This is available in chapter 1 and im not sure if it is missable or not. I will play on another sign in to see if its missable.
Press LB to see your progress. There are 63 points of intrest and i belive you need 100% for the cheevo. im not sure how it counts this up as i had 57/63 and when i left the house to go to oxford it jumped to 63/63 and the cheevo popped.
After you leave your room press the back button to see what can be interacted with and work your way around each room and look at everything and remember some things can be interacted with twice.
Some points:
Look at the letter on the basement door twice, once before speaking with mrs dalton and again after.
Check the garage door outside and again to enter.
In the garage check you motorcycle twice.
In the house check every door, statue, painting.
Check the notice board in the kitchen for out of date calendar and business card.
There are a lot more things to check so make sure you check everything in 1 room before moving to the next.
When you get to about 57ish/63 leave the estate for oxford and cheevo should pop up.

I had 58 points at the end, you will get 5 points when leaving for Oxford making it a total of 63 points.

Story related, can’t miss it. Chapter 1 – after looking around the house and talking to Mrs. Dalton and having breakfast, you’ll go back to the hallway and read the letter on the door. Talk to Dalton again and get a cell phone. Press 
to bring up the map, select Oxford Town Centre to go there. Marks halfway completion of the chapter.
