Sangriaz has covered off the only complicated points but here is a more step-by-step guide for those that want it.

It’s worth mentioning that there is a glitch that effects save files, discussed briefly here. I believe this only effects the Windows 10 version(???). I’m not sure how common this is, but I fell victim to it. What it means, in terms of this solution, is that you may have to do this all in one go. If the glitch hits you and you quit and try to reload, the game crashes. The only solution is to “Reset Game Progress” in the main menu (and obviously start again from scratch). I never had it crash mid-game though. It took me about 6.5 hours in a new game to complete the quests from start to finish – that’s your worst-case scenario!

This achievement is basically the story-mode of the game and you will probably pick up most of the other achievements along the way. Each step will require you to level up or collect a certain amount of resources to proceed. All the items you need are unlocked by either leveling up or expanding your pasture (the arrow on a post in the lower right corner). Also, the Book of Adventure may not give you the next quest until you level up. If you get stuck, you probably just have to reach the next level to progress.

Here are the steps:
1. Start off and play through the tutorial. As you level up, (level 4, but essentially after the tutorial) you will unlock the Winter World. You can travel there immediately or keep going on the Farm World.
2. Level up to level 5. ‘Chester’ (the chest in the bottom-left corner) will give you a quest to find the Book of Adventure.
3. Travel to the Winter World if you’re not there already. A large arrow will point to some buildings in the background on the left side. Click on the 3 houses, all indicated by arrows.
4. The 3rd building wants wood. Hand it over to progress.
5. You get the Book of Adventure which directs you to find the pirate ship on Treasure Island. Keep leveling up to unlock Treasure Island.
6. The pirate ship is in the background on the left side, with an unmissable arrow above it.
7. To progress you will need to put a pirate hat on a sheep, in exchange for a treasure map. Make sure to put the hat on a male black sheep to unlock:

8. Click on the arrow on the ship again. This time you need to ‘build’ a parrot. Do so when you can.
9. The parrot wants blackberries. Level up or expand until you can build some then give them to the parrot.
10. The next section is pretty simple. A compass will appear next to the parrot, with a red hand pointing the way. Pick up the parrot and move it in the direction of the red hand. Each time you put it down, it will tell you how far away you are. Move the parrot and find the first map piece. Yay!
Here’s what the compass looks like:

11. Click on the Book of Adventure to receive a quest to talk to the Scarecrow on the farm.
12. Travel to the Farm World and build a Scarecrow.
13. He will want to be painted Turquoise. Do so when you can.
14. 2nd ‘compass’ section. Move the scarecrow and locate the 2nd map piece. Just for reference I was level 12 at this point.
15. Click on the Book of Adventure again for a quest to find the train in the Winter World. Travel there.
16. You may have to wait a while, but the train runs along the back of the map, from right to left. It’s accompanied by a railway crossing sound and is pretty hard to miss once you know what you're looking for. Click on it to progress (I couldn’t click on it until it was about a third of the way across the screen).

17. Next, you will have to ‘build’ a Singing Santa. Do so when you can and talk to him.
18. Santa tells you that one of your sheep has a map piece. You’ve got to be kidding me! Shear sheep until you find it. Three map pieces down and one to go!
19. Next quest from the Book is to find the Black Sheep Tribe on the Prairie. Travel there when you can.
20. I had to expand my pasture once here before an arrow pointed to a tepee in the background on the right side. Click on it to be told to build a tomahawk.
21. Building a tomahawk requires level 16. Do so and click on the tepee again.
22. You will get a ‘Ghost Camera’. It works the same as the normal camera. I expanded once again and then was able to photograph the ghost (make sure it's at night!) on the far right side. You may need to expand more before it will appear.

23. Talk to the ghost. You will have to build a Totem Pole. This requires level 17. Build it for one final compass section for the final map piece. Talk to the ghost, then the map directs you to find a waterfall.
24. The waterfall is in the background of the Farm World. Yeah, it even has a big arrow on it!
25. Click on the waterfall and you will finally unlock the Fountain of Youth. After all of this, you’ll be happy to know that it’s a free item, so no need to gather resources. Just build it and the achievement will unlock. Phew!


If you get the glitch, be aware that there is one other achievement that can only be unlocked towards the end of the game so make sure to get it on this playthrough. You have to be level 15 to travel to the Prairie World where you can unlock:

A final tip is that on this playthrough you should go for:

It takes forever to build 100 conifers so they should be your tree of choice for wood supply. Progress carries over, so even if you have to reset the game any conifers you've built will still count.

Overall this is a very easy achievement and once you get started you will probably not need the guide but it’s always nice to know what you’re getting into! I hope this helps.

To build the fountain of youth, you have to complete the Adventure Mode quests. Most of the quests are straight-forward, such as talking to someone or building something. Two, that might be confusing:

- Train conductor in Winterland: They appear at random intervals in the background.
- Ghost of Chieftain in Prairie: You need to expand 3-4 times and take a picture at night time. Just expand, take a picture, and repeat until you get it. Ghost is invisible until you take the picture in the right location.
