How to unlock the Hard Work is Happy Work achievement in Fallout Shelter - Definitive Guide

'Rushing' a room involves making a room that produces resources (generator, water purifier, etc) produce it immediately in addition to a caps reward.
Simply select a room and press cn_up. This will bring up the rush confirmation screen, which also shows you the probability of success, and press cn_A. Rinse and repeat 50 times.
As the description suggests, failed rushes will not count, and failure will also have negative side effects on your vault such as Radroach attacks and fires, which in turn decrease your vault dwellers health and happiness, so if the probability is over 50%, don't chance it, and wait for the probability to be in your favour, which is about 45-47%. The probability will decrease over time, so it's best to be patient.

Prob best to rush a non essential room, like a stimpak lab... as to not effect your resource flow.

Always best to rush immediately after you have collected resources that way your flow hardly effected.

Mine is stuck at 98% with over 60 successful rushes. Any ideas?

Did you start up a new vault or switch to another one? Progress is not cumulative across multiple vaults, so that could be what your encountering.

I've also heard of occasions were the tracker has taken a couple of days to update.

no problem, will that mean I have to start the other ones again, or will I still be able to continue my origional vault for the rest of the progress.

Stuck for me as well at 84%.. no matter how many I rush now.. it just wouldn't increase any more.

Apperently this one - as well as several other achievements - is glitched.
My strategy is to hope that it will get fixed in an upcoming update - I dont want to build a second vault only for the glitch to persist or reappear.

This achievement is very easy just a bit tedious.

Select the appropriate room based on pregnant women, fail percentage, overall level of the room, and the ability of those dwellers to combat the hazards. Once you've decided press cn_up then cn_A to rush the room. Now just repeat 50 times over.

To do a Room Rush, you first have to highlight any type of production room. When you have done that, simply press to initiate the Room Rush. When you press it you will see your success rate for that particular room. Successfully completing the rush will yield the normal rewards for that production room, plus you will also receive some caps and experience as well. Failing the rush, however, will cause a negative random event to happen, such as a fire or a radroach infestation that your dwellers will have to deal with before they can continue with production. Each successful or failed rush will increase the odds for failure on the next rush, but having dwellers with high Luck will improve your chances for success.

Room Rushes are performed by pressing when highlighting a Production room. Doing that will speed up the production of the room and will net you some caps and xp for the dwellers assigned to that room. However, rushes can fail and cause an incident (Radroach/Mole Rat/Radscorpion infestations or fire). If a rush is successful, the assigned dwellers' Happiness will raise by 10%, it it fails it will decrease by 10%. The chance of a rush failing will also increase after each rush attempt by 10% each time and will only reset when you exit the game or after a long period of time.

Before performing a rush, you can see the incident rate, it is tied to the dwellers assigned to that room, their number, their S.P.E.C.I.A.L stats and levels. For example: You will have more chances to succeed a rush in a Generator room if you assign dwellers with high Strength stat to that room. It doesn't need to be 50 different rooms, because you can perform rushes in the same room and it will still count for this trophy if it succeeds.

When hovering over any room that produces resources, you can click . If successful, you will speed up the production of resources in this room and get a few caps and XP. In case of failure, you will suffer misfortune in the form of a fire or rad cockroaches and a little XP for eliminating the incident.

The higher the level of the SPECIAL parameter and luck, the higher the chance of a favorable outcome
