I tried the other solution of sneaking and throwing around canisters three times and failed. I tried it like in this video, basically just walk against the wall right past everything. I didn't even pause to look at the feeders. I just went. No crouching, no pausing, just go. Got it first try. Thanks!

Reach the pump room of the Waystation without alerting any Feeders.
The opportunity for this achievement is during the beginning of Chapter 9. You will descend in an elevator, open a door and be greeted by a "feeder" on a kitchen top. This is when the achievement begins. You will have to progress through the rest of this section without being spotted. Make sure to stay crouched (click RS) and DONT zoom in (LT), as they create noise and light. Just keep slowly moving your way through this section until you get to the pump room and unlock your achievement.
If you are spotted and attacked, just "Restart Checkpoint".
Note: There are 4 collectibles during this section, it is advised that you go back and get them once you attain the achievement.

This achievement is pretty straight forward. Right after Chapter 9 starts, you will head down an elevator to the sub level. This entire area is comprised of "Feeders". The basic rule with Feeders is, No noise, no light. Basically, crouch walk at all times, and never point your weapon at them. There are only two rooms you need to get through to get this achievement, and here is how I did it. When you come into the first room, you will see a group of 5 Feeders feeding in the middle of the room. In the back right corner of the room (facing the Feeders) there should be some small canisters or cans. Pick one of these up with Kinesis, and carefully aim it (remember not to aim at the Feeders) back at the door you came through. When you throw it, the Feeders, will walk to the door and while they are walking past you, carefully sneak to the exit. They can also smell you so make sure you leave a reasonable distance between you. In the second room, It is very close quarters. There will be more canisters in the corner to the left of where you walk in. Pick up one and again carefully aim it to the far corner, away from you, back towards where you entered. The 3 Feeders should stumble across the room to investigate your little diversion, and that is when you sneak through. As soon as you get through the exit door down the hallway, remain crouched, and walk through the other door.
