How to unlock the Resurgence achievement in Dead by Daylight - Definitive Guide
Just like the description says: Heal other Survivors for 10 health states while at least 3 Survivors are injured, dying or hooked.
The achievement tracks every percent healed. If a survivor is down and recovered to 95%, when you heal him up to injured state, you will get 5% towards 1 healing of other survivors for the achievement. You do not get the full 10% towards the achievement just because you changed a survivor state by healing. On the upside this also means that if you heal a downed survivor for 20% and the killer chases you away, you will still get credit for that 20% towards 1 full heal.
While the objective is simple, the execution may be a little bit more challenging. A lot of people tend to heal themselves whenever the chance presents itself, so it can be tricky sometimes to have 3 people injured or incapacitated at the same time. In general this is easier in the high aka red ranks as people tend to power through gens when injured.
The only injured survivor you can control is yourself. While you can run the perk “No Mither”, so you are always in the injured state, you probably will become the focus of the killer. So personally I would advise against running that perk and just take a protection or distraction hit. When the killer downs someone, quickly draw his attention and take a hit and run off. Or when the killer carries someone to the hook, take the hit and run. The killer will probably apply gen pressure after the hook and chase a third survivor. When he takes a hit, unhook the first survivor and heal him.
You can bring a medkit for quicker healing.
Useful perks:
* Botany Knowledge - Healing speed and efficiency of healing items is increased.
* We’ll Make It - For each Survivor you rescue from a Hook, gain an additional 100 % speed increase to healing up others for 30/60/90 seconds.
* Autodidact - For every successful Skill Check completed while healing a Survivor, you receive a Token for a maximum of 3/4/5 Tokens. Each Token grants you a +15 % bonus progression for a successful Skill Check while healing Survivors.
I suggest running We’ll Make it and Botany Knowledge. There are other perks that increase action speed in general but their effect is negligible.
Good luck!

No lifed this game for 2 days now. Finally got it...
41 heal states that took!
If you’re one of the injured 3. It’s hit and miss.
I seemed to get more reliable tracking from doing a half heal, pause. Another half and then pause for the tap to fully heal someone than in one long heal.
Close the game after every match. Regardless if you’ve done a heal or not. Caught me out a few times and of course it’ll be the game where you get 2/3 heals that meet “the criteria” that won’t count.
If I Self-Healed during the game or even started when injured. It wouldn’t track no matter what. So ditch the perk. Run with:
Sprint Burst: Meg Thomas
Empathy: Claudette Morel
Botany Knowledge: Claudette Morel
Calm Spirit: Jake Park
Reasoning:
You can always outrun at the first sign of trouble. You can get a percentage quicker, you can see all injured team mates and to be frank. You’re more likely to run into the Doctor than Hag/Trapper/Freddy lately. Besides, if someone dies, your reasoning to stay solely for this achievement have just shrunk.
You can get multiple progression throughout the match. First one usually counts and then the second one won’t. Again. All depends on what the game so calls the “right criteria”.
If people change their health state mid heal. Stop. Those from Dying to Hooked didn’t count but if I just stopped. Waited a few seconds until they were hooked. It would then count.
Dying to Injured state was the most reliable. Just follow the method mentioned in paragraph 1.
Double heals didn’t seem to add for me either. Don’t think a single percentage counted in the end and I had the tracker up every game.
This will come naturally with time so don’t threat. Behaviour will probably fix this in a few months or so. Focus on the other achievements and this will come too.
Anyone uncover any new data or if they fix this achievement. Shout it out! Plenty of people out there who are going to dread this one.
Make these damn achievements retroactive. Still not forgiving you for those broken Protection Hits which was total BS.
