How to unlock the Gran Turismo Rally achievement in Gran Turismo 5 - Definitive Guide

The first two series of races should not cause any difficulties; everything is easy for gold. The third is more complicated and requires a rally car. I advise you to drive the Lancia Delta S4 Rally Car' 85, it is given for winning the Trofeo Gallardo in A-spec on the expert. We turn off traction control, ABS can be set to two, we leave anti-skid

That's how I got this trophy. We take the citroen c4 wrc and tune it to full (for the first races you will need to limit the engine power)> go to the car settings, transmission and make sure that the power is distributed: 50 to the front wheels and 50 to the rear wheels. (with the proper pad settings this can be done during the race) Traction control - off, Skid prevention - on, Active steering can be set to weak, ASM - off, ABS - 1 we continue driving and listen to the navigator. The power distribution of the 5050 gives a huge advantage; literally at the start you can “gain back” 3-4 seconds. Thus, I completed all the races on the first try for gold!!

PS Similar tactics can be applied to the "Rally with Sebastian Loeb" trophy

at the stage for beginners, I recommend Volkswagen Golf IV GTI RM '01 (FF) in a racing modification (make a rigid suspension + it has front-wheel drive), you will win back 10-15 seconds on each race.

at the stage for fans of Honda INTEGRA TYPE R (DC5) RM '04 (FF) also in racing modification + everything is the same as written above, full pumping of power gives a little more power than necessary, set the power limiter to 99% and voila, finished stages with a gap of 2 to 3 minutes.

and at the pro stage I took a Ford RS200 '84, we make sure that the power is distributed: 50 to the front and 50 to the rear wheels, rigid suspension. The last run on asphalt on soft racing tires turned out to be the easiest.

1 mini Cooper race, when you win they give you a Lancer VRC, the rest of the races on it, no problems

I recommend Lancia Delta S4 Rally Car'85 . Prize car for the Gallardo Championship in the Expert Race section (A-Spec). https://www.mygranturismo.net/car_sheet.php?id=384

Driving settings (played on the steering wheel) :

ABS: 6

Anti-skid (or something like that): On.

Traction control: off

Car settings (may not be needed at all):

Downforce distribution: 15/35

Torque distribution: 50/50

Suspension height: -6/-6

Races for beginners: reduce the engine power to the required kW.

Races for amateurs: we reduce the engine power to the required 257 kW.

Races for the pros: we return engine power to the maximum 100%.

The main concept of the races: we brake as much as possible before the turn, calmly go through them and win back time during acceleration at the exit. It is better to lose a fraction of a second while cornering at low speeds than to lose entire seconds by entering at high speeds and missing the turn. On the snowy track, the opponents are barely alive, they are overtaken by all 3 and lose half a minute at each special stage. The main thing is not to rush.

The last race on asphalt seemed to me the most difficult of all. Carefully choose tires before each special stage: 1 - dry asphalt, 2 and 3 - wet asphalt, etc. Try to win back the time reserve on the first 6 special stages. The last 2 special sections are short, but take place in pitch darkness. Personally, I felt like a blind kitten, so I lost a decent amount of time there, but thanks to the first 6 sections I received gold in the overall standings.
