How to unlock the Phase 1 Complete achievement in EA SPORTS Active 2 - Definitive Guide
To get this achievement you need to start on The 9 Week Program course and keep with it for the first Phase (which is three weeks long).
Thing is this doesn't mean it will take you three weeks to make the achievement pop, I just managed to get it in 17 days. The way this works is because progress towards the achievement really comes down to how many workouts you have actually done. On your schedule you have to designate 4 days out of the 7 a week to working out for the program. This means after 3 weeks you would have done 12 work outs and achievement unlocked. However to get the achievement sooner like me you can fiddle with your schedule as much as you want. Lets say you work out Monday to Thursday and have the following 3 days off, well what you could do is on the Thursday change your schedule and make it so you have Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday off and add Friday, Saturday and Sunday to your schedule. This will mean you do 7 work outs that week, 5 the next week and this achievement will pop.
Fortunately you can miss work outs, any one that you miss can be done at a later date by going on the Missed Workouts section in the 9 Week program. This can be used to your advantage as it means you'll be able to do more than one work out in a day which you may prefer. I do as I get quite sweaty playing this game (it's very demanding!) so I like to get as much done as possible in one go. I would recommend making sure you do any missed workouts before you start on the current days workout as doing otherwise may potentially make the missed workout disappear and leave this achievement unobtainable.
Finally it's worth mentioning that I did 100% of the exercises in all 12 of the work outs. I'm not sure if this is needed but I didn't want to risk skipping any and losing out on the achievement (although the running ones do knacker me!). Keep the intensity on Easy as I noticed on my last few work outs it started upping the repetitions of everything to make the workout longer and harder even though my intensity was still set to Easy.
I should state that this achievement will get you working your body out as I've tried to find shortcuts to all exercises and some youjust have to buckle down and do (such as the running ones). Don't try this achievement unless you're committed, would be horrible to get a few hours in and then give up because you can't hack it. Onwards to Phase 2 and 3 for me!

I have been sick lately so I haven't been able to play this game. Went through "missed Workouts " today, just doing one exercise pr Workout i missed and i got the achievment! So i belive it is possible to do it without too much hassle!

Yeah I ended up doing just one exercise throughout the rest of the 6 weeks and got both Phase 2 and Phase 3 achievements. Looks like I made all that effort for this solution for nothing haha.
