How to unlock the School's Out Forever achievement in Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc Anniversary Edition - Definitive Guide

The School Mode is unlocked after completing the base game, though just because we have unlocked the mode doesn't mean that we can achieve an ending yet

All Report Cards must be completely filled out before any ending can be reached. You must have stars on the report card of all of the students (besides Makoto) and hence the following achievement before the any of the endings can be reached:
Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc Anniversary EditionMr. Know-It-AllThe Mr. Know-It-All achievement in Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc Anniversary Edition worth 206 pointsFill in every page of every character's Report Card

This means that your first playthrough of the school mode will almost entirely consist of spending time with each of the characters during the free time mode. This part is effectively identical to how the free time events are structured in the base game, and all progress made in the base game towards these freetime events will carry over to this mode. Do not use any trip tickets until after all of the report cards have been completed as trips do not help progress the Report Cards.

Another thing to note is that asides from the final build in the Warlockuma (as completion of this will award 200 monocoins), none of the other builds need to be completed on the first playthrough. This is as the reward for completing all of the other Monokuma builds are just trip tickets, which we will not use during the first playthrough. Instead we will want to focus on making Cheat Sheet and Cleaning Maestro consumables as the character levels will carry over to new game+.

Recipe for these Items:

To start with, you will need 4 cleaners, but as they level up you less cleaners will suffice. A Lvl 9 Cleaner with both cleaning upgrades will not need any assistance. If at any point the cleanliness bar is reduced to 0, Monokuma will force the class to clean the school rather than farming for resources or being able to do the free time event

The only other thing of note is that if a character faints, they will not be available during freetime. If Makato faints, then you will not be able to perform any freetime events.

2nd thru 4th playthough
To start New Game+, hit continue to reenter the school on Day 1. The only things that carry over are the character levels, as well an Icon in the Monokuma Diagnosis that will show which characters endings have been obtained

To achieve an ending, you must gather 10 hearts by using Trip Tickets and selecting the correct option per character, and you will have 58 Trip Events to do so. This means that there is some room for RNG to roll a bad Trip without needed to reload a save every single time it occurs, and you will be able to get a max of 5 of the 14 endings per playthrough.
NOTE: If you fail to finish Warlockuma, you will not get the correct ending scene at the Gym. This means that no endings will be obtained and the playthough is lost.

These Trip Tickets are earned by completing the given Monokuma Backup for the week.
During each trip, you can take the character to any of the 6 locations, though some locations are better than others depending on the character. Once there, you will have 3 choices and depending on your response will depend on how many hearts they get. Some characters do not have any location where there all 3 instances have 'Great' Options.

Great = 1 heart
Good = 0.5 hearts
Poor = 0.1 hearts
Awful = 0 hearts

Sometimes instead of a dialogue choice you will get a Trigger Happy Heart Event. This works effectively the same as the Nonstop Debate from the base game. You will have 2 truth bullets 'Affirmation' and 'Negation' and there will be 2 different weak spots to choose from.

Below are the correct options and best locations for all of the characters:

Kiyotaka Ishimaru - Garden //Perfect Location

Byakuya Togami - All Locations are Equal //No Perfect Locations

Mondo Owada - Dining Hall, Garden //No Perfect Location

Leon Kuwata - Library, Rec Room //No Perfect Locations

Hifumi Yamada - Dining Hall //Perfect Location

Yasuhiro Hagakure - Dining Hall, Library, Rec Room, Music Room, Garden//All Perfect Locations

Chihiro Fujisaki - Library, Rec Room// Perfect Locations

Sayaka Maizono - Dining Hall, Library, Rec Room, Music Room//No Perfect Locations

Kyoko Kirigiri - All Locations are Equal //No Perfect Locations

Aoi Asahina - School Store, Rec Room //Perfect Locations

Toko Fukawa - Library //Perfect Location

Sakura Ogami - School Store //Perfect Location

Celeste Ludenberg - All Locations are Equal //No Perfect Locations

Junko Enoshima - All Locations are Equal//No Perfect Locations

After completing the Individual Ending Scene with all 14 characters and are rewarded with their "gift", the achievement will unlock!

Is it possible for your progress to carry over if you do a new game+ without going through all the days?

You can see how many hearts you have in the Monokuma Diagnosis; you can find this by clicking on Monokuma during the part of freetime when youre selecting a person to spend time with

Is it bugged? Did all 14 endings and got stuck on 92%. Do you have to finish absolutely every monokuma concept accross multiple playthroughs for it to unlock?

As long as the save file that you are using has all 14 endings successfully completed, it should unlock. You can check this by clicking on Monokuma to view the Monokuma Diagnosis and seeing if any characters do not have a badge by their pixel sprite and by checking that you have their Undergarments in your Presents list in your eHandbook.

As for the Monokuma Concepts, I do have all of them built but not having all of them shouldnt affect your ability to get all 14 endings. The only one that can directly fail your ability to get an ending is not building the Warlockuma at the end of a School Playthrough

don’t know why there’s no mention in either the guide or walkthrough that you can just reload save if you ever get a half heart from the “nonperfects”. There’s no reason in a million years to need 5 playthroughs unless you actually like the game.

So as long as you don’t get more than 16 trips resulting in half a heart, there’s no real reason to spend the extra time reloading a save file. This should also only take 4 playthroughs
