NOTE – In areas with no weapons knockouts do count for kills.
Mission 2 – Byers Pass – Running Late on Payday – 2 Hidden Devs
Dev #1 (John “Bastard Operator” McRoth) – Just below the knife throw tutorial enemy.
Dev#2 (Billy “Beer Hatin’ Rugface” Ben) – Right side of train as you get to the front, with 2 civilians.
Mission 3 – Flagstone – Troublemakers in Flagstone – 2 Hidden Devs
Dev#3 (Buffalo Jesse Holiday) – To the right of the merchant and wagon in centre of town.
Dev#4 (Ol’ Horseshoe Phil) – End of the road on far right of map.
Mission 4 – Higgins’ Estate – Until Death Do Us Part – 2 Hidden Devs
Dev#5 (Danny The Eye) – The Photographer at very start of mission.

Dev#27 (Jones “The Lame” McCodings) – On the right side of the tracks, by the cattle, sleeping on a building.

Dev#28 (Maze Trapped Simon) – Sat on bench in the maze just as you enter the gate.
Dev#29 (Matthew “Sleepy” McElderly) – Asleep in stables by where you start the mission.
Mission 16 – Devils Canyon Ch III – The Old and The New – 2 Hidden Devs
Dev#30 (Felicity, “Right Hand of the Devil”) – Asleep off to the left down a path.
Dev#31 (Hambino, “Left Hand of the Devil”) – Stood guarding the rope bridge on right side.
Throughout the various missions you'll find a few enemies named after the developers of the game. To check if an enemy has a name, you can hold and hover the cursor over them. Certain enemies will have a unique name, but they do not count towards this trophy. These are usually, but not always, mission critical characters.
There's a total of 31 hidden developers to be found across all missions. Most missions hold two hidden developers. Note that once you've killed a developer the game will remember this, regardless of whether or not you quit or reload afterwards. You might want to wait 5 seconds or so for the game to properly register this information.
Note: Be aware that if you happen to die quickly after killing a developer, the kill might not register properly!

Byers Pass.
1. John Makrot. At the very beginning, just below the one you kill with a knife throw. He sits on his knee and fixes something.
2. Billy Ben. The only one who guards the hostages on the right side of the train.
Flagstone.
3. Buffalo Jessie Holiday. Just above where you start, there is a half-dismantled house near the entrance. You can also drop a sign on it.
4. Ol Horsesho Phil. On the same line of houses as the last one, we find the lowest one on the map. The right guy stands next to him, leaning over and leaning on the table.
Higgins Manor
5. Denny. At the very beginning, where Kate is standing, there will be a photographer nearby - our goal. You need to immediately stun him and throw him off the cliff so that he dies. If you do not do this at the beginning of the level, then when Cooper appears on the map, this photographer will no longer be there.
6. Estela. First standing at the ceremony on the left. After Cooper appears, he will move to the mountains to the right of the ceremony site.
Ohara Ranch.
7. Gina Lebrush. On your way down to free Hector, you will pass by an area surrounded by a fence. Two people are standing chatting with each other near a puddle of kerosene. The one on the left is our target.
8. Rekkoz Phil. Stands on the water tower, near the exit from the Ranch, next to the guardhouse.
Eagle River.
9. Ramon Almodovar. The cloak is at the sawmill, which is located just to the left of the shooting range.
10. Terence Maxpenser. Cloak at the quarry.
Devil's Gorge (Chapter II).
11. Restless Ann. At the beginning of the mission it is located in the pen on the left near the rocks.
Baton Rouge.
12. Anne McGill. There are two people standing near a safe in the city center. To our left is the same one.
13. Doc Hook. The same dentist in the bottom corner of the map.
14. Sheriff Dorian O'Riley. At the very end of the mission, in the port, there are two people standing near the carriage, the sheriff to our left.
In this mission there are no weapons that can be used to kill, so I personally drowned these three in the river.
Mississippi River.
15. Leo Longley.
16. Toby Dalton.
Both are sitting on towers. One to the left of the cage in which Hector sits. The second one is near Kate's cage.
New Orleans.
17. Florenz Smolker. In the city center there is a gallows. To the right of the loop.
18. Lucy. Located in a den. On the second floor, on the balcony.
19. Baby Nishi. Appears after reading the letter in the second part of the task. Immediately after the port, when you enter the vicinity of the houses, you will see guys patrolling separately. One of them is our client. He wears a vest.
Royal den.
20. Frilk. If you go along the left side of the map from top to bottom, you will find an enemy sitting on a bench near the fire.
21. Ray Farewell. Stands on a tower on a ship that will need to be set on fire.
New Orleans is a port.
22. Calamity. At the bottom of the map there is a white and red flag. To his left, two civilians stand and communicate with our enemy. He is our goal.
23. Detective Mo Won. Upper right corner of the map. Just below the ship. Security guard in a poncho. There are three civilians next to him. The security guard is the right person.
DeWitt Gold Mine.
24. Phil. If you walk along the left side of the map, you will see a guard in a poncho, who stands facing in the opposite direction from us, resting his butt on the parapet.
25. House of Lin. If you walk along the right side, almost at the very end there will be a large, so-called mine (or something like that). An enemy with a guitar is sitting on a chair on the roof.
Las Piedras.
26. Ramona. Near the carriage, which needs to be moved on the rails according to instructions, a little higher than the building, an enemy is sitting on the roof. He's the one.
27. Jones McCodings. The upper right corner of the map is where you need to set fire to the haystack. There is a building to the left of the hay; an enemy in a green shirt is sleeping on the roof.
DeWitt House.
28. Matthew McElderley. At the beginning of the task, look just above Cooper and Kate. A poor fellow is sleeping near a house with a white horse. We kill him.
29. Maze Simon. After passing through the gate, there is a green maze to the right. Our client in a blue shirt is sitting on a bench closer to the exit.
Devil's Gorge (Chapter III).
30. Felicity. If you walk along the left side of the gorge, approximately halfway along the path there will be a small nook on the left in the mountains. Our friend is sleeping there.
31. Ambino. At the top of the map, almost reaching the fortress itself, there is a bridge connecting the right and left sides. To the right of the bridge there will be a cloak - our goal.
