How to unlock the Good Friends achievement in Ghost Song - Definitive Guide
I wasn't sure where to put this guide as it encompasses many different achievements, but this seemed like the most appropriate spot.
Given the highly missable nature of some of these achievements, the guide is organized around what should be accomplished while a specific number of ship parts have been returned.
Even though some of these interactions are not strictly available only in the section that they are listed, I would recommend completing each section before turning in the next ship part. For each character listed in this checklist, you want to interact with them over and over until they repeat their last line of dialog or can no longer be interacted with.
To make running through this checklist quicker, I completed everything not on this list before picking up any ship parts. This includes defeating bosses (all 5 bosses guarding ship parts can be defeated without picking up the parts), gathering modules, unlocking fast travel points and exploring the map. The majority of the game can be completed before turning in ship parts!
This guide will repeatedly reference the excellent map by demajen: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1-cWtLR4MTxVPkU8L_-k2...
All interaction locations are described only by name. You will need to refer to demajen's map for the exact spots within the given location.
□ Gili – Lupoto (Next to your crashed ship at the game start; must leave and come back later)
□ Mutt – Roslock Drift Alpha
□ Pasha – Crash Site
□ Saymund – Lupoto
□ Molly, Matilda, Bill, Gambler, Raven, Roper – Crash Site
Mabec's Shop: Heart of Steadiness, Gunners Harmony
Bill’s Shop: Blast Shield, Lord’s Insight
Notes:
• Roper also appears in Stoffbloom as an unmissable story encounter before arriving at the Crash Site.
• For each section, shop items are listed at their earliest available point in the game. You do not have to rush out to buy them as they remain available for purchase until the end of the game.
□ Gili – Ekman’s Crossing
□ Mutt – Stoffbloom
□ Pasha – Stoffbloom
□ Saymund – Crash Site
□ Molly, Matilda, Bill, Gambler, Raven, Roper – Crash Site
Mabec's Shop: Skel Planter, Dolly
Bill’s Shop: Scatterburst
Notes:
• Speaking with Saymund at the Crash Site unlocks the Devilwink boss in Sap-Stone (drops Summer-Step module). I had to wait for the footsteps to run off (just stand in the bottom of the boss room for a few minutes), then return to this room after returning 2 parts to actually trigger the fight. The boss will spawn in the higher area of the same room after standing around for a few moments.
• Carrying any ship part or owning the Curious Gizmo (purchasable at Mabec’s shop after returning all 5 ship parts) unlocks the Kellunhelk boss in Junkpit that unlocks “The Cracked Engineer” when defeated.
• Roper can be found inside The Gambler spaceship.
□ Gili – Sap-Stone
□ Mutt – Roslock Drift Alpha
□ Pasha – Crash Site and Lupoto (Not on demajen’s map! Where you later encounter Relic in Lupoto after 4 parts)
□ Saymund – Ekman’s Crossing and Junkpit and Lupoto
□ Molly, Matilda, Bill, Gambler, Raven, Roper – Crash Site
Mabec's Shop: Firefly
Bill’s Shop: Healing Core, Core Amplifier, Distant Star
Notes:
• From this day forward, Pasha and Saymund seem to have several semi-random places where they can be spoken to. Usually Pasha can be spoken to at the Crash Site immediately after returning a ship part, and then later found wandering in Stoffbloom or Lupoto. Saymund usually spawns near the corpses that you have probably seen adorning the world. In most cases, these encounter locations match the above linked map by demajen, but I also found others. Personally I never encountered Saymund in Stumbledeep (next to the fast travel point) in the area shown on demajen’s map when searching there after parts 2, 3, and 4.
• Mutt should be spoken to before and after killing all of the roslocks in the room with him.
• Speaking with Molly will give Molly’s Tweak module.
• As noted in the previous section, the Devilwink boss fight actually triggered on this day for me.
□ Gili – Sap-Stone
□ Mutt – Roslock Drift Gamma
□ Pasha – Stoffbloom
□ Saymund – Ekman’s Crossing (leave screen after killing Hector then return) and Roslock Drift Beta
□ Molly, Matilda, Bill, Gambler, Raven, Roper – Crash Site
Mabec's Shop: Extra Jump
Bill’s Shop: Green Godseed
Notes:
• Speaking with Molly and Raven is not possible at this point. Walking up to them triggers some dialog but you cannot manually interact with them.
• Speaking with Pasha unlocks “Familiar”. This ends Pasha’s quest line.
• Speaking with Mutt unlocks “Retired Explorer”. This ends Mutt’s quest line. He can no longer be spoken to and is thus removed from the later sections.
• Speaking with Gili unlocks the Hector boss fight in Ekman’s Crossing. Defeat Hector and return to Gili to unlock “It Was An Accident”. This ends Gili’s quest line.
• Rime should be available to speak with now in Lupoto next to your crashed ship from the start of the game (gives Ramstone Decoy-Dash module).
• Roper can be found inside The Gambler spaceship.
□ Gili – Sap-Stone (she does not have new dialog at this point)
□ Pasha – Crash Site and Stoffbloom
□ Saymund – Stoffbloom
□ Molly, Matilda, Bill, Gambler, Raven, Roper – Crash Site
□ Relic – Lupoto
Mabec's Shop: None
Bill’s Shop: None
Notes:
• Speaking with Gambler is not possible at this point. Walking up to it triggers some dialog but you cannot manually interact.
• Speaking with Saymund will unlock “Clawing at the Roots of a Cosmic Order”. This ends Saymund’s quest line. Others have reported unlocking the achievement before this interaction. It seems to be based on having a set amount of unique interactions with Saymund. It unlocked here for me.
• Talking to Relic will give you the Pebble of Perspective and unlocks “Slow Down”. This ends Relic’s (brief) quest line.
• Use the Pebble of Perspective on the cliff to the right of the Crash Site, then shut down your suit (hold down on the d-pad) and wait a few seconds to be transported to the Cut Machine. Leaving the Cut Machine will unlock “The Cut Machine”.
□ Gili – Crash Site
□ Pasha – Crash Site
□ Saymund – Stoffbloom
□ Molly, Matilda, Bill, Gambler, Raven, Roper – Crash Site
Mabec's Shop: Curious Gizmo
Bill’s Shop: None
Notes:
• Speaking with Molly will unlock “Molly the Artist”. This ends Molly’s quest line.
• Speaking with Gambler will give you the Malformed Godseed item. This item, along with the Extra Jump module (Mabec’s shop) and the Boost Boots item will allow you to jump 4 times and access the highest section of Ekman’s Crossing to unlock “Charley”.
• Speaking with Saymund will unlock the big red door, allowing you to access the final boss (“Please Sit Down”).
• The Curious Gizmo item is needed to activate the Kellunhelk boss in Junkpit (“The Cracked Engineer”) if you have already returned all ship parts before defeating this boss.
• After speaking with the last of the crew members you will unlock “Good Friends”. In my game, this unlocked after speaking only with Pasha and then Molly, popping “Molly the Artist” and “Good Friends” back-to-back.
I have tried to be as thorough as possible in this guide. However, due to the semi-random nature of some of these encounters your individual experience may vary. Please leave a comment to let others know if you found a new or different interaction location.

Sounds pretty similar to how the NPC questlines work in the Dark Souls games. You beat a boss, or in this case deliver a ship part, and NPC questlines advance. You'll then want to finish each step before the next part delivery.
Looked all over, even looking at that linked map, and I could not find Saymund in Lupoto before bringing back the first part. The guide for their specific achievement says to find them for the first time after the first part. Maybe Saymund did appear before the first part's return at the game's launch, but that was changed?
I've found that going to a save point might possibly get the NPCs to move to their different areas faster. Found Pasha to the right of the start of where the game begins after 2 ship parts, but then she wasn't by the "Relic" until I went back to to nearby savepoint. Could have been a coincidence, but if they aren't showing up, just try going to a save point and come back.
This was a great guide! Real helpful roadmap for most of the missable achievements.

Thanks for the info about Saymund and the NPC movements!
Its hard to say why you didn't encounter Saymund in Lupoto initially. I completed everything possible in the game before returning any ship parts, so I may have done something in that process to trigger his initial appearance there. As I mentioned in the guide, I too failed to encounter one of Saymund's appearances (in Stumbledeep, not Lupoto) despite checking after each ship part. There certainly seems to be some kind of randomness at play. Glad that everything worked out for you achievement-wise in the end despite that.

This achievement requires you to exhaust all dialogue with each crew memeber at the crash site upon meeting them, and after every part you deliver. Additionally, you will need to complete each crew member's questline who has one - Molly and Pasha for sure, but you may want to include Gili's questline as well. The way I unlocked it included all NPC achievements/quests being done in one playthrough. Pasha can show up in a few different locations around when you deliver the 3rd part to Roper, so be sure you find her when she is missing from camp. She will likely be in the adjacent room to the Crash Site in Stofbloom, or southwest of the Stofbloom save/statue location. It may be unrelated, but I did Mutt's and Saymund's questline, as well as locating Charley before fighting the final boss. Here is a link to a map, which shows all item and NPC locations - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1UhOfoCHSfdHQromVsi8UhYi7YMa...
This should help in locating Pasha, and any other NPC you are looking for. I've read the achievement should unlock after exhausting Roper's dialogue after delivering the final part, but for me it didn't unlock until I shut down my console for the night. When I opened the game hours later, I saw it had unlocked. Unfortunately, there is just not enough info right now to define exactly which questlines need to be completed to ensure this achievement, so if you want as much of a guarantee as possible, do all the NPC quests in one playthrough. That on top of exhausting dialogue from each crew member on each new day should ensure completion (don't forget Gambler and Raven inside the ship each time too). Good luck!

For some reason, I missed one of the Raven's interaction during my first playthrough (I believe it was after delivering the forth ship's part). Then, in the end, she was still using the damaged body.
By the way, Charlie's location, Mutt's and Saymund's side quests are not necessary for this achievement. I only focused on the Gambler's crew and Gili. Also, the map is missing a couple of Pasha's locations (two locations on Lupoto).
Also, the achievement unlocked after Molly gave me the horse sculpture.

Missable trophy. You need to complete the quest with Pasha, Seymund and talk to the robot from the ship, eventually she will take on a human form. When all the spare parts are on the ship, talk to the crew and the trophy is yours

After you bring and give each spare part, talk to the android at the very bottom of the ship (she is in a human body) after each spare part!! You also need to complete the quest of Pasha and Seymund.
