How to unlock the Impossible things achievement in Doctor Who: The Edge of Reality - Definitive Guide
This achievement is easier than it seems. There are 25 items throughout the game to collect and thankfully it saves your collectables when you start a new game. Comment if you need help with any part of it.
1st Doctors Ring - Launderette, inside the last dryer on the left side. (Only shows up after the reality changes to the Dalek Invasion)
7th Doctors Umbrella - Launderette, inside the office next to the desk.
9th Doctors Leather Jacket - Shed/Office, the little side building you walk through to get to the crane. Its on a coat stand on the left as you walk in.
Fish Fingers & Custard - Outside, after you deal with the Dalek by magnetizing it with the crane. Walk through the open containers until you reach the longest container (just before you grab the radio that the Doctor is talking through). You should see 2 paths, one leading through the container and the other going to the right. Go down the right path and turn right into the container. The collectable will be inside.
Cricket Ball - Outside, opposite the workbench you put the radio onto. On top of a barrel, kind of hidden in the shadows.
Miniaturised Man/Master/O? - TARDIS, on the 2nd panel when you face it from the doors.
Ace's Baseball Bat - Lucia Minor (Exterior), next to some crates with the campfire (Where you collect the torch)
12th Doctors Guitar - Lucia Minor (Exterior), continue walking through the forest until you come across the first split path. The right path will have another campsite and campfire. The collectable will be leaning against a stool.
7th Doctors Hat - Lucia MInor (Exterior), when you reach the second split path, take the left side. You'll know your following it correctly when the CyberReaper appears. Follow this path to the end where the 7th Doctors hat is sat on top of a tent.
2nd Doctors recorder - Lucia Minor (Interior), once you've disabled the gravity in the ship, look up and float through the hole in the ceiling. The collectable will be floating in the air.
3D Glasses - Lucia Minor (Interior), room before the Zlysters.
Challis/Goblet - Victorian London, in front of the water fountain in the park.
Doctor Wanted Poster - Victorian London, left side of the main gate of Greyles home.
Auton Hand - Victorian London (Greyles home), sat on top of a dresser on the 1st floor.
Sutekhs Sarcophagus - Victorian London (Greyles home), turn right from the Auton gun. It'll be next to some chairs.
Roboman Device - Metebelis IV, right side from the time crystal container.
Mobile Phone - Launderette (Cyber Invasion), under a basket on the chair.
Fez & Bowtie - Launderette (Cyber Invasion), inside the office, on the shelf unit, just next to the fuse box.
4th Doctors Scarf - Launderette (Cyber Invasion), next to the back door in the office. Handing on a hook.
Cyberman Head - Outside (Cyber Invasion), once you've finished talking with the Cyberman head, pick it up.
Cybermat - Cybership, just outside of the bridge, on top of some crates to the left of the door.
Welding Goggles - Cybership, on the left railing in the prison cell room with the Doctor.
80s Cybergun - Cybership, in the cyber conversion room, on the right side of the back wall. On top of a control panel.
Vashta Nerada Helmet - CyberReaper Showdown (Third Transmitter), after you walk up the little green ramp, take the right path, the collectable will be right in front of you.
Fobwatch - CyberReaper Showdown (Third Transmitter), when you reach the little water fountain near the top, it'll be sat on it.

Thanks for the list, any chance you could do one for the Bullseye achievement? as you seem to be the only person on the site that has it.

MISSABLE!
You will know that an item is a collectible object because it will not show up in your inventory, and the Doctor will say something about how you found another thing for the Miniscope.
1) ONE'S RING - Laundrette - after the shift, in the red 5 machine. Unlocks One day I shall come back
2) SEVEN'S UMBRELLA - Laundrette - after the shift. Inside the manager's office, just next to the entrance door
3) NINE'S LEATHER COAT - Reception - on a coat rack
4) FISH FINGERS AND CUSTARD - Crate maze - after the bus and crane is a crate maze. Enter the crates in the following order: left / left / right. This will put you in front of a red crate and a blue crate.
Go down the blue crate, then enter the green crate next to it
5) FIVE'S CRICKET BALL - Junkyard - on a crate left of the large open gates
6) MASTER'S MATCHBOX - TARDIS - on the console, in the section that is between a large lever and a microscope
7) ACE'S BASEBALL BAT - Lucia Minor, outside - at the first campsite, leaning against the crate where you get the torch
8) TWELVE'S GUITAR - Lucia Minor, outside - at the second campsite, in front of the tent
9) FIVE'S HAT - Lucia Minor, outside - at the third campsite, hanging on the tent
10) TWO'S RECORDER - Lucia Minor, inside - in the room where you sonic a pillar to turn off the gravity, look above the pillar. There's a hole you can float up into that leads to two small rooms. In one of these rooms is the recorder, floating around.
11) TEN'S 3D GLASSES - Lucia minor, inside - you will come across crates blocking your path. In a nearby room you can turn off the gravity, which will let you pass the crates. After you pass the crates, sonic the door that was behind them and you'll see the glasses on a crate in this new room.
12) EIGHT'S GOBLET - Victorian London - at the very beginning of the level, leave the TARDIS and walk forward until you reach a fountain. This is sitting on the fountain.
13) WANTED POSTER - Victorian London - after leaving the park, walk forward through a courtyard to a new street, then turn left. Walk forward to an archway and an open gate - the poster is on a wall just left of the gate
14) AUTON HAND GUN - Manfred Grayle House (after) - climb two flights of stairs and find this on a dresser just left of the open door
15) SARCOPHAGUS - Manfred Grayle House (after) - climb two flights of stairs and find this to the right of the open door
16) CYBER HELM - Metebelis IV - at the beginning of the level, cross the bridge into a new room. This is against a rock on the right side of the new room
17) LARRY NIGHTINGALE'S PHONE - Laundrette, redux - under a laundry basket that is on the green chairs
18) ELEVEN'S FEZ AND BOWTIE - Laundrette, redux - manager's office, on the shelf just left of the table where the fuse was
19) FOUR'S SCARF - Laundrette, redux - manager's office, on a hook on the wall next to the exit door
20) HANDLES' HEAD - Scrapyard - you will interact with it once for Alas, poor Handles . Once you've regained control, ACTUALLY PICK IT UP AGAIN and it will count as a collectible.
21) CYBERMAT - Cybermen Ship - from the start of the level, go up some stairs, in an open door, and down a corridor. When the corridor opens up into a new room, the Cybermat will be on a box on the left
22) THIRTEEN'S GOGGLES - Cybermen Ship - after physically encountering the Doctor, these will be on the railing just to your left when you regain control
23) CYBERGUN - Cybermen Ship - in the conversion chamber, on the right computer bank at the opposite end of the room
24) VASHTA NERADA HELMET - Mars, third transmitter area - when you reach a floating shipping container, do not cross it. Turn around and look just left of a low stone wall. You should see the helmet on some crates
26) POCKETWATCH - Mars, third transmitter area - after crossing two sets of floating bridges, you'll be at a fountain. This is at the base of it.
