How to unlock the Lunge Expert achievement in EA SPORTS Active 2 - Definitive Guide
Set up a custom workout, set the intensity to high, and choose lunges and any other exercise related achievements you may need. Any type of lunge counts towards this.
You don't necessarily have to do the lunges but you have to at least stand there and put you leg back to get it to count. The achievement won't pop until the end of the workout.
You can track you progress towards the achievement but it only gives you a bar graph with the progress, not actual numbers.
Depending on the intensity, you will most likely not unlock this achievement if you plan to complete the 9 week program without skipping this exercise. If it did not unlock after the program, either 100% complete the Cardio Kick Start program or create a custom workout with your favorite lunge exercise at the desired intensity. Below are a list of different lunge exercises and a table for the Alternative Drop Lunges which shows the total time and exercises needed.
