How to unlock the Pure Poetry achievement in HITMAN 2 - Definitive Guide
To start off, I'm going to try to explain these challenges as best as I can. There are videos for some, so where applicable, I will also link in videos if the description is a bit too confusing.

Assassination
Deadweight
So this one probably has the longest set-up of them all, a lot of it is just waiting around. You need to kill all 3 primary targets with the crane. To do this, start by shooting the satellite dish of the office Thak goes into (if you do it whilst she's in the office, you'll also get the ...And The Deep Blue Sea feat). Look at the blue crane that's close to you. Just under the walkway part of it on the left side is a panel you can shoot (it will be highlighted in instinct). Shoot it to reveal 2 arrows and a stop button. Shoot the right arrow and a cargo crate will move. The light above it indicates which cargo area it is above. You want to shoot the stop button below the arrows when it is in bay 11.
Now comes the wait. Thak will go into her office and exit again, Lhom Kwai will take the hostages back to where he started, and Jin Noo will head to his office. For now, keep an eye on Lhom Kwai. Wait for him to put the hostages in the cargo container, then watch him as he walks back down the ship. As he's around halfway down, look to the top of the ship, you should see a horn. Set it off 3 times by shooting it (it has a slight delay after finishing, doing this also gets you the Between The Devil... feat if he is in his office at the time).
Now Jin Noo and Thak will head to cargo slot 11, where Lhom Kwai is already heading. All 3 will convene at the spot if your timing is right. Look up at the crate and there is a stop button on this too, shoot it to drop the crate on them all.
Burning On The Dock Of The Bay
This one is very simple, it just has to be any 3 targets. I found it easiest to watch Jin Noo as he heads to meet with Thak, there will be a few explosive gas canisters they walk right past as they're nearing her. Shoot these to blow him and his bodyguards up.
Death Raft
This is mostly a waiting game. When Lhom Kwai is standing in front of the ship, look above him. You'll see a life raft you can shoot. He will stand right under it. Now wait for Thak to meet him with the hostages, she will join him in this spot, so simply shoot the raft to complete the challenge.
Landlubber
Again, a simple one. Wait for Jin Noo to head to his office. When he does, a guard will stay positioned downstairs. There is a mechanic here, so start by shooting the wall off to the right to get him away from the car, then shoot under the car to draw the guard here. To the right of the car is a red and white object, shoot this to drop the car on him.
Rock The Boat
This is a simple challenge but may take a couple of attempts if you miss anyone. You need to kill all 15 guards once the evacuation has been started. Kill the 3 main targets quickly so they can't escape and once the evacuation is underway, quickly start eliminating guards. Prioritise those that have a running symbol above their head.
Unlimited Power!
Again, quite easy. At the start, look to the left near the dock. Behind a shelter of sorts, there are 2 puddles with electric supplies in them. Shoot these both and 2 guards should would into a puddle each, getting you 2 of 3 kills. If you look to the right of Thak, you'll see a puddle with another wire in it. Shoot to draw a target over to it gradually, then shoot the wire again to get the 3rd kill.
Don't Let The Boom Gate Hit You
So this one is simple, but I advise taking the other targets out first. At the start, simply shoot Lhom Kwai who is at the top of the ship and Jin Noo who is by said boom gate (to the left of the mechanics (I guess that's what it is) shop. Someone will spot the bodies and raise the alarm. Thak will go to escape through this boom gate, look to the right to see the control box it is attached to. As she is about to run under it, shoot the box to drop it on her.
Kissing The Gunner's Daughter
This one is simple in theory. If you look to the lower left of the map (up the stairs by the dock), you should see a green cargo container. Shoot the lock and you will find a cannon. Now all you need to do is draw a guard or main target in front of it and shoot the cannon. It took me a couple of attempts to get a shot from the cannon that ALSO hid the body, so try a few times and maybe position the person slightly differently if it keeps failing.
Dead Men Tell No Tales, Skeleton Crew, Davy Jones' Locker & Skullcracker
These 4 challenges will require you to:
Hide the 3 main targets bodies
Hide the 15 bodyguards bodies
Hide 5 targets bodies in the water
Eliminate every target with a headshot
They're mostly self-explanatory in nature, so just learn the hiding spots and draw guards and targets there whenever possible. Once the hostages are safe (so when Thak and Kwai are dead), you have unlimited time to set the rest up. For those who want a route, I made a clip of me doing an all headshot hidden bodies run. It's quite efficient so may be hard to follow at first, but most of the spots, especially those used for the main targets, should be used, whereas regular guards you can pick off whenever you like (bar a few which I set up to knock into the water):
Abandon Ship
This one again is self-explanatory. Shoot someone and wait for the body to be spotted to start an evacuation, then simply kill the 3 targets during the evacuation before they escape.
Feats
Between The Devil...
I actually covered this in the Deadweight Assassination, but for a short recap, wait for Jin Noo to go to his office, then shoot the ships horn (on top of the back end of the boat) 3 times to draw him out.
In The Spider's Web
For this one, wait for Lhom Kwai to start making his way down the ship where he would meet Thak. As he gets to the middle section before the final set of stairs going down to the port, you'll see there is a massive hole in the middle of the ship. Distract his bodyguard, then shoot near the edge of this hole and shoot him to make him fall in, do the same for the bodyguard.
Once Thak goes to where she would meet him, she will take the hostages up instead, once they're in the crate you'll get the challenge.
Seagulls Sing Your Heart Away
For this, you simply need to hit 5 flying seagulls. There are plenty flying around the scene, just carefully squeeze to slow down time so you can hit the shot easier.
No More Happy Hour
An Incredibly quick feat. Look in the mechanics shop (where we dropped the car for Landlubber) and you'll see a red set of drawers for tools. On this set of drawers is a bottle. Shoot it to complete the feat.
Clean Bill Of Health
To be honest, I did this one by accident the first time. The way I see this being achieved is primarily through eliminating Thak before she goes to meet Kwai by the ship. So draw her away from the hostages by shooting the ground and try and kill her away from any place she can be seen. Alternatively, start the evacuation by killing someone in front of someone else, kill all 3 main targets before they escape and every bodyguard you can and that should work too.
... And The Deep Blue Sea
This one I also explained in the Deadweight challenge. The gist, wait until Thak meets with Kwai and hands over the hostages. She will go into an office with a satellite dish above it. Once she is in the office, shoot the dish for the feat.
Electric Feel
This one is very simple. You just need to shoot six electrical wires. There are plenty by where Thak has the hostages at the start, just use Instinct to find them.
Ghost Ship
Also a very simple feat. For this, shoot out all of the lights on the boat. There are 4 along the outside of the ship and 3 on the bridge (back of the boat up high). Just for visual reference, here is a video:
From Here To Eternity
No need to even try for this one, you'll get this as soon as you get the crane moving when doing the Deadweight Assassination challenge. Just for a small recap, look at the big blue crane closest to you. Shoot the panel just under the walkway towards the left end (use instinct if you can't see it).
On The Waterfront
Okay so this is kind of hidden and I wouldn't have found it without a video that came out within mere hours of this DLC's release. At the start, look to the blue crane slightly off in the distance (not the one closest to you, but the one off in the distance, just past the back of the ship). Look under and in between the beams. You should see a green cargo container with a lock on it. Shoot the lock to reveal an old ally. For visual reference, here is a video:
Quack On The Trigger
This would be quite confusing to actually explain the locations properly, so I will link a video for this one:
Codename Crane
This is a simple but well-hidden feat. Get the crane moving and stop it at slot 4. Drop the box and wait for it to rise back up, move it again to slot 7 and drop it again. That is all that is needed for this feat, simply to drop the crane on slots 4 and 7.
Self-Contained Research
This one is simple, shoot the locks on 5 green cargo containers. There are multiple dotted around the scene, one mentioned above for the On The Waterfront feat.
Rat O'Nine Tails
This would, again, be quite confusing to actually explain the locations properly, so I will link a video for this one:

Has anyone completed all challenges and the achievement not unlocked? Any ideas as to what I can do about this predicament?

Hi bryceslayer, i had some problem with some achievements ( not this ) with one i came back in the menu and i closed the game and restart when i restarted and when i'm connected in the hitman server the achievement was appear. For the second achievement who was buggy, it was with the missions in india i restart some missions and the achievement was appear ( once the missions are finished) . i hope this help you

I nearly finished this guide before I even checked to see if there was one already, so a lot of it may be redundant, but then again, it may have some tips not found in the other one.
To unlock this achievement, you must complete all 27 Hanto Port challenges - 13 assassinations and 14 feats. All are possible in single-player and while a few of them are a little intricate, none of them are especially difficult to do solo.
I recommend setting Performance/Scoring HUD On, Instinct On, Objectives Auto or Always On, NPC Icons On, Challenges to Full and Challenges HUD On. This guide is written assuming you are using these settings, so if you're going to do things your own way, that's fine, but don't blame me if the challenges are harder or this guide doesn't work for you.
If you're stuck on a particular challenge, move on to some others. The more XP you get, you will unlock more upgrades to your rifle. Faster reloads, larger magazines, faster fire rate, steadier aim, more aim slowdown time (squeeze lightly while aiming), etc. all make the difficult challenges easier.
If you complete your last challenge before you eliminate the three main targets, the achievement will unlock after you eliminate them.
All times in this guide refer to the "time remaining" indicator in the lower left (Objectives must be set to Auto or Always On). The timing can vary or be thrown off completely by your actions, so my times are always based on you doing nothing other than what I've specified for that particular challenge.
W = toward the left of your screen, E = toward the right of your screen
N = toward the background, S = toward the foreground
ASSASSINATIONS
1. Deadweight - eliminate the three main targets with the cargo crane. The challenge description doesn't say this, but you cannot kill them sequentially; you must kill them at the same time to be awarded the challenge. This challenge makes use of three techniques specific to this map: operating the crane, blowing the ship's horn, and disabling the satellite dish. If you aren't familiar with these techniques, see the feats called "From Here to Eternity" (crane), "Between the Devil ..." (horn), and "... And the Deep Blue Sea" (dish) to learn them.
When the mission starts, move the crane and stop it over Bay 11. Now find the button that drops the container. It's a red down arrow, and it's on the moving crane mechanism, not the control panel. At this point, wait for a verbal cue from Diana. I recommend that you don't do anything while you're idle - don't shoot bodyguards, seagulls, padlocks, or anything, because you could throw off the timing. Just wait.
When you hear Diana announce that the hostages have been closed inside the container, you're ready to act. At that time (7:10 on the countdown), when Dragon Eye begins walking away from the hostages, shoot the dish over Spider Lily's shed. Then watch Dragon Eye some more. As soon as he steps off the deck of the ship onto the metal stairway, start blowing the ship's horn three times. All three targets will then meet on Bay 11 at the same time. Shoot the red down arrow on the crane to smush them.
The clip below demonstrates "Deadweight." (For the purposes of making the clip, I didn't move the crane until the 10:00 mark. The challenge works the same regardless of that.)
2. Burning On the Dock of the Bay - eliminate three targets with the same explosion. You can get this one at the beginning. The Blade and his two bodyguards walk by an explodable canister at 14:14. This won't even cause an alert right away.
3. Death Raft - eliminate two main targets with the same life raft. At 11:05, Dragon Eye and Spider Lily will meet near the ship to chat. Simply shoot the life raft above them.
4. Landlubber - eliminate a target with the car lift. You need to get the mechanic out of the way. I did it by first killing and hiding the guard that patrols the front of the warehouse, then luring the mechanic over to the front of the warehouse and killing and hiding him, too. Then you can take any target who comes near, such as The Blade or his two bodyguards, and lure them under the vehicle. Shoot the jack on the right of the lift to drop the vechicle.
5. Rock the Boat - eliminate all bodyguards after starting the evacuation. Do sloppy kills on two of the principal targets to start the evacuation. The bodyguards won't start fleeing until the third principal is dead, so kill as many bodyguards as you can while the third principal is fleeing. It may be easiest to kill Dragon Eye and Spider Lily after the hostages are loaded into the container, because The Blade has a long way to go to get to the hostages, and you know exactly where he's going. Be sure to kill the third principal before he/she gets away or gets close to the hostages. Once the third principal is dead, the bodyguards will start fleeing. There are usually more than one fleeing at a time, so you'll have to keep your eyes peeled. If any of the bodyguard symbols in the lower left of your HUD turn red, you've failed the challenge. This is one of the harder challenges and will test your skill at shooting running targets. The easiest way to kill a fleeing target is with shockwave ammo, but that's in limited supply. Shooting an explodable is also good. Also see "Don't Let the Boom Gate Hit You..." for another technique. It's easier to kill running targets with regular ammo if they are running toward you or away from you, but shooting them as they run side-to-side is also doable, and with practice, it becomes easier. It helps to aim low, around the knees.
6. Unlimited Power! - eliminate three targets by electrocution. This is a little harder than it sounds. Here's how I did it: At the very beginning, QUICKLY find the guard standing on the W side of the dockyard, where there's a puddle and an electrical connection. Shoot at the junk pile to draw him over, then at the connector. When he dies, he'll either fall into the junk pile or will drop in front of it, so you can hide him. Quickly go down to the SW corner and shoot the connector. A guard will be there and it should kill him. You may have to kill a dockworker also to contain the situation. Next, look at the big puddle between the hostages and the ship. At 14:11 a guard will cross it, and you can shoot the connector. This will cause an alert.
7. Don't Let the Boom Gate Hit You... - eliminate captain Re Thak with the boom gate. Most (all?) of the time, when there's an evacuation, Spider Lily will try to escape in her car, which is parked NW of the warehouse. She will have to pass through two gates. Shoot the box part of a gate at the right time, and the boom will drop on her.
8. Kissing the Gunner's Daughter - eliminate and hide a target with a cannon. On the south side of the dockyard, there is a lone, padlocked, green container. Shoot the lock to expose a cannon. You fire the cannon by shooting at it. I don't see a fuse, or even the breech, but shooting the barrel seems to work most of the time. You might think you're going to fire it when a guard is standing in front of it, but no, it doesn't have enough force to knock a body into the sea. Instead, when a guard is close, distract him by shooting at the little orange cone set up SW of the cannon container. When he goes to that spot, fire the cannon. The shockwave will kill him and hide his body in the big pit. This is easy to do at the beginning, because the guard is already nearby. Note that this will probably be witnessed by a dockworker, and it will most likely be difficult to contain an alert.
9. Dead Men Tell no Tales - eliminate and hide all main targets. I found it pretty easy to do this with Dragon Eye and Spider Lily, but not so much with The Blade. What I ended up doing with him was keeping his two bodyguards by the cars and boom gate at the beginning distracted so that he proceeds into the dockyard alone. Then I distracted The Blade over to the junk pile at the SW corner of the warehouse (under some metal stairs) and took care of him there.
10. Skeleton Crew - eliminate and hide all bodyguards. Most - but not all - of the time, when a guard is standing at a handrail or the edge of a deck, shooting him off the deck or over the rail will hide the body. The large piles of junk you see in various places also serve as hiding spots (they are very useful for the two guards who stay on the W side of the map). A more intricate, but useful, way that helps with a couple of guards is to kill him when he's standing in front of one of the two automatic doors, shoot the door button, then shoot the body to move it inside the bay before the door shuts. The guard on the roof can be shot when he's by a skylight. You need to do this without causing an alert, but since hiding bodies is the best way to avoid alerts, those two objectives go hand-in-hand.
11. Abandon Ship! - eliminate the three main targets while they are escaping. You have to cause an alert somehow (kill someone in plain sight, for example) so that the main targets will try to escape. Note that The Blade does not actually try to escape, but instead runs to kill the hostages, but it still counts. See the "Rock the Boat" challenge for tips on killing fleeing targets.
12. Davy Jones' Locker - eliminate and hide five targets in water. Self-explanatory and easy.
13. Skullcracker - eliminate all the targets with headshots. Getting headshots isn't hard, but you will have to do it stealthily, i.e. hide the bodies and contain any potential alerts, because once targets start fleeing, you can't get headshots on them - or if you can, it requires tons of luck.
FEATS
Feats marked with an asterisk (*) are included in the clip at the bottom.
14. Between the Devil ... - interrupt Colonel Jin Noo while he is in his office. You will need to blow the container ship's horn three times while Jin Noo is in his office. The horn is high up and in front of the smokestacks. It has to recharge for 3 to 4 seconds between blows.
15. In the Spider's Web - find a way to make Captain Re Thak escort the hostages to their final destination. You must kill Dragon Eye discreetly before Spider Lily transfers custody of the hostages to him, which happens around 11:05. You must also make sure you don't leave any bodies visible that could be spotted when the enemies are on the way to the container with the hostages, and generally don't do anything to cause an alert before they get there. She'll escort the hostages herself instead, and you'll be awarded the challenge after she closes the doors at 7:45.
16. Seagulls Sing Your Hearts Away - hit five flying seagulls. The seagulls fly fairly close to 47, sometimes a bit below his eye level, sometimes even with it, and sometimes above it. They always fly from right to left. Lightly squeeze to slow time. The seagulls have a big hitbox and are easy to hit but keep in mind that part of their flight path puts them between your rifle and the dock and that body-piercing ammo also pierces seagulls, so you can inadvertently do something that results in an alert. It's safer to wait until they're in front of the canal to your left before you pull the trigger. Usually, you'll only be able to get one or two max with each pass, then you wait for them to come around again. (Note that you can also shoot the birds circling over the container ships, but those aren't seagulls and don't count.)
17. No More Happy Hour - redacted. Shoot the beer bottle on top of the red tool cabinet in the garage, next to the car lift. Easiest challenge on the map.

Unfortunately, something happened to the first clip I made, and this one is a redo, so the challenge notifications don't pop up on the screen. It still shows you what you need to know.
To unlock this achievement, you must complete all 27 Hanto Port challenges - 13 assassinations and 14 feats. All are possible in single-player and while a few of them are a little intricate, none of them are especially difficult to do solo.
I recommend setting Performance/Scoring HUD On, Instinct On, Objectives Auto or Always On, NPC Icons On, Challenges to Full and Challenges HUD On. This guide is written assuming you are using these settings, so if you're going to do things your own way, that's fine, but don't blame me if the challenges are harder or this guide doesn't work for you.
If you're stuck on a particular challenge, move on to some others. The more XP you get, you will unlock more upgrades to your rifle. Faster reloads, larger magazines, faster fire rate, steadier aim, more aim slowdown time (squeeze lightly while aiming), etc. all make the difficult challenges easier.
If you complete your last challenge before you eliminate the three main targets, the achievement will unlock after you eliminate them.
All times in this guide refer to the "time remaining" indicator in the lower left (Objectives must be set to Auto or Always On). The timing can vary or be thrown off completely by your actions, so my times are always based on you doing nothing other than what I've specified for that particular challenge.
W = toward the left of your screen, E = toward the right of your screen
N = toward the background, S = toward the foreground
ASSASSINATIONS
1. Deadweight - eliminate the three main targets with the cargo crane. The challenge description doesn't say this, but you cannot kill them sequentially; you must kill them at the same time to be awarded the challenge. This challenge makes use of three techniques specific to this map: operating the crane, blowing the ship's horn, and disabling the satellite dish. If you aren't familiar with these techniques, see the feats called "From Here to Eternity" (crane), "Between the Devil ..." (horn), and "... And the Deep Blue Sea" (dish) to learn them.
When the mission starts, move the crane and stop it over Bay 11. Now find the button that drops the container. It's a red down arrow, and it's on the moving crane mechanism, not the control panel. At this point, wait for a verbal cue from Diana. I recommend that you don't do anything while you're idle - don't shoot bodyguards, seagulls, padlocks, or anything, because you could throw off the timing. Just wait.
When you hear Diana announce that the hostages have been closed inside the container, you're ready to act. At that time (7:10 on the countdown), when Dragon Eye begins walking away from the hostages, shoot the dish over Spider Lily's shed. Then watch Dragon Eye some more. As soon as he steps off the deck of the ship onto the metal stairway, start blowing the ship's horn three times. All three targets will then meet on Bay 11 at the same time. Shoot the red down arrow on the crane to smush them.

2. Burning On the Dock of the Bay - eliminate three targets with the same explosion. You can get this one at the beginning. The Blade and his two bodyguards walk by an explodable canister at 14:14. This won't even cause an alert right away.
3. Death Raft - eliminate two main targets with the same life raft. At 11:05, Dragon Eye and Spider Lily will meet near the ship to chat. Simply shoot the life raft above them.
4. Landlubber - eliminate a target with the car lift. You need to get the mechanic out of the way. I did it by first killing and hiding the guard that patrols the front of the warehouse, then luring the mechanic over to the front of the warehouse and killing and hiding him, too. Then you can take any target who comes near, such as The Blade or his two bodyguards, and lure them under the vehicle. Shoot the jack on the right of the lift to drop the vechicle.
5. Rock the Boat - eliminate all bodyguards after starting the evacuation. Do sloppy kills on two of the principal targets to start the evacuation. The bodyguards won't start fleeing until the third principal is dead, so kill as many bodyguards as you can while the third principal is fleeing. It may be easiest to kill Dragon Eye and Spider Lily after the hostages are loaded into the container, because The Blade has a long way to go to get to the hostages, and you know exactly where he's going. Be sure to kill the third principal before he/she gets away or gets close to the hostages. Once the third principal is dead, the bodyguards will start fleeing. There are usually more than one fleeing at a time, so you'll have to keep your eyes peeled. If any of the bodyguard symbols in the lower left of your HUD turn red, you've failed the challenge. This is one of the harder challenges and will test your skill at shooting running targets. The easiest way to kill a fleeing target is with shockwave ammo, but that's in limited supply. Shooting an explodable is also good. Also see "Don't Let the Boom Gate Hit You..." for another technique. It's easier to kill running targets with regular ammo if they are running toward you or away from you, but shooting them as they run side-to-side is also doable, and with practice, it becomes easier. It helps to aim low, around the knees.
6. Unlimited Power! - eliminate three targets by electrocution. This is a little harder than it sounds. Here's how I did it: At the very beginning, QUICKLY find the guard standing on the W side of the dockyard, where there's a puddle and an electrical connection. Shoot at the junk pile to draw him over, then at the connector. When he dies, he'll either fall into the junk pile or will drop in front of it, so you can hide him. Quickly go down to the SW corner and shoot the connector. A guard will be there and it should kill him. You may have to kill a dockworker also to contain the situation. Next, look at the big puddle between the hostages and the ship. At 14:11 a guard will cross it, and you can shoot the connector. This will cause an alert.
7. Don't Let the Boom Gate Hit You... - eliminate captain Re Thak with the boom gate. Most (all?) of the time, when there's an evacuation, Spider Lily will try to escape in her car, which is parked NW of the warehouse. She will have to pass through two gates. Shoot the box part of a gate at the right time, and the boom will drop on her.
8. Kissing the Gunner's Daughter - eliminate and hide a target with a cannon. On the south side of the dockyard, there is a lone, padlocked, green container. Shoot the lock to expose a cannon. You fire the cannon by shooting at it. I don't see a fuse, or even the breech, but shooting the barrel seems to work most of the time. You might think you're going to fire it when a guard is standing in front of it, but no, it doesn't have enough force to knock a body into the sea. Instead, when a guard is close, distract him by shooting at the little orange cone set up SW of the cannon container. When he goes to that spot, fire the cannon. The shockwave will kill him and hide his body in the big pit. This is easy to do at the beginning, because the guard is already nearby. Note that this will probably be witnessed by a dockworker, and it will most likely be difficult to contain an alert.
9. Dead Men Tell no Tales - eliminate and hide all main targets. I found it pretty easy to do this with Dragon Eye and Spider Lily, but not so much with The Blade. What I ended up doing with him was keeping his two bodyguards by the cars and boom gate at the beginning distracted so that he proceeds into the dockyard alone. Then I distracted The Blade over to the junk pile at the SW corner of the warehouse (under some metal stairs) and took care of him there.
10. Skeleton Crew - eliminate and hide all bodyguards. Most - but not all - of the time, when a guard is standing at a handrail or the edge of a deck, shooting him off the deck or over the rail will hide the body. The large piles of junk you see in various places also serve as hiding spots (they are very useful for the two guards who stay on the W side of the map). A more intricate, but useful, way that helps with a couple of guards is to kill him when he's standing in front of one of the two automatic doors, shoot the door button, then shoot the body to move it inside the bay before the door shuts. The guard on the roof can be shot when he's by a skylight. You need to do this without causing an alert, but since hiding bodies is the best way to avoid alerts, those two objectives go hand-in-hand.
11. Abandon Ship! - eliminate the three main targets while they are escaping. You have to cause an alert somehow (kill someone in plain sight, for example) so that the main targets will try to escape. Note that The Blade does not actually try to escape, but instead runs to kill the hostages, but it still counts. See the "Rock the Boat" challenge for tips on killing fleeing targets.
12. Davy Jones' Locker - eliminate and hide five targets in water. Self-explanatory and easy.
13. Skullcracker - eliminate all the targets with headshots. Getting headshots isn't hard, but you will have to do it stealthily, i.e. hide the bodies and contain any potential alerts, because once targets start fleeing, you can't get headshots on them - or if you can, it requires tons of luck.

You must kill Dragon Eye discreetly before Spider Lily transfers custody of the hostages to him, which happens around 11:05.
