How to unlock the My Turn to Speak achievement in Frostpunk: Edition - Definitive Guide
Before we get into a guide a quick tip: if you aren't doing so well with the game I suggest doing this on easy. Demands are low, resources are high and gives you ample opportunity to build, manage etc. I did this on hard with not much trouble so it is possible.
The aim is to be effective at raising hope but not so much as have all the Londoners stay, you to have some discontent and some Londoners still planning on leaving to trigger the events.
To get this when the Londoners quest starts up you will get a few events every so often that you will have the option to let them speak or disperse the crowd.
Every event that pops up you must let them speak which will give add a slightly higher amount to their total than the other options.
You must choose the option to let them speak at every event. Keep your hope above 50% and discontent low by going down the faith or order path, building the respective buildings and using their and using their abilities at every chance you get to raise hope and have some Londoners leave, but NOT ALL OF THEM.
Eventually after a few events of these you will have the option that says "I let them speak, now it's my turn" once you choose this achievement is all yours.

It's probably because my playthrough for this was on hard. So it was a little more difficult than an easy playthrough to dwindle the numbers.

Problem is, if you are too effective, the londoners all choose to stay without the events triggering.

I wasn’t able to get this when using the other guides method so I did some digging and found the actual requirements for the achievement and what triggers the Londoners to speak. I did this on Easy and went with Order for my laws since Faith is better for raising Hope.
To get the Londoners to talk 3 times you have to keep your Discontent above 50% while Hope isn’t as important as long as it’s not over 75% (as that will cause more people to leave the Londoners.
To keep your Discontent up simply use 14 hour work-shifts and 24 hour emergency shifts.
For me the Londoners first started talking when I had 12 days to convince them to stay, and they talked the 4th time with about 6 days left.
Interestingly they had around 85 members when it was my turn to speak and that immediately caused 56 of them to abandon the Londoners, so this could be a viable strategy for Hard difficulty runs by just letting them talk.

This and Negotiator can be done at the same time. Choose order, discontent high with Overtime and 14hr shifts, keep hope around 60% and raise it after second theft. I talked with Londoners 4 times, achievement unlocked, and next day was the last theft with murder.
