How to unlock the Eureka achievement in Dishonored 2 - Definitive Guide
The order matters so 1 will be the far left pair and 5 will be the far right pair.
The women sat in a row. They all wore different colors and [PERSON 3] wore a jaunty [color] hat. [PERSON 1] was at the far left, next to the guest wearing a [color] jacket. The lady in [color] sat left of someone in [color]. I remember that [color] outfit because the woman spilled her [drink] all over it. The traveler from [city] was dressed entirely in [color]. When one of the dinner guests bragged about her [HIERLOOM 2], the woman next to her said they were finer in [city], where she lived.
So [PERSON 5] showed off a prized [HEIRLOOM 5], at which the lady from [city] scoffed, saying it was no match for her [HEIRLOOM 3]. Someone else carried a valuable [HEIRLOOM 1] and when she saw it, the visitor from [city] next to her almost spilled her neighbor's [drink]. [PERSON 2] raised her [drink] in toast. The lady from [city], full of [drink], jumped up onto the table falling onto the guest in the center seat, spilling the poor woman's [drink]. Then [PERSON 4] captivated them all with a story about her wild youth in [city].
In the morning there were four heirlooms under the table: [names of 4 heirlooms].
But who owned each?
Make a save once you reach the door to Stiltons house, and make sure you do not over ride this save. You then want to complete either the Howlers mission to capture Vice Overseer Byrne, or complete the Overseers Mission to capture Paolo. Both of which are deep inside their factions base on the map. Though it is obviously possible to do it stealthily and to do it non lethally, it technically does not matter as we will be reloading.
Once you have taken the body of either of these two, to their opposing faction leader, that leader will give you the code to the door. You will want to either note down or take a picture of this code and then you will reload your save and input this code at the door. The code doesn't not change if you reload a previous save, so we're being a little sneaky with the game in that regard.
"__person__ was at the far left"
"someone else carried a valuable __item__ and when she saw it..."
"__person__ raised her __drink__ in toast"
"when one of the guests bragged about her __item__..."
"They all wore difference colors and __person__ wore a jaunty __color__"
"at which the lady from __place__ scoffed, saying it was no match for her __item__"
"Then __person__ captivated them all with a story..."
*last remaining item*
"so __person__ showed off a prized __item__"
Please let me know if this doesn't work for you, but I have tried it against multiple runs and it worked fine, so hopefully its all good.
OR!
Create a quicksave. Kidnap/kill one of the leaders (I did the overseer) and take his body to the other side. Deliver the body, receive the answer to the door, and revert the save. Go back to the door and input the code. Eureka! You're officially a genius (by beating the system)

Just pair up the colors with what's in your riddle, they're random for everyone.
This achievement can be earned during Mission 6, The Dust District.
During Mission 6, The Dust District, your main objective will require you to crack the Jindosh lock that is blocking your advance to Aramis Stilton's manor; however, given the intense nature of the logic riddle that bars the door, you are tasked with obtaining the solution from the Howlers or the Overseers. While it may seem logical to drop a manual save, obtain the solution from either faction, and then reload the save to input the solution and unlock the door, that is not needed at all.
Thanks to Decaying Dead, you can follow the fool-proof solution below in order to crack the lock without the use of save manipulation. Each line item pair correlates to a single column of solutions when looking at the lock on the door. Simply plug in your riddle's "person" or "item" in the solution's bolded spot, and you should have no issues.
"__person__was at the far left."
"someone else carried a valuable __item__ and when she saw it..."
"__person__raised he __drink__in toast"
"when one of the guests bragged about her__item__..."
"They all wore difference colors an __person__ wore a jaunty__color__..."
"...at which the lady from __place__scoffed, saying it was no match for her__item__"
"Then__person__captivated them all with a story..."

"so__person__showed off a prized__item__"
Once the riddle has been solved, provided you solved it using the method above or via save manipulation (though, really, the above method is much faster), the achievement will unlock.
