairs to then zap the volt meter beside deadshot daiquri also.

Plane Assembly:
You will now have access to the plane assemble point on the ramp so add the part you had just collected and don’t worry about the rest, one works just fine.

CELLS AND CATACOMBS:

Perk 3, Electric Cherry:
Now you will want to make your way back down to the cafeteria entrance. From here take the two sets of stairs (on the left) upwards to then go straight ahead and take a right into the middle. Straight ahead are some stairs that take you to a barred door (2,000 Points). Through here on the left will be electric cherry. Instead of turning left to the perk machine keep going straight and you’ll see the red fuse box on wall to the right-hand side. Go into afterlife and power up electric cherry.

Perk 4, Double Tap:
With your back to electric cherry, head left and then once you get to the bridge jump off to the right and head down the corridor. At the end take a left down the stairs to the door for the catacomb tunnels (1,500 Points). Go through the current room and you will see double tap straight ahead in the next. A red fuse box can be found back up the stairs on the wall opposite the Warden’s office.

Potential Box Spawn 4:
From double tap go through the archway into the room with two pillars in the middle. Then take a left it'll be right in front of you beside a gate.

Next, go through the gate beside the box spawn (1,000 Points) and head down the stairs and spiral staircase. To the right of the number panel will be another door (1,000 Points) which will lead down two sets of stairs and into a wide, open tunnel ahead.

NOTE: This tunnel is a perfect place to hold off zombies if you need to get down to the last few as long as you leave the 2,000 point door closed.

DOCKS:

Shield Part 1, Cell Door:
The first part of the zombie shield can be found either leaning on a wall in the wide tunnel (on the right end) or if you go back the way you came but through the doorway on the right (instead of left up the stairs) it will be leaning against the doorway on the other side. The cell door can additional be found on the right as you're going up the spiral staircase

Shield Part 2, Clamp:
For the next part you will have to purchase the jail cell doors (1,500 Points) into the motor room and the clamp will be in here either on the shelf with the skulls candles, on the two shelf stands in the corner (to the left) or on the other side by the locked door.

Zombie Shield Assemble Bench:
You will want to buy the locked door in the motor room (1,500 Points) and it will be to your left.

Shield Part 3, Industrial Crate Trolley:
Head down away from the shield work bench and go around the crates to the left. Leaning against these crates somewhere is the Industrial Crate Trolley.

Potential Box Spawn 5:
Next to these crates will also be the last mystery box location close to the tower trap switch. Now you’re going to want to go back up to the bench and build the zombie shield.

Perk 5, Juggernog:
Facing away from the workbench, start to walk away from it and you’ll see some stairs to the left. Up these stairs and then left is a red fuse box with juggernog just down the steps next to it. Power up juggernog in the afterlife mode and purchase it as soon as you can.

Now you will want to camp in the tunnel with your back(s) to the 2,000 point door until Brutus decides to turn up. Alternatively, you can get down to the last couple of zombies and spawn Brutus by spending so much at the mystery box or by starting the laundry machine in the shower room. When he finally does show up, keep running up and down the tunnel getting down to the last few zombies whilst he chases you.

NOW TO JUST LOCKDOWN EVERYTHING:

NOTE: As you are following the next steps make sure to get him to LOCK YOUR MYSTERY BOX where ever that may be.

Once you are left with a couple walkers and Brutus buy the 2,000 point door and stand just beyond juggernog so you don’t get his attention. Go down the stairs and back up to the zombie shield bench. Then start to head back up the spiral stairs and go around to the right for double tap.

Proceed to head up the stairs past double tap and into the Warden’s office on the left for speed cola. Take him around the desk and back out towards the stairs straight ahead. From here, head left and up the stairs straight ahead and left again for electrical cherry. Head around and behind electrical cherry until you get to the bridge, where you will need to fall to the left.

You will now be at the entrance to the cafeteria so head Brutus around to the acid gat upgrade bench and then up to the infirmary. Go straight through the hallway of doors, to the left and up the stairs past deadshot daiquiri. Now you will just need the plane to be locked. The second he starts to lock it the achievement should pop. clap

I found that after going to the Golden Gate Bridge once, all of the perks would be automatically powered. Don't know if this makes the 'cheevo any easier, but I thought I'd add that tidbit.

In case anyone is wondering you DO NOT need to have everything locked by the same Warden. I know that I was questioning that.

I also did this on Easy in Custom.

Helped me tremendously, thank you! It was great to know I didn't have to have one brutus to lock down everything in one run. Also very accurate on everything else to the "T" unlike one of the earlier guides that said tables with or without parts weren't required. Pffffftttttt LMAO!!

Seriously though, very nicely done buddy.

Another spawn point (at least for us) was activating the laundry machine. If you have a chance to power every perk machine up, this might help as well

GREAT guide! Done solo on easy at Round 9! Hit the box 3-4x in the cafeteria to get Brutus to spawn with 2 zombies left that wave.

Was very nervous about this one as I get a bit claustrophobic on this map and also get turned around easily. The initial area is straightforward (rounds 1-3), then a round or two in the cafeteria circling is all it took to eventually get down to the hallway outside Jugg which is, like you said, the best place to go. Still had a couple close calls but once I could afford Jugg and bought the MP5 down there to compliment my M14, it wasn't too bad.

Thanks again!!!

Feeling demotivated to do this solo after just completing the "break the cycle" achievement so I'll wait for someone who wants to boost, I won't be getting rid of my 360 or BO2 so send me a message if you want to boost it with me whenever.

Your guide is spot on, but something you might want to add is that if you do this with at least 1 other person on easy difficulty there is a good way to do this. Do all of the steps to build the plane and ride it to the bridge so the everything is powered up. Make sure all of the doors to the perk machines are open and tables are built ect. Then build up a stash of points. Now if you camp out in the cafeteria, save a zombie at the end, then have 1 person keep getting the box even if they don't need a weapon, as this seems to be a very consistent way to spawn Brutus. Then you can take Brutus round the map, and if he teleports he will end up where your buddy is and it will be easy to run him and the zombie in a circle until you can return and split them up again. Me and a friend did this with ease in one go doing this. And afterwards I kept getting the box just to see if it was making him spawn, and sure enough every 5 or 10 goes on the box he would appear.

Just a list of everything so you don't forget something. I am printing this out to use with a friend while we're going for it since I don't have my computer handy while I play. compute

Acid Gat Kit (Assembled)
Zombie Shield (Assembled)

Airplane (At least one part added)

Dead Shot Daiquiri
Double Tap
Electric Cherry
Juggernog
Speed Cola

Mystery Box

Notes:

Can be done on any difficulty (Easy or Original)

Completing the cycle (Flying to the bridge and coming back) one time activates all perk machines.

Unnecessary things Brutus also likes to destroy:

Barriers
Pack-A-Punch? (I haven't ever seen him destroy it, but it's not required. Just wanted to clarify)
Unused workbenches

Ok guys follow the steps that Tgamesmaster has produced to find the parts for "zombie shield, Acid kit and (plane parts)

I did this achievement today and I did it solo my tips/survival tips are the following

1. Before you revive yourself go through the cell which is only available with afterlife mode to hit the switch to get 2x (do not use this in round 1 or 2)

2. On round 3 if you haven't opened the first door (libary and staircase) purchase the weapon by the stairway door and grab the double points as soon as the zombies come in a (rape train) go for headshots after you have survived round 3 open up the door (collecting acid part(s)) and key (only available in afterlife) go and open the door to the cannel tunnel and of course open the door with (afterlife) to go to the speed cola machine and box (randomly changes locations) turn on speed cola and double tap in the same afterlife (save some for other perk machines)

3. GET A WEAPON OUT OF BOX IF IT IS THERE or purchase the UZI (your choice) continue surviving in the surrounding area until you have enough points to open up the room by the (number generator thingy) (1000 points) if you have around 4000 points or more I would recommend going though the gate with generators and opening the door at the other side, when entering the docks purchase the weapon at the end (1500 points) enter afterlife when safe to do so and turn on JUGGANOG machine and power the gate next to weapon (unlock using key before doing so) - (not required) and also power the gondola ---- whilst in the docks area look for the parts for the shield (follow guide above for locations) after finding the parts have at least 2 zombies alive and quickly build the riot shield/zombie shield at the table near the (hells retriver head)

4. On the same round you built the zombie shield take a ride on the gondola and go and power the cherry blossom perk machine.

5. continue going past the table/perk machine and enter the room towards the "plane" in here you are required to go into afterlife mode to open the door to the plane, when powering the room go through it and power "dead shot" now you have powered all 5 perk machines.

6. whilst you are in the room you will notice a acid part in the surrounding area find this and pick it up (now you should have all 3 ingredients for the acid) if you did not pick up the plane part in the docks you will notice a glass cabinet with a part inside it, simply unlock it and take it to the roof and build the plane (1 part needed), now go back where the cherry blossom perk is and build your acid gun changer thing lol (note: you do not need to have the required shotgun for this to be locked) now simply survive until the guard is ready to spawn

7. if the brutus spawns randomly near you (usually happens) and you have a lot of zombies after you (depending on the round level) I would recommend making a rape train and killing zombies in front of you as you progress around and leave at least one zombie alive (if you can) now simply run past all perk machines/benches and the box and the plane sorry and the guard should lock them as he passes (sometimes he will ignore the perks/benches/plane and box and just chase you, if this happens simply run faster and drop down any places where you can (because the brutus don't jump down he runs around) at this stage you should run past all lockable items again and eventually he will lock them

I did this between round 10-13 but you maybe lucky enough to do it before hand (depending on if you get double points/instakills alot)

NOTE: try to avoid picking up nukes unless you are trapped and have no choice

I will upload a short video showing you what the perks/benches/box and plane looks like when it has been locked

if you are having problems with this and would prefer me to show you step by step video please comment or message me on xbox live and I will try my best to explain it more clearly

Good luck guys

I made a video a while back, so if you don't fancy reading all the text in other peoples solution; my video shows you all the locations you need to lock down for the achievement. Thanks.

For this achievement you will need to have everything powered on, both items built, and at least one part on the plane. Brutus or the Warden spawns randomly throughout the round. If you take the plane before you try for the achievement everything will be powered on when you return. Just put one gas can on the plane for it to be "Warden Ready."

So you will need a Warden to spawn and then you need to lead him around the entire map. Try to make sure there's only a few zombies left and don't kill the Warden. He will go over anything he passes and destroy it. It will cost 2000 points to repair but don't do that until you get the achievement.

These are the items you must bring him to.

  • All Perks Machines - Juggernog, Speed-Cola, Double Tap, Electric Cherry, and Deadshot Daiquiri
  • Mystery Box - You may need to hit the box with him around for him to destroy it.
  • All Crafting Tables - There are a total of three around the map. Two of which need to have an item built on it (Shield and Acid Gat Kit).
  • Plane - It must have one part on it for the Warden to destroy it (Plane part or gas can)

At this point it should unlock if everything was done correctly. Window barriers do not count.

For this trophy Brutus has to take down the following:

  • Juggernog
  • Speed Cola
  • Dead Shot Daiquiri
  • Electric Cherry
  • Double Tap
  • Mystery Box
  • Workbench with acid kit on
  • Workbench with zombie shield on
  • Plane with at least 1 part on

The easiest way to do this is to wait until Brutus spawns, then kill all of the other zombies and then just lead Brutus around the whole of the map. It is difficult to make him lock these things quickly as most of the time he tries to hit you, but if you linger around the immediate vicinity, he will eventually hit them and lock them. This does not have to be done with one Brutus, and it is fine to unlock things, as long as everything listed above has been locked at some point in the game you'll get the trophy (Thanks yatzer for this info!)

For this achievement, you need to guide Brutus (the Huge guy in the headset) across the entire map, or rather, through all the perks, boxes and tables on the map so that he breaks them! At the same time, Acid Improver and Zombie Shield must be collected on 2 tables!

Step 1: Open all doors leading to perks, workbenches, plane and active crate.
Step 2: Activate all the perks, collect a shield, a device that turns Blunderbuss into Acidton and an airplane.
Step 3: After Brutus appears, leave 2-3 zombies and Brutus alive.
Step 4: Run with Brutus all over the map so that he breaks all the perks, workbenches, plane and box.
