In order to unlock the Pack-A-Punch you must open all 3 areas (Journey Into Space, Polar Peak & Kepler System), power them, and activate all 4 portals on the level. Once you have done this, you can use the main portal in the middle of the map to gain access to the projection room which has the Pack-A-Punch machine that will accept any gun + $5000 to work.
This will require you to reach at least Scene 8 and spend your money wisely; and can be done solo or in a team. The teleport locations as well as more details can be seen in the video.
[1:00] - Journey Into Space

[3:05] - Projection Room / Pack-A-Punch Machine
There are 2 portals in district Oddysey into Space, 1 in Kepler System, 1 in Polar Peak.
Oddysey Into Space #1: In the arcade room, check for power switch on the wall. Portal is right next to the power switch.
Oddysey Into Space #2: Follow the path behind the DJ. Then backtrack to the DJ to find the portal.
Kepler System: When you come from the center of the map you must open the first door on the left in Kepler district and go upstairs. Power switch is on the wall. Go back downstairs for the portal.
Polar Peak: Upstairs in the Polar Peak district. Must unlock a door to get upstairs, then find power switch on the wall. Now go back downstairs to find the portal.
You can be done with this by round 6-8 if you open only the required doors.
There are 5 power switches on the map that must be activated.

Just past star mission trap, before the bumper cars

To the left of the portal, near the disco dance floor
-Kepler area
Up the stairs to the left of the portal. Immediately at the top of the stairs on a wall.
-Triton Area
At the top of the walkway, in the area opposite the Triton Rollercoaster
After activating the power in the area, hold on the console next to the teleporter nearby, each area has one.
Enter the teleporter and it will take you to the teleporter in the centre of the map.
On top of the teleporter will be 4 lights.
Yelllow: Teleporter not yet activated
Blue: Teleporter has been activated
Ensure you go to each of the 4 teleporters and then travel through them. Once all 4 teleporters have been activated, you can hold on the central teleporter and travel to the Projector Room.
You have 30 seconds in this room to Pack-a-Punch your weapon(s).
Each time you Pack-a-Punch it will cost you $5000
Hold on the projector to the right of the soul jar to Pap it. Once you do this your trophy will pop.
This trophy is awarded for opening and using the Pack a Punch machine in the Zombies in Spaceland map. This is done by going through each of the four teleporters located around the map once the power in each of their areas has been turned on, then going through the teleporter in the central area of the map to go to the projection room where the Pack a Punch machine is located. Once inside you can Pack a Punch a gun for a total of 5000 points.
If you look above the teleporter in the main area, there are four lights above it that correspond with each of the other four teleporters in the map. You can use these to see which teleporters you have gone through if you forget. Blue means the teleporter has been used and yellow means it has not.
Lights corresponding to teleporters are:
Outside left - Journey to Space
Inside Left - Arcade
Inside Right - Polar Peak
Outright Right - Keplar System
There is also a portal in each section, with a console next to it. When the power is turned on, you can interact with the console, which activates the portal next to it. Go into the portal, and you end up at the portal in the beginning area.
If you look above this portal, there are 4 lights. They are either yellow or blue. Yellow stands for a portal that you not yet have gone through, blue is for a portal that you did go through.
So go through all 4 portals, making all lights blue, and then you can access the Pack-A-Punch.
Pack-A-Punching a weapon costs $5000, so make sure you have that.
Now you to the portal with the lights, and you can use it now! It wil lead to the projector room, which is where the Pack-A-Punch machine is. Stick you weapon into it and pop goes to trophy!
