Go into Quick Race, choose any constructor, any driver. Once you reach the Race Settings page, change the Participation Level to either Short Weekend - One-Shot Qualifying or Long Weekend - One-Shot Qualifying. Make sure you don't go off the track during your qualifying session so that you'll complete it with a valid time. Feel free to take the lap slowly as position does not matter for this achievement. Once the qualifying session is over and your position is revealed, the achievement will pop.

This is the Qualifying system used in the game mode Season Challenge. It gives you just one lap to set a lap. Complete a valid lap for the trophy to pop. A valid lap means no penalties or warnings (corner cutting etc).
Mahtan, Tinuvil
Go into one shot qualifying while on Season Challenge Mode and place a valid lap. If you cut corners the lap will be invalid. This does not have to be fast, just valid.
