You should get this through normal play given enough time. If you want to expedite the process, you can use the password "oz4re" to skip to the Overlord boss (preferably on Easy).
This level has many crates, one or more of which may contain the invincibility power up. It is possible that none will contain it, but it only takes less than a minute to exit out and put in the password again.
In case you are not aware, the icon for invincibility is a beer mug with the letter 'I' in it. Just check out the achievement tile icon.
