This achievement is storyline based and is un-missable. In order to unlock it you must complete the 3 mini-games for Year 6. Below are the 3 games and a basic description of them.
Quidditch Match - Keeper: You must block the red balls from going into the goal and dodge the black balls as they do damage. You must survive the entire time and block enough shots from going in the goal to complete this mini-game.
The Locket Horcrux: Fight off the monsters in the cave until Dumbledore is rested enough to assist. You must turn in a circle while casting Stupify at the enemies. Periodically the room goes dark and raising your non-wand hand will relight the room. Survive long enough and Dumbledore will be revived enough to assist you and the task is complete.
Snape vs. Harry Duel: You must block the spells Harry throws at you by catching them with your wand. After you catch enough of them you are able to stun Harry with a spell of your own. Complete this 3 times without losing all your health to complete this mini-game.
There is no minimum required star rank for this achievement. All you need to do is complete each mini-game and this will unlock. Each mini-game unlocks when you complete the one before it.

This will unlock just playing through the game, you cannot miss this achievement if you are playing through the entire game. This will unlock after completing the "Potter Precluder" minigame.
