Classy!
Upgraded all Skill Cards for one Horde class to Level 6

How to unlock the Classy! achievement in Gears of War 4 - Definitive Guide
Upon doing the math, I have found the totals for each class. Note this is a maximum cost. (Meaning starting from level 1 on each card after you get it out of a box, and then only purchasing it up until it is level 6) It should cost you less if you have been playing horde and getting cards out of the boxes.
Soldier - 91,260
Sniper - 111,540
Engineer - 74,880
Heavy - 115,440
Scout - 120,900
General - 10,140
I do not believe that you need the general skills to unlock the achievement, but just incase, that's the total to buy and upgrade them from level 1.

The worst bit about this achievement is the luck element, waiting to get the first of each of the new cards so you can actually start crafting them.
If you had already maxed out ALL the Soldier skills to level 5 you might be better working for level 6 on that class than Engineer.
Greens - soldier 6 - engineer 8
Blues - soldier 3 - engineer 4 (both have 1 new)
Purples - soldier 3 - engineer 2 (both have 2 new)

Extremely bullshit achievement. I spent 25000 credits, and I only get 2100 scrap. And that was a good run. The purple horde cards rarely come up, most often you get a epic character or gun.

Alright I'm going to take a crack at this and try and make a solution for people post power glitch who are still endlessly grinding for this; this is my first time so please be kind :

As stated before your best bet is to complete this achievement with the engineer. Your looking at about 75,000 scrap to do so.
I've been using a method on horde using the map war machine. To accomplish this your going to need this team make-up:
2x-Engineer running maxed out (Sentry Cost & Capacity, Repair Boost, Build Cost, Carry Speed)
2x-Scout running maxed out (Deposit, Health Boost, Pickup Distance, Speed, Energize)
1x-DPS Solider (Grenade Plants, Damage, Capacity Resupply and Assault Rifle Damage)
Put the fab near its spawn by the station cafe. Split into "South Entrance" and "Platform 3" (most of the time referred to as Blue and Gold sides) teams with an engineer and scout on each side. One engineer is going to need to stay with the fab to mass produce sentries and barriers. The DPS solider will cover the weaker of the two sides. Now in the back of the map you will see a giant COG right in front of the two archways and a smaller COG past it. Your going to place a barrier in the archway and a sentry BEHIND the giant cog. Now before the wave starts each team takes position on the smaller cogs to spawn push all enemies into the the platform rooms. Using this method level up your fab by making new sentries and letting them destroy old ones. Scouts run power back and forth etc etc. eventually you'll have enough sentries to spawn trap and have some reserves for the bosses. Using this method inconceivable/ ironman difficulty is not an issue at all. Keep making and using the inconceivable XP bounty (1200) and you'll make around 4,000 per run.
As far as what pack to get I believe depends on your situation. If your missing cards and need to unlock them go with horde booster packs or operations. If your in need of scrap I would go with elite or community packs that seem to have a much higher chance of dropping a legendary but almost guarantee epics (elites definitely guarantee and epic) especially to level up the epic skill cards. Probably for the greens and blues you can go back to taking your chances on horde booster packs.
Hopefully another and better solution can come out to make this even faster. But until then get ready for the grind fest. Best of luck to all of you!

I suggest Ops packs over Elite packs, much cheaper and Epics are quite abundant.
If Elites guaranteed a Legendary id be all over it!
Also, community packs are awesome! When they first rolled out Gary I got about 7 copies of him in a generally small amount of crates.
Another Feral Horde crate would be awesome, got quite a good amount of epic skills from those.
Where I'm sitting I still need 28k scrap, put almost 400 hours in, that is mostly MP though

Based on the fact that the war machine method can be completed faster than the developers playlist. So far I've been averaging about 65-70 minutes per fun I would lean towards that method. As stated before I'm making 4-5k each run depending on how many times I level up. How much time does it take you to do the developer playlist? How much do you make per run?

I have a solution for those who enjoy the grind and are looking for another speedrun.
As of today, August 27, 201, the coalition patched War Machine and Foundation. My video below will show you exactly how to speedrun the map blood drive. It takes roughly an hour, it's fairly new so feel free to try it and modify it to make it faster.
What you will need;
2x Scout
2x Engineer
1x Soldier
Happy hunting !

Any specifics on positioning or how to deal with Boss?
Will try this one soon!

It's very
New so we
Don't actually know ! We just tried placing decoys everywhere in the middle and a couple sentries and it didn't spawn.
Scouts stay in the room
Engineers sit by the stairs just before the opposite room!
Soldier is a floater, can be anywhere

Here's the Post August 25th Patch Foundation Speedrun model (Since War Machine no longer works):
Estimated completion time on Inconceivable: 60-65 minutes.
Estimated wave time, 50-60 seconds.
http://imgur.com/a/aL0jL
Classes Required:
Engineer (Probably should focus on sentry cost, health and capacity, but can also add barriers if preferred).
Scout (Best health and pickup cards, as usual)
2x Soldier (One running Siphon with extra grenades and grenade damage, other running HOD with extra grenades and Grenade damage)
1x Sniper (Called Shot, Precision Headshot, Precision Rifle, Precision Capacity, Marked Boost)
Now, position details:
Each Green line represents where a barrier should go.
Each red dot indicates 3 turrets that should be aiming towards the Town Spawn.
Yellow rectangle is the fabricator.
Each star indicates where a player should be where required.
- Scout should be on Piston room star
- Sniper should be on south grenade spawn star
- 1x Soldier should be on south star near statue
- 1x Soldier should be on ramps
- 1x Engineer should be with Fabricator
The purple shaded area indicates where enemies will spawn, and where siphon grenades should generally be planted (pretty much same as standard foundation play through. Focus on Town Spawn and Tree as main grenade plant locations, spares can go anywhere in purple).
The first 10 waves will be hardest, the sniper will need to called shot as many enemies as possible, focusing on harder ones first such as sentinels and DR-1s, before moving on to weaker enemies. To ensure enemies don't spawn in piston room, Scout should be staying put until later in the wave. Soldiers can freely move once the grenades have cleared the earlier enemies and begin mop up operations.
Engineer and Sniper can move anytime during the wave, they do not affect spawn locations. ONLY SCOUT POSITION DOES. The scout CANNOT Move from the piston room early on until at least half the wave is over.
Once the first 10 waves are passed and sentries are in, sniper can relax and assist engineer in moving pieces into place.
The rest of the 40 waves will play pretty much as the traditional speedrun methods.
It is highly recommended that you DO NOT play on Ironman. You get no credits for it to go towards scrap purchasing and at the same time you increase the chance of wiping on higher waves since no character can run team revive in the new method.
This should earn you about 5000 credits per match with the inconceivable bounty. At the moment the Onyx Swarm packs are giving about 800 scrap per every two boxes. Operations packs are you next be scrap bet after that.
