How to unlock the STARWARD PASSAGE achievement in Citizen Sleeper - Definitive Guide

Having finished the Ankhita storyline earlier in the game and then completing the Bliss storyline located in the hub in the later game will eventually lead to 2 possible endings:

Leaving with Bliss and Ankhita (this achievement) choose this one first. Then you can continue and instead decide to stay and help Moritz for another ending achievement and continue living in the Eye for the chance at a few other endings.

Short version: Complete both Ankhita's and Bliss's quests/drives, then leave the Eye on the Ambergris.

Long version:

If minimizing the number of playthroughs, do this achievement first before going fo the other achievement tied to Bliss and the Ambergris, The Fixed Stars. Doing Starward Passage first will put you back at the main menu, leaving your autosave right before the final dialogue where you lock in the choice between the two endings/achievements. Then you can load your save and get The Fixed Stars right after. However, if you do The Fixed Stars first without doing Starward Passage, the game will put you back on the Eye and autosave, locking you out of the other ending and requiring another playthrough.

You will need to complete quests for both Ankhita and Bliss for this achievement. Bliss's quests are detailed below, while Ankhita's quests are detailed in The Bad End.
Citizen SleeperTHE BAD ENDThe THE BAD END achievement in Citizen Sleeper worth 58 pointsFind an old crew mate at the edge of the rim.

Go to The Hub, which is accessed by taking the Ascender Car (close to the transit to Greenway) up to the Eye's central hub. Complete at least 4 sections of exploration. This will unlock Bliss's location; you'll be required to go through a dialogue with her. Afterwards, the map icon for Bliss's Bay will appear. The only option at this location is to pay 100 cryo in order to invest in Bliss. Doing so will start a 3-cycle timer for "Repair Bid." Keep yourself alive and healthy while it counts down.

Warning: the next section will require you to complete a task within 3 cycles. It's very doable, but I recommend not juggling several other quests at this time.

You'll be forced into a dialogue with Moritz when you leave your abode after the countdown ends. He tells you to head over to Bliss's bay (now labeled "Embers Wake"), so do that. Bliss's Bay now has a 3-cycle timer "Embers Wake Contract". Before that counts down, repeat Endure action "Tank Recladding" and/or complete Engineer critical action "Full System Flush" enough times to fill the 8-section "Sealing the Leaks" wheel. After completing the wheel, you'll go through a story bit with Bliss and Moritz; dialogue choices don't matter. Afterwards, a 4-cycle timer will start, so keep yourself healthy and alive while it counts down.

Moritz will find you at your place again. Go through the dialogue (choices don't matter) and head back to Bliss's Bay (now labeled "Sycamore Seed"). Repeat Engineer action "Reinforce Bulkheads" and or complete Intuit critical action "Sacrifice Section" to fill the 12-section "Saving the Crop" wheel. All actions, no matter the outcome, will add sections to the "Fragile Biome" failure wheel, but "Fragile Biome" has more sections than "Saving the Crop" so unless you fail the critical action and have several negative outcomes on the repeatable action, it shouldn't be an issue. After completing the task, go through another story bit (dialogue choices don't matter). Another 4-cycle timer will start, so keep busy in the meantime.

Warning: the next section will require you to complete a task within 6 cycles. Same recommendation as before.

Moritz will come to tell you to head to Bliss's Bay again (now labeled "Starward Vector"). Repeat Engineer action "Patch Solar Sails" and/or Interface action "Untangle the Sails" enough times to fill the 24-section "Rigged and Ready" wheel. This must be done before the 6-cycle "Solar Window" timer finishes. Similar to before, go through another story bit (dialogue choices don't matter) and another timer will start at Bliss's Bay, this time for 6 cycles. Stay alive and healthy while it counts down.

Moritz will find you again and tell you to go Bliss's Bay for the final job (for real this time). Go to Bliss's Bay for a story bit where you find out that Bliss is working on Ankhita's ship, and Ankhita has offered to take Ankhita and you off the station. (There is part in the dialogue where Bliss asks if you want to leave or stay on the Eye, but the choice does not matter; the actual decision is made later.) Afterwards, Bliss's Bay will be relabeled as the Ambergris. Repeat Engineer action "Disarm Amber" enough times to fill the 12-section "Refitting Amber" wheel. There are no timers or negative counters to worry about this time.

Warning: Dialogue choice DOES MATTER in the next dialogue.

After completing work on the Ambergris, Moritz will start a dialogue with you. Ankhita will interrupt and ask if you are coming. You'll get to a point in the dialogue where you tell Moritz either "I'm going" or "I'm staying". For this achievement, choose "I'm going". Finish out the rest of the dialogue, and the achievement will unlock. Afterwards, the credits will roll, and you will be back on the main menu. Your game will continue from before finishing work on the Ambergris.
