How to unlock the Caravan Master achievement in Fallout: New Vegas - Definitive Guide

All Credit goes to the guys over at Achievement Hunter, in this case Jack.

Pretty simple to get the 3 wins for this one as well for the 30 wins for the Caravan Master one as well, just build the deck Jack talks about and have some fun!

This video helped me quite a bit... and really it makes money a non issue when I can win so many caps from people playing Caravan!!

EDIT: Also posted this solution to the "Know When to Fold 'Em" achievement as well as adding to the flavor text above that I added there as well.

I didn't vote negative but this method isn't "surefire" anything. I still lose all my matches because the opponents place jacks down immediately and i dont have anymore 10's

This solution is far from flawless as i read in the above comments. This may help some people but it didn't for me. For every game i win, i loose two. Ringo keeps using his kings and jacks on my cards and ruins everything. This just doesn't work.

I have no clue about Caravan and flukes 3 wins. So, I will give this solution a try, and see if I can scam Ringo. Don't need many achievements now and can see this being my last one. Will update if it works for me.

Thanks for the help. If you miss out on playing against Ringo in the starting oif the game, Cliff Brascoe is a decent alternative. He's located in Novac in the Dino Gift Shop. I won 95% of the time against him using this strategy.

Even if you miss Ringo in the Gas Station up on the hill at the early parts of the game, he seems to stay in Goodsprings even though his dialog says he is going to head back to the Crimson Caravan HQ. At least, for me, he is still hanging out in the Saloon in Goodsprings.

As a note, I'm not sure if caravan-ers ever "run-out" of betting money, but I bought everything from the person in the Mojave Outpost, and their bets went back up into the thousands, so I'm guessing I just restocked that person full of caps, all for me to win back :D

This is the best, simplest way to get this. I tried the other high-rated guide (above this one at the time of writing) and I didn't find it as easy to use or understand.

The video says to fill in the remaining cards that aren't 10s, 9s and 7s. I filled them with face cards and jokers so I could more quickly differentiate them from the numbers I needed while I was discarding, and having a chance to draw a King was useful if I needed to make my opponent go bust.

I found my best luck playing against Ambassador Crocker in the NCR Embassy at the Strip. I noted that if I raised the bet to more than he had so he was flat broke, it never stopped letting me play against him, with nothing wagered.

The video above is great In simplifying the game down to playing nothing but 7,9 and 10 to reach 26 but one suggestion when playing Crocker, don’t lay your top row out 10 - 10 -10 go 7- 10 -7 or 10 - 7 - 10. It seemed like he rarely jammed me up when I mixed it up like that. Got 30 wins in less than an hour. Good Luck.

6s 10s and kings use kings to double the ten. Also have Jack's to sabotage the other players caravan. It's simple and you can bust it out in under two hours

Quite easy to win if you play against Ringo and continuously bet 1 cap. Just use your Kings to bust any hand he's currently at 20+ and Jacks to bring down his numbers if you don't have a King. Took me a couple hours to get it done.

thanks for the vid. definitely a lot more helpful than "just wing it! that's what I did" type of advice.

just a side ntoe for anyone who still might be having trouble... with this strategy, you do not need to have three 7, 9, and 10 cards to start playing. I found that if you have 3 of your starter card (three 7s or three 10s) and at least two 9s and two of the remaining numbers (ex: if you start with three 10s you would need two 7s) to begin. I always discarded jokers, jacks, and queens, and saved (if I could) my kings to place on my opponent's caravans in order to over burden them. I found that most of the time the game will end with you being the winner if you can get your three caravans to 26 quickly, but sometimes the game continues if the opponent also has one or two caravans with 26. so to quickly end the game when this happens, drop a king on their caravan that has 26 and you should win the game.

Comment above me is impossible unless it's Ringo or Crocker. If its one of them it works like a charm. You you can't place the 9 on a 7 or a 7-10-9 unless it's the same suit. Video is also extremely difficult since you can't place a 10 on a 7 either unless same suit. Since the AI uses Jacks and kings the method is completely useless unless it's Ringo or Crocker. After using it 10 times on Isaac I only won a single time due to a jack happening to be in my hand at the right time.

Great post! I read the rules in the game, but I didn't get the strategy. SO, it really really difficult to win the first 3 games. So I just gave up on Caravan. But, being a chieveo-whore I checked out this vid. Got my achieveable after only 31 games. Awesome strategy guys. Granted its not surefire, you do actually have to use your head.

Very good method, one small note is that I filled up the entirety of the rest of my deck with Jacks. And I played 7,9,10 rather than 10,9,7.
The AI was freqently playing a King on my starting 10's, wheras when starting with 7's, they tend to use their Kings to bolster their own cards.
Not much of a difference, but I felt it saved me a minute or two overall.

Used this same method. If you killed Ringo, just start a new game, and play against Ringo.
Only use 7s, 9s, 10s, Kings and Jacks, throw everything else away.

Use Kings when Ringo is 20+ to put him over 26, and Jacks to remove a card from their stack. Remove your own track when Ringo pulls this same strategy against you.

Takes awhile to get the hang of it, I went 30-10 with Ringo.

Remember the stacks of cards can go ascending or descending such as 7,9,10 or 10,9,7

This is building off the information in the first solution - read that for background and general rules, or reference this website: http://xbox360.ign.com/articles/111/1119257p1.html

As for strategy to win 30 games, I did it against the first three players I ran into - Goodsprings, Primm, and Mojave Outpost. My strategy kills all three of those players, and I've won 40 matches in a row and over 2,500 caps... so it should be really easy to copy or modify.

1. First, you only need to create one hand from the default deck to beat the early chumps. Once you pick the hand, you can use it in every match after that, so it takes a few minutes and you never have to do it again. Create your hand (30 cards) with all 4 suits, all 5-6-7-8 and J-Q-K, 4 each of all those cards... that's 28 cards, then 2 Jokers.
2. When you start, the first hand you're just laying down three cards as the basis of your caravans. Use the highest or lowest cards of different suits... like 5 of Clubs, 8 of spades, 8 of hearts, for example. If you don't have three number cards, discard a Queen, they're next to useless.
3. Once the three caravans are started, if you have a King, play it on the highest card you have - an 8, usually. That doubles the 8, giving you 16. You're aiming for 26 total in every caravan.
4. If the other player gets between 20-26 before you do in any caravan, play the King on their highest card, that'll make them bust (until they use a Jack to get rid of a card). Sometimes they get frustrated and fold that entire caravan, which is awesome. Basically, don't let the other player win a single caravan, and you'll be okay.
5. If the other player plays a King on one of his cards, they'll probably be close to that 20-26 range, so play a Jack on that card - removing that card and the King, dropping him back down to some low #.
6. Your goal is to have all three Caravans between 21-26, and with a higher # in that range than the other player. Once you do that, you win the game.

It's actually pretty easy if you follow that method - I won over 40 in a row. Remember, though, if you get stuck and can't play one of your numerical cards, use a Queen to reverse the order. Also, be careful with Jokers so that you don't sabotage your Caravans or drop down the other player's point # below the busting point (27).

I haven't found a Caravan player who beats this strategy yet, if you pay attention to their hands. I'm at 52-7 (lost my first five while trying to understand the rules) right now, and I've won over $13k (caps) in Caravan. Doesn't compare to the $40k I won at the casinos for the other achievement, but this was a lot more fun to win.

I've used a similar strategy, although I used 9's instead of Queens since I would never use the queens. Definitely works if you follow this strategy.

Playing Nobark for a few hands in Novac is worth 2000 caps easy.

I've just started playing this game, and have yet to play a game of Caravan (in the in-game instructions were too confusing and I went on-line looking for a better understanding). Your solutions sounds great, and thus the positive vote, but could you please explain what you mean by "My strategy kills all three of those players"? Do you mean the NPCs end up dead? Id there any negative consequence to this (other than I suspect bad karma)? Thanks so much!

No, none of the players die, they just lose a whole lot of caps. You can even go back later and punish their wallets again. Once you adopt this method, you'll be able to buy the moon if you want it. (Wait... you took the other thing literally... so no, you can't actually buy the moon.)

When I was playing against Ringo, for some reason I was allowed to not only freely go up or down in value, but could mix suites.

I'm sure this is a bug, but as of yet it has not been patched out.

Just not sure if this is a bug I have triggered, or if it would apply to anyone, but looks like a far easier way to win Caravan.

I'm giving you a thumbs up for the strategy, which helped me a lot.

However!

Johnson Nash (Primm) and Lacey (Mojave Outpost) will only play five games with you. So unless you get 20 wins with Ringo, you pretty much can't have the achievement by the Outpost.

Just a heads up.

Not sure why this has 3 negative votes, pretty clear solution that works. I also agree with Tenshi3 using the 9's strengthens your advantage but either way works. My biggest problem is switching between cards - the LS is way too sensitive causing me to sometimes discard the wrong cards if pulling LT too quick. I would add that you should get rid of face cards (jokers then jacks and queens more so than kings) at the start, before laying down the first card. Do this until you have a combination of three 5's or 9's to start each caravan and max out 8's and 7's. Well done.

Great guide, however it would be good to note that you automatically lose if you run out of cards. Not that it’s a big deal, but it counts as a hand played with the people who will only play 5 hands.

Simple Strategy:

Build your deck down to 30 cards keeping all of your 10's, 9's and 7's. You only want 30 cards because you want your best chance of getting to these cards when you need them.

When it is your first turn keep discarding cards until your hand has three 9's and either three 10's and two 7's or three 7's and two 10's. You can chose which card you want to discard and do it as much as you like on your first hand so you should have the following to start.

7,7,7,9,9,9,10,10 or 7,7,9,9,9,10,10,10

Start with either 7's or 10's, whichever you have three of. Start your three columns with one each of these cards.

Then play one of each of your 9's in each of these columns.

Lastly. play whichever you didn't play in the first round ( 7's or 10's) as a third card in each of your columns. If you get to your last column and you are missing the card you didn't have a third of when you started, just keep discarding until you get it.

That will give you three rows of 26 points giving you the win every time.

Your first chance to play Caravan is in Goodsprings, the town you start the game in. Go to the bar and talk to Trudy - she'll tell you about Ringo, who's at the gas station. Say you'll go talk to him and you can go into the gas station - one of the dialogue options with him is to play Caravan. Ringo is not very good at the game so this is probably the best spot to get the achievement.

Note: You can hit X when decided how much you're going to bet - set it to 1 cap at first, then there's no risk if you happen to lose

Caravan confuses the hell out of me, so here are some basic tips - I managed to get this achievement and I still have no real idea how to play. But if you're smarter than me, you can also read the holotape Ringo gives you - it explains all the rules.

Basically, both you and your opponent have 3 piles - called caravans - of cards. The aim of the game is to getting the total these piles to be between 20 and 27 (or 21-26, if you will), and to outbid your opponents caravans by having the highest value.

General Info

- Numbered cards simply add their value to the pile. To play a numbered card, it needs continue in the same numerical direction - ascending or descending, and/or be the same suit as the previous card. Jokers placed on a numbered card remove all other cards of this value from the table.
- Aces add one to the pile. Jokers placed on an ace remove all other non-face cards of the aces suit from the table.
- Jacks remove the card it's placed on. (Tip - Placing a Jack on a King will also take away the card the King is doubling)
- Kings double whatever card you put them on.
- Queens add no value - instead, they reverse the current direction and the suit of that caravan.

How to Actually Win 30 Games

The first 3 turns you must start your 3 caravans. Try to put either high or low value cards, since you'll be either ascending or descending. Remember, aim to get the value between 20 and 27.

Also remembers you can put face cards on your opponents caravan. So if an opponent has a caravan with a value between 20 and 27, feel free to to put a King on and it will go over, or put a Jack on the highest value card to put it under.

If you've got a bad hand, you can hit LT to swap out the selected card from your hand. You can also hit RT to remove an entire caravan if you please.

So basically, just remember what face cards do, try to make all your caravans add up to 21-26, and put cards on your opponents side to 'sabotage' them. Since Ringo kinda sucks, it shouldn't be too hard.

(Also, there's a challenge for losing caravan 5 times, it gives you some XP so when you're done with the achievement you can quickly go for that as well)

For those having trouble finding players you can compete against No Bark, he is a somewhat crazed bum living in Novac. He can be found in his shack on the north side of town or often wandering b/w it and the medical tent.

The first few times you play him it will be for caps but once he is out he will continue to play for fun. At the betting screen simply hit 'Y' to accept the bet of 0 and away you go.

EDIT: This also applies to other NON-vendor players. Vendors will stop playing when they have run out of caps but others you encounter will continue to play for fun.

The goal of Caravan is to make piles with scores from 21 to 26 (inclusive). There are several different theories on how to do this. I'll provide another.

Remember, the goal is to basically hit 26 in each row. For those of you confused about how to actually play, here's a simplified version:

In your first three turns, you have to play one card on an empty row. Since you must then play a card higher or lower than the one under it, it's in your interest to play the highest or lowest card you have at first. If I get 10s, I'll play those first, else I'll try to start low.

Importantly, when you're building a deck, you will have a lot of cards that are useless, so don't include them in your deck. They're taking up space when you need certain cards to come up.

Kings are the important card, since they double whatever card they're played on. This gives you more options when you're trying to hit that magic 26. For example, if you are stuck with a 8-9, you can play a King on the 9 so that 8-9-9 = 26. Also, if you can get a 10-6 combination, the King on the 10 will give you a 26, and so on. Since you can't play the same card on itself, use the King to help you.

The ideal deck would be one that depends on a particular pairing of cards, 6-10 or 9-8, with a King doubling the high card and a Jack for defense. In a perfect world, I'd probably only play a deck with 6-10-J-K only, but since you need a minimum of 30 cards, that's going to be hard to do. The reason is that if you limit the different cards in your deck, you have a better chance of your next card being the one that fits your strategy. Therefore, in my case, my perfect deck would probably be nine 6s, nine 10s, nine Kings, and 3 Jacks.

However, since you probably won't be able to get that many of each card, mix it up a little. Create a deck with only 6-7-8-9-10-J-K. Leave out the Queens and the small cards. Also leave out Jokers, since they only work in conjunction with Aces, and can easily sabotage you as well. Jacks are your defense... hold them to knock your opponent out.

The bottom line is to base your deck on a strategy. Don't just use every card that you own; instead focus on about 3 cards that you can expect will turn up over and over, and make sure you have a few Jacks in case you need to slow down your opponent.

Kudos to Achievement Hunters in advance for an awesome tip.

1- When picking your cards make sure all 10s, 9s, and 7s are in your deck.

2- On your first turn, you may discard as many cards as you like, so discard until all you have are 10s, 9s, and 7s.

3- Play ONLY 10s, 9s, and 7s, starting piles with either a 10 or 7 (so you can still work up or down.

4- After all three (sometimes two) piles show a total of 26, You will win.

5- Repeat 29 more times.

FOR THOSE WHO WOULD RATHER READ THAN WATCH

Basically buy as many 6's, 10's and King's.
(You can get these from almost any vendor, random based)

You can equally set up your deck as 10 of each if needed.

Be sure to have at least three 10's and three King's before you start placing foundation cards

Place a 10, then a King beside it, to finish with a 6.

This will maximize your Caravan to 26.

Try and get each caravan to 26 as quickly as possible and you are sure to win 99% of the time!

I found it easier to keep all cards (4-10) of only two different suits (spades and clubs for example) keep your aces of the opposing suits. keep jokers, kings, a couple jacks, queens aren't that important. No need to reverse the direction if the cards are all suited. If your opponent is gaining the edge then play an ace that they seem to have a lot of suited and place a joker on it. helps to play the ace early. Use your jacks on their kings or high numbered cards if they are above twenty in any of their caravans. If you are stuck at a standstill where all of your caravans are at 26 and in the rare case you haven't won yet place a jack on one of their highest caravans and victory should be yours.

08 May 2011 12:41

Going by sets of three - one of each type, stack your caravan deck with as many Kings, 10's, and 6's as you can find. You will need eleven of each to start with for this deck, but it is brutally simple and effective.

Lay down the 10 first, then either drop a King on it to double the value to 20, or lay a 6 on the next tier down off the 10 for a score of 16. You can start with a 6 if that is how the deal comes up... Rinse, lather, & repeat until you win.

Also, be "that guy"... Save before each game of caravan you are about to start just in case.

You'll get a starter deck for Caravan from Ringo in the gas station at Goodsprings.Ringo gives you a note with the deck that contains the complete rules, so I won't go over them again, but I suggest you read them carefully. This game broke my brain at first, so I'll repeat that. Read them carefully.

To blow through this trophy easily, just play Ringo 30 times. He has a basic deck and is an easy opponent. When he runs out of money, you'll have to raise the wager to at least 1 cap then accept to continue. A simple strategy for easy wins is to get a couple of jokers, then construct a two suit deck with Aces of the opposite two suits. For example, use only diamonds and spades and include aces that are clubs and hearts. This allows you to use the jokers to nuke the opposite suits without worrying about hurting yourself as well. You'll also want to have a fair number of Jacks and Kings in the deck, both to help yourself and screw the other guy. Queens are relatively useless in this deck, as you'll only have two suits, making reversing direction easy with same suit cards. You'll want to keep an eye out for Aces of your two suits that your opponent plays however, and use a Jack to eliminate them as soon as possible. Ringo doesn't have much in the way of face cards however, so this isn't as big a concern when playing him.

This is easiest to do if you buy cards from every vendor who offers them throughout the game (don't worry, they're cheap), then go for this trophy once you're at the end of the game and can construct a deck to suit your particular playing style. You should be able to knock this out with Ringo in a couple of hours without too much trouble. There are several vendors and locations where you can get cards:

  • Crimson Caravan Company - Blake

  • Gibson's Scrap Yard - Old Lady Gibson

  • Goodsprings - Chet

  • NCR Correctional Facility - Carter

  • Prospector's Den - looted from corpses

  • Scorpion Gulch - looted from corpse

  • Deathclaw Promontory - looted from corpse

  • Central Sewers - looted from corpse

I've won over 60 games and around 16 showed in the stats, I played loads after Ringo (@ good springs) had run out of caps, I assume only games where you win caps count? If you go back to Ringo after a while he'll have some caps again, hopefully this helps someone not waste their time by playing for no caps for no reason smile

You'll have to win 30 games of Caravan for this one. You can continuously play (and win) against the same opponent. See the following YouTube video for some advanced tricks.

A free deck of cards for playing Caravan, as well as the rules, can be obtained from Ringo in the very first city of Goodsprings. Additional cards can be purchased from various vendors and found in some chests.
The goal of the caravan game is to score more points in three piles than your opponent - more than 21, but not more than 26. The first player to score the required number of points wins in each pile. Therefore, your main task is to prevent the computer from overtaking you in points in at least one pile.
The rules of the game are quite confusing and tricky, and to fully comprehend them you will have to tinker with them for quite a long time. But in short, cards from 2 to 10 add their number to the pile, and cards with “faces” give various modifiers, the king multiplies the value of the card by two, the joker removes all cards of the same value as the card on which it was placed, except in the case of an ace, then he removes all cards of that suit, etc. However, below I will give an almost ideal combination that will allow you to win with almost 100% probability, without delving deeply into the rules of the game. True, you can only complete it after you have played the game for some time.
The basis of a winning combination is that you have a deck of 30 cards, which will only include 3 cards. 6, 10 and kings, 10 cards of each type. Since at one point in time from each set of cards, there can only be 4 cards in the deck. Then you will need to collect the necessary cards from several sets. Just buy 6, 10 and kings from sellers at every opportunity.
Once you have your winning deck together, start playing. Your task is to put 6 and 10 on the table (it turns out to be 16), and then put the king on the ten (it turns out to be 26). So in 6-9 choruses you will win the game. An almost non-losing combination is made when the opponent has similar cards or a Joker.

If you want to earn some more money, I recommend playing with Ambassodor (NKR base on the Strip). You can win about 2000 caps per game)

I’ll add a wonderful tip from Sirogabober that helped me figure out this game.

Introductory:
- “Caravan” is a stack of cards whose total is in the range of 21-26!
- the suit of the card does not matter! only numbers and pictures!
- the minimum deck for the game is 30 cards. Later, when the Courier has more cards, you can increase the playing deck.
- needed - 6, 7, 9, 10 and Kings (I didn’t use Jacks).

So, here we go:

1. First screen - bet. - accept the bet; - raise the bet; - go to the next screen.

2. Second screen - creating your own game deck. The bottom row is the cards that the Courier has. Use the left stick to find the one you want and select it by pressing The deck for the game is formed in the top row. Minimum 30, more is possible. Click go ahead.

3. Third screen (game) - eight cards on the right. Scrolling with the left stick. Until you have placed three starting cards, you cannot form a “Caravan”! We set the start of the game from 6 and 7 . It is possible from 10 . Further, if anything goes wrong, 9 will do! Selected with the left stick, confirm the choice If there is no suitable card, reset the most unnecessary one with the button . If an NPC "messed up" your "Caravan", you can throw it off - select with the left stick and press

4. Tactics: Such links from Sirogabober

6+10+K / 6+9+10 / 6+K+10

7+9+10 / 7+9+K / 7+K+10

and from me (I’ll add)

10+9+7 / 10+K+6 / 10+9+6

9+K+7 / 9+K+6 / 9+7+6

Write them down on a piece of paper and look at them during the game. Will help at the initial stage. I have highlighted the best combinations in bold . And don’t forget to throw kings to your opponent in order to “overload” his “Caravan”.

My starting 30 card playing deck:
6 - four cards
7 - six cards
9 - five cards
10 - seven cards
K - eight cards

Maps can be found in the Aerotech Business Park in block 200 in the desk; from traveling traders; from various bartenders and from corpses.

As a bonus, I’ll add a list of players, their location and the number of caps.

Cliff Briscoe - Dinosaur's Gift Shop, Novak - Various number of caps (5 games)
Dale Barton - Caesar's Fort - Various number of caps
Dennis Crocker - NCR Embassy on the Strip - ~2000 caps
Isaac - "Gunsmiths" - ~150 caps
Private Jake Erwin - NCR Embassy on the Strip ~120 caps
Johnson Nash - Primm - Various caps (5 games)
Jules - North Vegas Square - ~50 caps
Kit - Businesspark "Aerotech" - 0-3 covers
Lacy - Mojave Outpost - Various number of caps (5 games)
Little Brat - Camp McCarran - ~400 caps
Quartermaster Mayes - Camp Forlorn Hope - ~2000 caps (5 games)
Nelai Noonan - Novak - ~1800 caps
Ringo - Red Caravan Company - ~50 caps

In principle, nothing complicated, no need to bother with the deck. We choose from the deck 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, jacks and kings. I had 33 cards. We throw cards of the maximum or minimum suit into the first row. Then we add cards on top either in ascending or descending order, reaching 21 to 26 in each pile. We collect three piles like this and win, we play dirty tricks on the opponent’s jacks or kings. 30 games are a long time to play, really. After each win, I saved, and if the enemy ran out of money, I waited three days.

The game is very simple and understandable, in order to learn how to play it you must at least be able to think, here are the rules: one of the players needs to have 3 caravans, the maximum number of points in each of the caravans is from 21-28, whoever gets 3 caravans first wins and won. Let's start playing: place bets, choose a deck (no matter what), lay out the cards, if you have an ace in your hands, put it in first place (because bots like to remove them), if you have, for example, 10, put it in first place, cards can be placed in descending and ascending order if you have a jack (it will remove both your and your opponent’s card, it is advisable to place if the opponent multiplied the card or gave you a king (which multiplies the card) so that you have more than 28 points if there is no jack you can select a caravan with the R1 button and delete it, or you can take a card by pointing the stick at a card that is not needed and press l1 (one turn passes), for example, I’ll show you the game: you get an ace or 2 or 3 or 4, put it in first place, then if you have 10 or 9 or 8 we put it in second place, and in third place a small or large extra card, the enemy can remove the first caravan on the first turn and we put him for example 4 (if you don’t put it, he can remove a large card for you) , then perhaps he will remove 4 or not, then if you have, for example, 8, we put it to 10 because in descending order, and if there are 5, 6, 4 then to the ace, if you have a king, we can multiply the card, we put it on 5 it became 10, I didn’t put the king on 9 because if I multiply it becomes 10+9+9=28 it’s impossible, the game will prolong you already have 10 at the end of the caravan, you can put the queen (it changes the addition of the court, i.e. if you put it on 10 (which stands at the end of one caravan (not necessarily 10 whatever you want), then you can put another card on it, i.e. 9 then 8, 7, 6, etc.), and the joker removes cards from the opponent or from you, randomly ( it’s better not to bet, only in extreme cases), that’s all, if you win, you can play with this NPC again, only it will have much less caps, it’s good to play with the same thing, because losing 10 caps if you lose is not enough.

How to play Caravan (own description)
There were some things I still didn't understand, but they didn't stop me from taking the trophy in one sitting without saving.
Easy to play. You must collect in two or better in three decks a sum from 21 to 26. Cards can only be placed in descending or ascending order. Not mixed at all.

At the beginning, you need to collect the required number of cards to start the game. Minimum 30. Choose which ones you need, discard the rest from the deck
From the cards I took 6, 7, 9, 10, Jack (J), King (K). The jack removes one card (or two if there is a king on it). The king doubles the amount. These two cards will help you gain the required amount or spoil the game well for your opponent. In total, I had a deck of 43 cards. 5 kings and 5 jacks.

Now the first 3 cards are laid down, and after that you can adjust the others, remove the columns and “spoil” the opponent’s cards.
I used the following links to get the required amount.
6+10K; 7+9+10; 6+9+10; 7+9K; 6+9K; 7K+10; 6K+10

It is best to collect the first 2 bundles, they give a total of 26, and if you collect all 3, you win. If your opponent removed cards from you using a jack, for example 7 from the second bunch, then it is better to remove 9 with your jack and start collecting again. When he adjusts the king, then you need to decide either to derail the entire column at once, or remove extra cards so that there are from 21 to 26 left in the column.

If you see that your opponent is ahead of you, or you don’t have good cards, you can put a king in the column, and thereby make a bust, or a jack so that there is a shortage. In both cases, it is best to play on a large card.

PS: I played Caravan Company with Ringo, he had a couple of jacks and kings in his deck. He often threw a jack on the first left card

Another way to get this trophy is that you need cards 7, 9 and 10.

They can be laid out on the table either in descending or ascending order.

As described above, to start the game you will need 30 cards in any case, therefore you choose all 7, 9 and 10 and plus any cards at random.

After the game starts and it’s your turn, sort the cards (at the very beginning this can be done without losing your turn), i.e. choose a card that we don’t need (for example, 6), remove it and leaf through the deck until you come across 7, 9 or 10. After sorting, you just need to lay out the cards on the table in the order you need.

As experience shows, it will be enough for you to be the first to collect two caravans (7, 9, 10 and 7, 9, 10) to win.

! Keep track of which of the three “caravans” your opponent places first. That is, if he puts out the middle caravan first, start with the side ones, then you will definitely overtake him.
