How to unlock the I'm a Runner and a fighter achievement in Dying Light - Definitive Guide
If you are host for a challenge and one of your partners wins, the marker will disappear but you will not get credit for it. (ProKiller 360)
Agility and Power challenges are denoted by either the agility level symbol or the combat level symbol, with 3 stars underneath.
The first challenges you are able to do show up when you reach the fisherman village as part of the story. There will be 2 melee challenges and 2 running challenges.
I was able to complete 15 after I had to return to the tower after
Most of the ones I did weren't too difficult. Agility ones might take you a few tries but none of them are hard.
For combat ones, most melee ones are really easy. The weapon they give you seems to always one-hit kill the zombies. They also use way less stamina than you normally do.
I would avoid the Psycho ones (the dude that asks you to cut body parts and the like) until you have appropriate skills. I personally found the one where you have to throw zombies into spikes annoying as heck unless you just stand there taking a beating while pushing them into the spikes.
The only annoying one I did other than that required you to get 30 headshots in 1:30. If you do that one, the tip I can give you is to stay standing on the bus and keep back and forthing between the two big zombies. For some reason the headshots don't kill them, but if you wait between headshots each one counts towards the counter. They will die eventually but you can get quite a few off of them. I had to kill these 2 big dudes, the zombies in this area, the zombies on the highway on-ramp, and a few zombies below it.
The zombies on the on-ramp are REALLY easy to headshot (at least for me it seemed like it) since you're going up the hill at them. I had a lucky run for the time I actually won in that the zombies around the bus seemed very unaware. Most runs they would just start climbing on the bus.
Here's a video I found where, while taking a different route than me, shows how to headshot the big guys.

In the second area of the game, the only 2 difficult ones I found were the neck-snapping one and the running one for dodging spitters. For the neck-snapping one I would kick zombies then just walk around them and snap their neck. For the spitter one I just killed all of them (some instantly respawned but they didn't do that too much.)
All of the challenges I have done have been at safe zones, except for a few agility ones that were just to the NW of the tower, and the posters in the second area.
Pretty much any time I've done one of these, the same person has offered two or three. If you walk far enough away (essentially just far enough that they're off the minimap) you should see the symbol pop up.

According to my 'challenges' section in the quest log, these are all the challenges.
The Best Runner - Agility - The first few are given just NW of the tower, the next few are in the middle of the second area.
Dying Lunch - Combat - Can't quite remember where this is but it's in the first area. All Gun challenges I believe.
Family Doctor - Agility - First few are at the fisherman village. Next few are in the safehouse with Spike in the second area.
Jealous Runner - Agility - Again can't remember exact location but they're all in a safehouse in the first area.
Buckshot - Agility - At the Tower in the vendor room. 2 Combat Challenges.
Psycho - Combat - All at a safehouse in the North of first area. Most of these are pretty annoying if you don't have appropriate skills.
Ultimate Weapon - Combat - First few at the dock area, next few in East of second area. All very easy Machete challenges.
Posters - Combat and Agility - All over the second area.
Run For You Life - Agility - Safehouse in the North of second area. They require you to go out at night and reach a certain point with a level 2 pursuit level.
Anyone know how many are in the game in total?
The first time you access these is in the fishing village to the east of the slums map. You will be able to spot them as there is a marker on the map.
Complete a challenge for a person and then they will call you back when they have another more difficult challenge. I would suggest trying to complete as many as possible in the Slums as they are generally easier than the ones in Old Town,
There are over 40 challenges so don't spend too long worrying if you get stuck on one, just move along.
This trophy can glitch and not unlock at 15 challenges, like it did for me. I had done nearly 30 before realising it hadn't popped. What I did was start a new game (you can do this once you have completed the campaign) and start it at the mission "Clinic" using the advanced settings. This gave me options to both maps and all challenges. I then started doing challenges again and after three the trophy popped.
I would also suggest leaving the bulk of the challenges until either the end of or after the, story as there are a lot of abilities that you unlock late on that help with these challenges.
Agility and Power challenges appear as a running person over stars, or crossed machetes over stars, respectively, on the map. They start to pop up around the time you first go to the bridge in the Slums, and you will have tons of challenges that you can do over the course of the game, although any mix of Agility and Power challenges will work fine for this achievement. There are also other challenges, such as the Psycho challenge in the Slums that do not count for this. If they do not give you Agility or Power XP as a reward, they don’t count.
Power Challenges – These include melee, throwing, and gun challenges, and have you kill a certain number of enemies within the time limit. Most of these are pretty straightforward, although the melee ones often have a Bomber or two that can ruin your run if you aren’t paying attention, and some of the gun challenges flat out don’t have enough enemies in the area to kill.
Agility Challenges – For the most part these are checkpoint races: race from yellow circle to yellow circle and win. One caveat is that you cannot use the grappling hook for many of them, so read the challenge parameters before starting the challenge. Pretty much all of the grappling hook challenges are an easy win, but the foot races are more up to player skill and may take a couple of attempts to complete.
Agility and Power Challenges are found all across Harran. Agility Challenges are found with an icon, while Power Challenges are found with an icon. Agility Challenges are probably the easiest, because your objective is just to travel to a destination before the time runs out. You also cannot use the grapple hook or you will lose. Power Challenges on the other hand, are more challenging. In order to earn this trophy, you must complete a total of 15 challenges in any order that you desire. It does not need to be either 15 Agility or 15 Power challenges. Completing either will count towards 15 in total.
We felt that the Agility Challenges in the Slums were by far the easiest, while Agility Challenges in Old Town were a bit more challenging. The Challenges that Bajram offers are also pretty easy, as all you have to do is flee a night pursuit before time runs out. Bajram can be found in a Safe Zone just North of Old Town. Most of these challenges are not difficult at all, but do take a few attempts before mastering them.
Upon completing your 15th challenge, the trophy will unlock.
