How to unlock the Supersoldier achievement in Crysis 2 Remastered - Definitive Guide
My advice is to play from this level from the start. You can buy armor upgrades in easier levels and keep them during your supersoldier run, but I never missed then really.
I played on Supersoldier from the start with the same Crysis 1 method (cloak, aim, armor mode, shoot, back in cloak) and never really missed the upgrades. Yes it was easier once I got them but it wasn't necessary. It saved me quite some time, because you will get two extra extra cheevos in one run.. ;-).
Just keep in mind to stay on the move. Do not camp. They will hunt you down quick and find you.
Be a ghost for as much as possible and stealth kill is nice but sometimes it is quicker to just melee twice. They will die and someone might know you are there, but they cannot instantly find you. Plus melee while cloaked will not drain your energy and you will get back in cloak in no time. Stealth kill takes some more time and another mob might spot you.
My fav weapons where stealth scarab and stealth dsg. You have to aim for the heads, but you wil stay undetected a lot more, which makes it easier to fly through the levels.
Although the fights are quite easier than in Crysis 1, try to use the tactical options 'flank' and 'stealth' as much as possible. There is plenty of ammo to find, but it will be a lot quicker.
The regular Ceph units have a red part in their back. Shoot that once with a silenced dsg and they are gone.
The Ceph units that give you 300 nanosuit credits are more annoying. I killed everything else first, then start shooting them and you will see they change colour or start to bright up (I do not remember) at some point. Now you can grab and kill them. Saves you ammo and it is badass.
The 500 credits Ceph units (big ones) I tried to avoid until the rest was all gone. Then I would grab a stationary machine gun and spray or completely ignored them if possible.
The Ceph Pinger fights were actually quite nice if you ask me but do not try to rush it. You will need to shoot their "low hanging ass" on the back. In the fights were you have marines with you: let them distract the Pinger and fire JAWS on his ass. Once you are out of JAWS, grab a stationary machine gun and finish the job. (Please detach the thing so you stay mobile).
The final Pinger to destroy is on a square and you have to fight it by yourself. It is hard to explain but there are three subway stations you can enter, of which one is a dead end and the other two are connected to each other. Use that tunnel to stay clear of the Pinger, recharge your energy and to lose the other Ceph that will span. This final one will take quite some time, but it actually was the only Pinger fight I did not have to restart.
Upgrades to get asap: nano recharge, cloak enhance and mobility enhance. It will make you fly through the levels undetected.
One extra tip: in the final level, right at the very end you will have to fight 4 Ceph that can cloak and (on Supersoldier) are quite bullet spongy. This was the only fight I got out of ammo. I didn't have it but my advice is to save for the cloak tracker upgrade and buy it if you need.

If you like slow-paced, immersive gameplay, you can split your platinum experience into two playthroughs. Beat the game for the first time on normal difficulty and enjoy the story, try different weapons, use a hidden or aggressive play style. Collect all collectible items, make situational trophies and buy the necessary upgrades for the nanosuit.
The second playthrough is a speedrun in camouflage mode on Super Soldier difficulty. Repeated passage must be started by selecting chapters in the main menu. All Nanosuit upgrades will remain. Read below for tactics for completing the “super soldier” difficulty.
If you want to get platinum quickly, then start immediately on the Super Soldier difficulty. All levels in the game are movement from point A to point B and all enemies are just decorations on the battlefield. The entire game can be played in disguise mode. According to the plot, there will be several episodes when you need to kill all the enemies to move forward. For example, destroy the Screamer. The best weapon in open battles is the mounted heavy machine gun (HMG) with 150 rounds. Use the Nanosuit's visor to search for weapons on the battlefield. You can always find more than 2 machine guns on the map. To increase the accuracy of shooting from a heavy machine gun, you can sit down and shoot single accurate shots . 3-4 shots from an HMG are enough to destroy ordinary soldiers and aliens. C4 explosives are excellent against the heavy alien Bombardier infantry (2 charges) and the Screamer walking tank. Selecting C4 explosives via , throw a charge , detonation . Additionally use the JAW rocket launcher . The game has up to 5 hand grenades. (choice on ).
Towards the end of the game, the main enemies are the Ceph aliens. The best weapons against them are the K-Volt energy submachine gun, the Mk.60 medium machine gun and the X-43 MIKE microwave cannon.
There are twelve (12) weapon modules in the game. You don’t need to collect them for the trophy, but the Gauss module is one of the most powerful and useful for the SCAR Mk rifle. 20. Video hint (en) with the location of all modules in the game.
