A weapon found a few times throughout the game iirc, can pick up with Y and use with X.
But if for whatever reason you wanna just knock this out immediately or are missing it:
You can enter the level code from the password option on the main menu:
6bama - to go to the Stage 11.2 Street Night Gibletor Boss
There is a guitar weapon lying in the middle of the screen for you to use
DO NOT use any of the 'assist' codes under the 'cheat codes!!' section of this post from this link, as as far as I know they disable achievements.
