Doesn't it work in the training room?

I UNLOCKED this achievement inside the TRAINING ROOM. I've done the Samurai and the green armadillo thing there and it worked

There are 7 different non-boss enemies you need to defeat with perfect Rhythm Parry Attacks. They can be found throughout the story, but can all be found back-to-back in level 10. Practice makes perfect, so expect to try these fights over and over again. After getting the enemy's health low enough, they will bust out this attack. If you miss your timing on a parry or the final attack, immediately pause and return to hideout. Every one of these fights has an autosave at the start so you can retry them over and over again, without having to replay the whole level.
This may not be a guide but a hint:
I would recommend pressing the buttons with the rhythm symbols displayed on the screen, rather than hitting with the rhythm heard in the background.
I don't know why, but every time I hit with the background rhythm, there is always a delay and it shows "Good" instead of "Perfect". It's a rhythm game, but there's no adjustment for input lag within the game. And sometimes it feels like there is a delay in the background music than the actual rhythm display.
So far for players who often get "Good" instead of "Perfect", try turning off the bgm and just pressing the buttons based on the rhythm displayed on the screen.

Throughout the Hi-Fi Rush campaign you’ll come across what are effectively elite enemies (“non-boss enemies” as the achievement would refer to them as). There are 7 in all, and they constantly crop up throughout the campaign.
What you need to do for this achievement is whittle their Stun Gauge to nothing and then cause enough damage so that they turn into a fiery rage. At this point they'll send out a shockwave that will trigger a Rhythm Parry attack scene.
First things first, don’t jump or dodge this, we want to initiate this scene - it doesn’t take any health off you, so don’t worry. Secondly, you need to get “Perfect” on every parry for them to count towards the achievement.
If you don’t get all perfects, just don’t attack them after to finish them off, and when they're up, they'll send out another shockwave. You can do this multiple times with some. If not, and the fight is about to end, then reload the checkpoint by exiting and reloading your game.

All right so this are those enemies whose got a bright orange aura when are low health, all of this can be found back-to-back in the track 10, so if you are having the same issue like me, that have defeated all of them by the quick time event and this does not unlock or does not progress, keep in mind it has to be PERFECT, this means that when you press the parry button during the QTE, it has to say "Perfect" and not "Good" if it does say "Good" in any of your parries, then immediately go back to hideout and restart that fight, until all your parries says "perfect" then you will get this cheevo, good luck! And sorry for bad English.
(It's not a guide)
I just got it this way (no new save):
Even with patch, after trying several different ways, BRUT-1L and VU-T0R1 were never accounted for.
So, i decided to redo everything playing through Track 10, again.
One more time BRUT-1L and VU-T0R1 were not accounted for.
But to my surprise, WA-ES-2 and BL-1Z5 were counted twice, strangely completing this achievement.

This means parrying in rhythm after the enemy throws you back with a wave
