There will be difficulties with evidence related to Albert Hall.
If you help free the sectarian from the cell, he will kill Albert Hall, scan his corpse and you will have evidence - the dead body of Albert Hall. You also get the "Involuntary manslaughter" trophy
If you leave the sectarian in the cell, then Albert Hall will be alive; if you scan a living Albert Hall, you get evidence - Albert Hall is alive. You also get the trophy "Die another day / Die another day"

PS In any case, you will have to go through the level 2 times.
