How to unlock the Gungeon Master achievement in Enter The Gungeon - Definitive Guide
You need to clear the past as the four main gungeoneers to be able to get this achievement.
As far as i can tell, beating
as Paradox does not count for this achievement.
I highly recommend going to Oubliette if you have the keys.(especially on rainbow run)

Different people will be better with different guns, so 'best guns & passives' will always be subjective, but assuming you've unlocked them here are the best things to take on a rainbow run:
Ancient Hero's Bandana - 4X max ammo capacity
Old Goldie - Possibly the best shotgun in the game
Clone - When you die, you instead respawn on 1f with all items except clone
Any gun that you consider very good
Yellow Chamber - 2 heart containers, damage boost, and charmed enemies, at the cost of curse
If nothing else, the first hit of spice gives 1 heart container, slows enemy bullets and increases accuracy, and there can only be 1 spice per chest.
Yari launcher is ridiculously good for bosses if you have ammo

As a note: taking spice also adds curse. you get half a curse point the first time you use it and one added every time after that.

Is it possible to unlock this with Gunslinger? I already unlocked him but did not get it for my first win with him (the one that unlocked him). Can I unlock it if I go for another complete run with Gunslinger or do I have to use one of the original gungeoneers?

An extremely tough trophy. To get to the 6th hall you need to kill the past with each of the 4 main characters, and then go through the 5th floor. The 6th floor is incredibly difficult, and at the end there is a terrible boss from 3!!! radically different battles and the complexity of each phase is somewhere at the level of the bosses of the 4th hall. I can only give one hint, the boss is usually sooooo far from the entrance, don’t try to explore everything, there is NOT a single chest or merchant on this level, it cost me a lot to make sure of this, but I opened the entire map and its size is like 2-2.5 cards 5 hall So find the boss and go ahead.

The boss is not as scary as the path to it.
Try to provide yourself with good guns as much as possible by the end of level 5.
Level 6 will be very wasteful of ammo and, most likely, there will be no powerful weapons left for the boss.
The ideal option that worked out for me:
- for clearing rooms of level 6 BSP and Cupid's bow
- for the 1st and 2nd stages of the boss, the genie’s lamp
- at stage 3, a railgun prototype.

Be careful: if you play as Paradox, then after the first clearing of the 6th hall your game will start again, but as a lich (secret character), and in this case you will also need to finish the game for him in order for the hall to be counted, so in the end you'll have to go through cartridge hell twice.
In general, the bloody brooch is very helpful (it restores half your health for every 1200 damage dealt, which is very helpful with fairly dense mobs).

For the third stage of the boss, I recommend leaving weapons with explosive shells. About 2/3 of his attacks in this phase will be almost nullified. In my opinion, the ideal one would be the Stinger - it destroys bullets and bees, if you came to the boss with full ammunition, then there will be enough cartridges for the first phase.
*If you rely on the effect of the explosion of cartridges, then it is better not to pick up the item “Phantom Bullets” or sell it if possible before the battle with the boss.
