How to unlock the Street Conspiracy achievement in Dishonored Definitive Edition - Definitive Guide

As with the Gentleman Caller achievement, some prerequisites must be met. You must complete both Granny Rags side missions in Mission 2, and you must complete the Slackjaw side mission
in Mission 3. Later, in Mission 7, when in the tunneled sewers just before the end of the level, a thug will be laying on the right side of the tunnel injured. Talk to him, and then enter through the pipe and go through the fairly long section of sewer water and climbing until you see an open area with Granny Rags pacing and Slackjaw chained up. Save before this in order to get both Street Conspiracy and Gentleman Caller.

To help Slackjaw, you must eliminate Granny Rags. Do this by going up the house and burning a piece of her "true self." The item you need to burn just under a pillow on the bed in the same room as the incinerator. Open the incinerator, place the cameo inside, close the incinerator, and kill Granny Rags. She cannot die if you don't destroy the cameo. Once you free Slackjaw and collect your reward, the achievement should pop.

Just talk to Granny Rags and cook Slackjaw by placing him in the tub after killing him with your sword to unlock the Gentleman Caller achievement.

Note: Killing Granny Rags (or Slackjaw) will count as a kill, so achievements like Clean Hands will be voided. You also do not actually need to interact with either Slackjaw or Granny Rags before you place the cameo in the incinerator. I was actually able to do all of this without being "altered" by going straight to the cameo, destroying it, and killing Granny Rags undetected.

Great guide but I want to add something. You can still get this achievement even if you killed Morgan Pendleton with steam (An Unfortunate Accident) achievement during Mission 3. When you talk to Slack Jaw at the end of mission 3 he says something about being disappointed in not being able to send the Pendleton Brothers to the mines. Now here's the catch. When you approach Granny Rags and Slack Jaw in the sewers during misson 7 (make a save just before encounter) you have to talk with Granny Rags FIRST and agree to kill Slack Jaw. THEN talk with Slack Jaw and agree to Kill Granny Rags and proceed through the Granny Rags battle. At the end after unlocking Slack Jaws restraints, the achievement will pop. The dialogue is different as well as the achievement not unlocking if you talk to Slack Jaw first. (I did both and confirmed both outcomes). Hope this helps.

Wish I had read the comment from Car56 first. I hoped to get this done in my high chaos run but now I'll have to try in my low chaos Ghost achievement one and reload a save after unlocking it.

WARNING:Do not use Missions Tab in the Main Menu to get this Trophy. Use New Game to start and Continue instead of Missions.

1. After getting off the boat on Mission 2 (Campbell), head towards the Wall of Light and you should see a road/path heading right. Take the Right Road/Path. At the end you should see Granny Rags doing some redecorating.

1.2 Blink into the Balcony and head downstairs and talk to Granny and She will give You the first quest needed for this Trophy.

1.3 You should hear 3 Salesmen trying to sell Dear Old Granny a Pen. Teach them a lesson by KO/killing the 3 Salesmen, and head back in to talk to Granny to get your prize.

1.4 Granny will give you another quest (That I won’t go into detail on this post) that is not necessary for this Trophy but if you decide to do it and you combine it with a save later in the game, I’ll let you know when, will help you get this Trophy as well as Gentleman Caller.

TIP: Collect the key from a Guard in Galvani’s Offices to get easier access to the Slackjaw’s First Side Quest Objective before finishing Mission 2.

Now that Granny’s Requirement(s) are done, we need to do the Both of Slackjaw’s Side Quests in Mission 3 for His Requirements to be met.

2. After finishing Mission 2 and the 1st Granny Quest, we will move on to Mission 3 (Pendleton Twins) and head the same way but turn left of Granny’s Apartment. And towards a Man looking for Us. After listening to him, head into the Distillery and talk to Slackjaw to get the first of 2 Quests needed from Him.

2.1 After listing to Slackjaw, head back out of the Distillery, be careful of the Assassin’s in the Alleyway, and head back towards Galvani’s Offices. Blink/Climb up towards the 3rd Floor Door, if you got the key. If not head down 1 floor where the Guard is chilling outside and head into that door.

2.2 If you’re on the Second Floor, go through the glass doors and head up the stairs to the 3rd Floor. If you came in from the 3rd Floor Door, the Objective is right in front of you on the table. Kill/KO the 2 Guards and grab the Recording (and the key off of one of the Guards if you came through the 2nd Floor Door.), head through the 3rd Floor Door and Blink your way back to the Distillery, while avoiding the Assassin’s (if you didn’t already take care of them (; ). Give the Recording to Slackjaw and then wait while he listens to it.

2.3 After Slackjaw listens to the Recording, He will offer You a Second Quest, accept it and get out of the Distillery. You will be heading to the Golden Cat to Interrogate the man know as the Art Dealer or better know as Bunting. After getting out of the Distillery, head right into the alleyway (Beware of the Assassins above you) and go up the set of stairs on the right, you should see a wall in front of you. Blink/Climb up the wall and follow the Ventilation towards the Second Wall of Light.

2.4 If you stay on the Ventilation, you should see a Metal Sheet on a Building to your Right. Blink Climb up the Sheet and Mantle up to get on the roof for easier access to the Tower and the Golden Cat entrance. Head into either Entrance.

2.5 Once in. Get onto the Roof, or stay on if you went into the other Entrance, and start heading toward the Golden Cat. Follow the Ventilation Shaft along side the building to get access to the Open 2nd Floor Window. Once you get in you should see The Madam and a Guard talking as well as stairs that are above them to the right.

WARNING: If you got in Stealthy, watch out for a Woman of Culture to be walking up those same stairs. Get behind one of the beams to avoid Her.

2.6 Blink to the stairs and turnaround and you should see a Double Door with Glass in the middle of it. Blink to the Doors and turn left, you should see a opening that you can climb into, to avoid the Guard Simping over a Woman of Culture and the other Guard who doesn’t care about it.

2.7 After entering the room Adjacent to the 2 Guards, you should see a list of Named Rooms in Gold next to a Door. Go into that door and either Blink onto the Metal Hanging Thing above the Center of the Room, or sneak left past the Woman trying to wake up her “Patient”. The first door on the Left named the Silver Room, is where Bunting is.

2.8 Once in, avoid getting angry over Bunting calling you out on your diet, head towards the Electric Chair and shock him. He will admit that He “Deserves” it and will expose himself to cheating/robbing the Pendleton Twins. Shock Him again and he will tell you even more about this Crime. Shock Him again and He will want to stop but that’s not how we deal with Criminals so shock Him again. He will beg to be let out but we don’t care so shock Him again. After shocking Him again He you can ask him for the Code to the Safe.

2.9 Once you’ve gotten the Code to the Safe, you can head back to the Distillery with the Contents of it “Safe” in his hands. Or you can steal Everything in the Safe and give the Worthless Code to Slackjaw for a different Trophy called The Art of the Steal. Once you’ve done either, finish the mission.

3. Jumping Ahead to Mission 7, after Daud, we find ourself in the Sewers with a Man and a Locked Gate. Talk to the Man, or not, and head behind the Red Pipes towards the Confrontation.

TIP: Save now before Interacting with Granny, if you did both of Her Side Quests, to load it back up and take Granny’s Side to get the Trophy called Gentleman Caller.

3.1 You’ll know you’re in the right place if you see Granny rumbling about Silverware and Slackjaw getting the Old Overseer Martin Treatment. Talk to Granny Rags and she’ll instruct you to gut Slackjaw, but instead doing that we will talk to Slackjaw and take his side in this mess.

3.2 After you agree Granny should die, head upstairs and look for any valuables in her bed, such as a Granny’s Cameo. Once you grab it, you should notice Granny has a amazing Fireplace, you need pull the Lever and put Granny’s Cameo in it. After you close the Fireplace Doors you should run because there’s gonna be a massive explosion, probably because of the faulty wiring because there was too many Whiskies and Cigars from the night before.

3.3 After the explosion, You can either Sleep Dart Granny or Kill Her. Once you’ve done that, grab the Sewer Key to unlock the Gate as well as to unlock Slackjaw from the Overseer Martin Treatment. Talk to Slackjaw to get some money and this Trophy.
