Wizards, Clerics, and certain Sorcerers have a spell called "magic weapon." Stand next to a weapon user, and spend two actions to make one of their weapons +1 and striking. Have the weapon user attack to earn this achievement.
The +1 is applied only to the attack roll, and the striking adds a second damage die.
