How to unlock the Deliverance achievement in Curse of the Dead Gods - Definitive Guide
This achievement unlocks after you beat the final boss in the last „hard exploration“.
Some general
- Probably the most effective weapon type are bows, especially the 2 cursed bows since they cancel most of the enemy
- Try to get any weapon with an easy requirement for crit damage. Even if it‘s not that strong in the beginning it can easily get very strong in combination with a few relics.
- Use your divine favor (if you have any) to look for specific relics. Notable ones are the one which gives you 10% heal off of crit damage and relics that boosts your general damage output in form of crit- or elemental boost.
- Upgrade your weapon altars! A good starting weapon or even a whole loadout can make a huge difference.
- Don‘t be afraid to use blood offerings if you see something good and can‘t afford it with gold. Most curses are managable or can even help you. If you get a bad curse you still have plenty of opportunities to get rid of them because of all the champion rooms. If you really struggle with the amount of curses you can also go for the champion weapon drops which can get rid of an additional curse. You can look up the requirements for the weapon drops in the guide made by Lord Roaring for the „Power“ Achievement.
I really hope this helps some of you guys. Good luck!

One more Tip give before you fight Clovis Pardieux Try and to save up 15,000 gold or keep a gold saving Relic That will reduce the price. The most expensive Will help you a lot during the boss fight because the Negative ones are actually really bad and you would not be able to beat him. Like the green one will you can lose your 2 highest in the relics. And u can lose a lot of dps.

For those interested in a different strategy:
Poisonous weapons are tremendously unbalanced when upgraded, I have completed entire run with just one poisonous weapon (Dagger or Claw), in my opinion they are easier to manage than a bow.

There is a tactic for quickly killing the boss without taking damage. 2a options: build through the stun - electric whip / pistol with claws or through the sword of conjunctivitis.
You can go through the first phase right away, knocking down HP while calling the curse, the main thing is to accurately inflict damage without letting the boss of the mobs get confused.
The second one is to learn a move. In total, the boss has 4 different weapon builds.
• The ax is the easiest option, the main thing is to keep your distance during the spin attack. After which to carry out an attack.
• Claws - movements are very similar to the Jaguar boss, attack behind the back, after a dash or three strikes with the claws.
• Sword and pistol, for me the second most convenient boss build, if you keep your distance, the boss will fire 4~5 shots, after which there will be a large window for dealing damage. The main thing here is to perform “perfect” dodges, keeping a reserve of stamina for the attack and avoid avoiding the boss, but getting closer to him.
• Bow is the most dangerous build, the best option is to parry an arrow, otherwise there is a high probability of taking damage.
• Curse cast - this attack is identical to the attack from the first phase - when hit, it removes the curse, causing damage (but this damage does not count as damage from the boss, it is considered damage to the temple) before appearing, your mark lights up - it is easily parried and dodged. Does not appear if curse marks are not applied to you. But in this case, the boss is more difficult because when calling the “curse” he does not move, giving him the opportunity to attack. So having tags is actually mandatory for a fight without damage.
I recorded a video with a sword build, killing a complex version in half a minute.
