How to unlock the Game Over achievement in Dead by Daylight - Definitive Guide
In order to unlock this achievement, you must kill survivors during the "End-game" phase (When the gates are ready to be opened and all generators are powered). Killer choice doesn't particularly matter for this one, so just use whoever you're comfortable with. Your perk choice however, does make the difference here.
You're going to want to focus on perks that affect the end-game in some way, in particular the perks No One Escapes Death (commonly abbreviated as NOED) and Remember Me. No One Escapes Death is a hex perk that gives you a slight increase in speed and allows you to down survivors in one hit: a very powerful perk for the purposes of this achievement. Remember Me increases the time it takes to open the gates if you hit the obsession enough times. The use of this perk is mainly to stall the game out and give you more opportunities to kill without the presence of open exit gates (do note that the obsession is not affected by the slow down penalty). NOED is a common perk that can be found in any killer's blood web, whilst Remember Me is a perk of The Nightmare: you must either play the Nightmare or get the teachable of the perk through the Shrine of Secrets or through leveling up.
Some more niche perks that can be used are Blood Warden and Rancor. Blood Warden closes all exits if a survivor is hooked whilst a gate is open: it also allows you to see the auras of anyone inside the exit gate. This can be incredibly powerful when combined with NOED, and can easily lead to 4 kills through snowballing. Again, however, it is a Teachable of The Nightmare. Rancor is an obsession perk that gives your obsession the exposed status effect (insta-down) after the last generator is compelted, and allows you to "Mori" your obsession during this time as well. Moris count towards the achievement, but this perk is way more Niche than blood warden is, as the obsession can see your aura everytime a gen is completed, and once it is active they will start to play VERY cautiously. Trying to pick out an actively hiding obsession amongst a sea of other survivors can be hard. This perk is a teachable of The Spirit: unlike The Nightmare, she can be purchased through Iridescent shards (the free currency you get by leveling up).
Overall, this achievement isn't too bad: you could probably get this just by playing normally without any specialized perks, but the perks listed above can be great helps if you're specifically aiming to get this one.

Any killer can earn this trophy. This trophy wants you to earn kills or sacrifices in the late game after all the generators are done. This isn't too bad and should come naturally without going out of your way for it. The trophy will pop after the 30th survivor's death when the exit gates are powered. You do not need to own this DLC to unlock this trophy.
Since this takes place in the late game, several survivors have possibly already been hooked a few times. A good many of times when you hook a survivor at this point, they're going to be dead on hook and sacrificed immediately. Other times you'll get a hook and you'll need to defend it harder. For this reason I recommend taking these survivors to the basement if you can reach it, where the hook is much easier to defend.
Either way, there are a few perks that can really help out in the late game when the last generators are done, such as:
Hex: No One Escapes Death (Basic perk) - Speed boost and Exposed status on survivors
Bitter Murmurs (Basic perk) - Reveals all survivors when the last generator is done
Fire Up (Nightmare perk) - Delays the Gates opening
Blood Warden (Nightmare perk) - Seals off the exits if you hook someone after the gates open
Rancor (Spirit perk) - Reveals all survivors and gives Obsession Exposed status
