How to unlock the Labyrinthine Mind achievement in Dishonored 2 - Definitive Guide
I'm writing this using the elevator outside of Jindosh's Lab as the starting point.
Take it down to the Assessment Chamber level. You have two threats immediately, a Wall of Light and a guard monitoring it. The guard WILL come all the way to the elevator to investigate if you pull the Whale Oil out, so keep this in mind if you're being sneaky. In order to avoid as much trouble as possible, go up to the room divider and hop the railing. This allows you to bypass some of the stairs. Just hop down into the area below from the glass ceiling. Having a Stun Mine (with two or three activations) is helpful getting through the next area without too much of a problem. If you wait a bit, a patrolling guard will come down the stairs or you can carefully wait for him above and ambush him. This makes it a little easier to get back out. Downstairs, pull the lever and wait for the clockwork to walk away before you step on the tile. As the wall in front of you lowers, step on the wall and plant a Stun Mine on the other side. If you don't let the walls lock down into the floor, they will go back the way they were. Now, just wait for the clockwork to walk by and get stunned to death (this doesn't count as a kill). Step on the tile again and wait for the walls to lock into the floor. Don't step on any other tiles until you get to the area where Sokolov is. There is one nearby that opens a hallway with a boarded tile. Step on that to get into his area and don't step on the one in his area because that just locks you in. Go back out the way you came in.

Unmissable story achievement, earned toward the end of mission 4, when you finally get to Sokolov.
Story-related, cannot be missed.
This achievement will unlock after traversing through the Assessment Chamber and finding Sokolov during Mission 4, The Clockwork Mansion.
