How to unlock the Cat Person achievement in Divinity: Original Sin 2 - Definitive Edition - Definitive Guide
This relates to Linder Kemm's vault in Arx. Sorry for any lack of detail. Most of the solution just happens as part of the story.
You will need to find the painting in the sewers (I think it's where the kids/trolls are hiding, in a room near one of the deathfog stashes).
Gain access to Linder Kemm's vault, by going behind his mansion (to the west), there's a lever near the cliff edge to lower the water in the garden feature, which will make the vault accessible.
Go into the vault and kill the automatons. You need to bless them before they recover to stop them completely.
Go to the back of the room and place the painting between the two other paintings. This will open the next room.
There's another door at the back of this room (I can't remember how to access it but it wasn't complicated). This leads to another hatch. Pick up the painting "Responsibility" off the wall and go down the hatch.
In the next room you will need to place the painting on the pressure plate, to solve the "weight of responsibility" clue. This enables use of the final hatch, which leads to Arhu's Prison (just a room with him in it).
(For the purposes of the achievement I did this on the easiest difficulty, but Arhu doesn't seem to get hit anyway, so it should be possible with harder difficulties)
Arhu is held by spectral chains. Cast Spirit Vision, then use Source Vampirism on each of the spirits, healing Arhu if he takes too much damage. When you free him, a fight will start. As soon as possible teleport Arhu as far away as possible, near/past the source fountain. Then use restoration on him for good measure. He should be safe there, so just finish the fight and get the achievement.

Attention! This tip is part of the Guide to completing the "Valor" difficulty level.
When viewed from where Arhu is located, along the edges of the stairs at the top, there are two arches on each side. On the left side, place one barrel with the fog of Death in the arch near which there are candles. But at the same time, on the very edge and as close as possible to the column dividing the arch.
Place the second barrel with the fog of Death on the opposite side of the stairs. In the arch that is closer to the stairs. And just as in the case of the first barrel, place it on the very edge.
Make a save and throw it into the “Cloud”.
Activate Spiritualism and destroy the spirits. Attention! Before destroying the last spirit, use the First Aid skill on Arhu.
The battle!
On your first turn, Fainom, use the Fireball scroll and a Firestorm grenade to blow up two barrels of Death Fog. The two enemies are no longer there. Kemma, teleport back to the stairs and surround him with Bone Widow and Incarnate (put him on the ground for physical attacks). I’ll say right away that the fog of Death will not work on Kemm. Unlike the remaining two enemies. Which you also transfer to the fog of Death by teleportation. Although in my case, I left one enemy in the charm effect until Kemm died.
In general, you surround Kemm on the stairs and kill him. Taking into account the Reflection effect, you cannot use the skills “Ricocheting Shield” and “Chains of Pain” on Kemma. Only physical attacks with weapons.
I draw your attention to the fact that it is pointless to use “Stone Armor” and “Armor of Frost” on Arhu. The same applies to the "Protective Dome". Moreover, this battle is completed without using any skills at all that require the energy of the Source. And most importantly, Lord Arhu must remain alive. But this goal will not pose any problems for you at all.
Important! After the battle is over, talk to Arhu. It doesn't matter what character it is. Most likely Ifan, since he will be closest to him.
You receive this trophy.

Can be obtained for Fane! You just need to put on a disguise hat (which turns you into other races). I turned into a lizard and was able to fool Dorothea like that.
