In this case, less is more. All that is really required to get this is a good silencer on your Silverballer and W1200. I'd recommend getting magnum pistol ammo and AP Sniper ammo, but until you can get a silencer you should take Subsonic ammo, even though it takes quite a few non-headshot hits for a kill. The sniper should be taken even on maps that don't let you take a ranged shot because the suitcase can be used as a distraction (and it makes you feel like a badass ;). The pistol (notice singular, dual pistols is a waste) is a weapon of last resort, you should prefer accidents, if not that than a bloodless kill (fiber wire, syringe). One place the pistol does come in handy is for KO's, just sneak up on them and human shield them, then knock them out, it lets you keep yourself on your way to a Silent Assassin rating, it doesn't count them as a witness, and if the shit hits the fan and someone sees you grab them, then you can use the human shield function for its intended purpose =D. Also, always walk! It seems like it would be useless to mention this, but I learned the hard way that if you're running your suspicion will go up to at least green, sometimes yellow, and once in my haste to get away from a bad scene where I was yellow it brought me up to red.

Only thing to say about, is to get knowledge how to complete missions. Any of them got few ways to complete. I had problem with mission on ship in mississipi. Checked youtube for "path" and puf. SA rank. Best is when you are able to complete level WITHOUT picking guns, silverbarrel sometimes.

All sounds good, but defo play on normal first, even using using vid's on youtube as when you come to professional difficulty you will know what to do and can mix things up abit, as there are so many ways for your targets to die!

Is it possible to use level select to get the difficulty achievements? If i for example plays all levels on rookie first, and then uses level select to complete all levels on normal/expert/professional, will that get me the achievement?

Yes u can. They don't stack so u need to complete all missions on each difficulty. Kinda grindy, but it's fun.
Requirements For Silent Assassin - No non-accidental deaths other than targets. (You may SEDATE non-targets though.) - No bodies found. (Dead or unconscious; accidental deaths do NOT count as found bodies.) - No covers blown. - No witnesses left alive. - You are not caught on camera. - No weapons were found on you during any searches. - You exit the mission wearing your suit. - You exit the mission with all custom weapons you started the mission with. Do this by carrying them with you or by storing them in an ICA crate.
Mission Guides I am containing each walkthrough as a spoiler to make it easier to view.
A. A Vintage Year
To the left, you will see a brick wall with some doors. Go to the left of the brick wall all the way down and turn right. There is a guard patrolling. Sedate him and take his clothes. Make sure he does not see you with the syringe or you might as well start over. Run back to where you started but on the way, you will see a part of the wall that has been broken. Climb over it into the yard. Go to the corner to the far right and there will be double doors. Go through them and you will enter the party area. There is another set of double doors to the left; go through them. There is a guard standing there next to a winch. Wait until he leaves and put a bomb next to the winch. Now it is all about timing. Go down the stairs and a man with a pink shirt should be standing alone bent over tying his shoe. Blow the bomb, BUT make sure there is no one at all standing by the winch or you will have casualties, which will result in professional rating at the best. Go back into the party area, then back into the yard. All the way down to the right, there is a pole you can climb to get to the roof. Go just past the window and check your map to see if your target is in the room all the way to the right at the bottom on the second floor of the hacienda. Whenever he is, climb through the window, sneak up to him, poison or fiber wire him, and drag his body to the railing. Throw it over. Climb back through the window, and jump off the building; make sure no one sees you. Get your suit, and then go to the hanger via the back way. You should walk down a spiral type of walkway down a hill and you should run over your target’s dead body. Run around the hanger to the plane and do not worry about the guard running after you.
B. Curtains Down
Go and talk to the guy with your jacket and get the real WWII pistol out of it. Go to the bathroom on your right and go behind the wall and next to the box. Wait for the guard and a civilian to leave, and then a worker will arrive. When the worker comes in, sneak up behind him with your sedative and sedate him. Take his clothes and put him in the box. Go to the stairs and go to the ones on the right going down. Go all the way down the hall and there is a guy painting a door. Walk down those stairs and through a door. Go right and take your first right again and go through that door. There is a door just to the left on the opposite wall. Make your way through and up the stairs into the dressing room. (You will walk through a curtain.) In the middle of the hall, there are double doors on the left. Go through them, up, and around the stairs. You are above the stage. Place a bomb on the lights and make sure the worker does not see you do it. Walk back down and there is another door across the hall. Make sure ABSOLUTELY NO ONE IS AROUND and go in. Take the note on the desk and wait for a guy to come in. When he goes to the bathroom, switch the pistols. Get back in the closet and wait for him to retrieve the gun. When everyone is out of sight, retrace your steps back to the first bathroom and get your suit. Wait for the execution scene to take place. Your next target will run onto the stage. When he is standing over the body crying, detonate the bomb and the lights will fall on him and kill him. Escape.
C. Flatline
First, you have to get patient’s robes. In order to do that, you can sedate a sole patient who is standing near the recycle bins, and then drop his body into one of them. It is not easy, as the area is being watched by the guards. Do it when none of them is watching. There is another, easier way to get the robes. Just grab the admission papers from the guy waiting near the bench smoking a cigarette. Give the papers to the woman at the desk to get your robes the official way. Enter the main building. Leave your weapons in a safe room of your choice, and then let the guard scan you. Enter the clinic, turn right and go up the stairs. In a room with an open door, you will find a doctor’s outfit – wear it. Go back to the ground floor and go to the West, to the Medical Wing. Enter the security room and take the keycard (the guard will not mind) from the desk, and then use it on the gate. You will get to a room where you will see two orderlies through the window. Wait for one of them to leave and then jump through the window and sedate the second one. Take his uniform and drop the body in the container nearby. Take two keycards from the desks. Go down the stairs and enter the agent’s room. After talking to him, use death serum on him. Watch out so nobody sees you through the window, as it will look like murder. You will get a call from the agency saying that there are two more optional targets around the clinic – each one will give you $50k extra at the end. To finish the mission you just have to kill one of the three, but we will take care of them all. Go up the stairs and wear the doctor’s suit once more. Your first target is the patient who is working out at the Eastern end of the clinic. Approach him when he is exercising and choke him with his weight when no one is looking. Two more to go. You now have to set two traps. The first one is the stove. Go to the first floor and enter room A. Use the balcony to reach the cook’s room. Mess up with the stove and leave. Next, you have to place a bomb on the chandelier above the library. When there is a guy sipping his drink blow the bomb and wait for the stove you messed with earlier to blow up. Get your suit and any weapons you left behind. Leave the clinic and head to the morgue, where Smith should be laying by now. Use the antidote on him. Escape.
D. A New Life
Go to the van that is in the driveway of the mansion and wait until the guard and the caterer is gone. Take the donuts, take them around the big hedge to your right where you started, and use your sedation formula on them. Bring them to the surveillance truck and watch the cut-scene. Wait until they are unconscious and go inside, closing the door on the way in. Take an FBI suit and the tape. Go to the mansion and by the garage doors, there is a power box. The caterer should be smoking a cigarette, and there is a guard to your left when facing the box. Make sure the guard is gone and break the utility box. Run inside the house and take the first door on your left. Your target should be sitting in there with a guard. Wait until the guard leaves and fiber wire the target. Drag his body to the closet in the corner of the room so he is not found. Go to the backyard and into the pool cleaner’s shed. Take the lighter fluid and put some on the grill by the pool. Wait until the woman catches on fire, take the film and run back to the surveillance truck. Make sure the jogger is not running past or he will see the unconscious bodies. Get your original suit back and escape the scene via the gates.
E. The Murder of Crows
Follow the red bird until he is alone. Sedate him, take his clothes and hide him in the closest dumpster. Take the case and go to the building in the northwest. Go upstairs and put the case on the table. When the yellow guard goes away strangle the target. Take his walkie-talkie, hide him in the box before the yellow guard comes back, and throw the case out the window into the streets below. Run back down and retrieve the case. No matter which building the shooter is in, the strategy is still the same. Go into the alleyway that leads to behind the building and sneak in. Run up and poison the shooter when he is not looking. The only difference is at the bar where the waiter is making out with his girlfriend. If that is the case, just throw a coin and hide in the closet until they leave. Follow the woman until she's alone and poison her. Hide her body in the nearest dumpster. Be sure not to take her out in the same alleyway as the carrier as that dumpster will already be taken. Retrieve your suit and exit.
F. You Better Watch Out…
Go to the elevator to the left side across the bridge and go BEHIND the guard so you are not caught on camera. Exit the elevator and go behind the guard again. Go through the doors and into the bar area with the Christmas tree. Talk to the bartender, take the aphrodisiac and put it in the drink to the right. Go outside by the circular pool where people are gathered. In the same area, there is another pool that no one is using. There is a door that leads inside the main building. Take the first right and go all the way down to the waterfall. Walk into the waterfall. Go to the other side and look through the water to see if anyone is looking toward the man sitting down on the ledge of the waterfall. Take out your sedative syringe and use it on the photographer. Drag him to inside the fountain and take his clothes. Exit the fountain on the side you entered and walk straight through the double doors. Walk to the end of the hall and wait for a guy and his girlfriend to come into the room. Once they are in there, interrupt their “session” by walking into the room. The guy is your target. He will leave and walk to a door. Sneak up behind him and push him down the stairs. Drag him into the corner to where if someone were to walk through the door you entered the stairwell, they would not see him at first. Use the poison syringe on him. Walk back out the door and wait for a guard to walk in, and do the same for him: push him down the stairs. Drag him to the same place you put the target and take the guard’s clothes. Now you must find the kitchen. Wait until no one is in there and take a sausage that is on the counter. Now take the elevator at the upper left of the map up to the studio room. Walk through the door that has the pink flashing heart above it. Walk to the left and you will be in a security room. The tape is on one of the desks. Take it while no one looks. Exit out the same door you came in and go to the corner of the hall where you can see a guard standing next to a door. Wait until your target is out of the room AND the guard is not there. Walk into the room and on the left wall there is a bathroom. Put the sedate syringe potion in the sausage. Wait until the target comes in, SNEAK behind him, and drop the sausage. His dog will eat it and he will pass out. Your target will be on his balcony. Sneak up behind him and push him off. Exit the room and make sure the guard does not see you exit, so wait until he is gone. Run back to the elevator, and go back to the waterfall. Get your suit back. Find the elevator going back down to where you started the mission. Take the boat to escape.
G. Death On The Mississippi
Hide between the crates to the right (looking from the starting position) and wait for the sailor to get near. Sedate him and hide his body somewhere around here. Pick the lock in the door to the machine room and find your first target on your map. Wait until he is looking down the machinery over the railing and push him into it. Find the stairs around the stern and get to the 4th Deck. Along the way, you will see another gang member, but you cannot stealth-kill him right now. You will end up in a restaurant. Go forward to the next room and leave your guns in the toilet. Go on to reach a bar. Before you will be able to proceed, one of the guards will scan you for weaponry. Go forth, and in a room, you will find a waiter’s uniform. There is another gangster wandering around the stern. He is easy to deal with, as he is alone and near the railing. Just use your fiber wire and dispose of the body by throwing it to the river. Go to the kitchen and grab a cake. Go to the toilet with it and drop in on the floor, then inject some poison into it. Take the stairs to get to the top deck and let another sailor scan you. Enter the captain’s quarters and leave the cake on the table. When you see that the captain has dropped dead because of the poison, get back to his room and enter the bedroom. There is a safe in there, take the photos out of it. You will find two or three gang members on this deck. You deal with each of them in the same way – just wait until no one is watching and fiber-wire them, then dispose of the body. It is not difficult, as there are not many witnesses who scoop around. You are left with one target to take down, the guy who passed you when you walked to the restaurant. You will take care of him the same way as you did with the previous ones – now he will be walking along the railing of the ship. When you are done, take your weaponry and your suit, and then leave using the boat hanging at the stern.
H. …Till Death Do Us Part
From where you start run straight and take the first right. You will end up looking toward the mansion and some people on a dance floor. There is a guy walking to the burned out hut. He stops and throws up from being drunk. Follow this man, and wait until he sits down and falls asleep. Take his party invitation (and his gun if you desire). You may wear your suit throughout the whole mission. Run up to the front door of the mansion. Walk inside and go to the left of the staircase. Walk to the far wall and turn left. You will be in a bathroom. Walk in the door to the right to make sure no one is relieving themselves. Pick the lock on the door to the left of where you entered. Watch out for this guard. When he is not looking, run up the stairs straight ahead. Go to the attic and place a bomb on the winch. Go back to the second floor and enter the room that is on the bottom left of your map (not the outskirts, as that is the outside balcony). Run into each room until you enter a room with a TV in it. Take out your poison and get in the closet. Wait for your target to come into the room and start watching TV. Kill him with the poison and run back downstairs into the bathroom you were in at first. Remember to watch for the guard. Exit the bathroom the way you came in and walk into one of the sets of double doors on your left. When a guy is sitting down playing the piano, blow the bomb. A chandelier will fall on him and kill him. Run back to where you started the mission and escape.
I. A House Of Cards
All you need for this mission is your fiber wire and your sniper rifle, with the maximum silencer equipped. Enter the casino and go to the service desk, which is to the right of the escalators. Grab your card and go up the escalators. Enter the elevator on the left. When the door closes climb the hatch and wait. When a man enters, (he will have a suitcase) strangle him when the door closes. Take all of his belongings. When you reach the eighth floor, wait for the door to open and close, then go down and pick up the suitcase. Climb the hatch again and stick it up top so no one grabs it. Then go down to the seventh floor. Find your room and put your sniper rifle in there. On the Xbox 360, however, there is a glitch that when you place your sniper rifle into the ICA crate, it disappears. I’m not sure about any other system, but definitely for me on the Xbox 360. Now go back to the elevators and enter the one on the right. When the door closes climb the hatch and equip your fiber wire. Wait until a guy comes in and strangle him. Make sure that the door is closed when you strangle him to avoid anyone seeing you. Now this is important in the fact that you must time this right and run at all times. When the Sheik arrives, wait until he sits down in the casino. Go to the eighth floor and pull the fire alarm closest to room where the guards are, but make sure that they do not see you doing it. Now run into the room that the guards ran away from (the one they were guarding) and in the hotel room where the beds are, there is a phone. Press to call the Sheik. Now run down to your room and pick up your sniper rifle. Walk out on the balcony and jump to the other one to the left. Wait until the Sheik arrives below and snipe him in the head. Make sure you kill him with the headshot, or you will not get the silent assassin rating. Put the sniper back into the ICA crate. Retrieve the case you left atop the elevator and escape.
J. A Dance With The Devil
Upgrade your weapons and miscellaneous items as much as possible. You have four targets, two of them on your map at the start of the mission and the other two you will encounter when you search the laptop upstairs. The level starts with you outside. Walk straight through the glass door and approach the security desk. A cut scene will play where Agent 47 tells the guard of a lost bag. Follow him into the back room while he looks for it and then sedate him. Take the guards uniform and leave him in the closet he searched for your bag in. You were caught on a security camera as you entered the building. To take care of that, go back outside the way you came in, take a left, and start going down the road into the garage. The security booth is on the right as you enter. Two guards are waiting here guarding the security tape that you need. Wait until both are looking the other way and then snatch it. Walk down into the garage and head past the men guarding the elevators. In the far back section of this garage, behind a van, is a heaven costume suit. Be aware as a security guard may be smoking a cigarette nearby. If he sees you change clothes, your cover is blown; so restart the mission. Put it on and go back to the elevators. You will only be allowed access to the elevator on the right, which leads up to the Heaven Party. You will be searched for weapons, so make sure you are not carrying any. When you get to the top floor, climb up into the hatch in the elevator and wait. Your first target will come to the elevator eventually. It might take a while. When he does enter the elevator, strangle him from above. Take his suitcase with a nice gun and his costume. Drop down into the elevator and enter the party. Make sure there is a singer on stage and then go through a door to the right. Take another right and go into the hallway. Enter the door here and you will find yourself in a large office. Check the computer to complete one of your objectives. The files on the computer will give you two more targets. The first is the singer on stage. She is out to kill you. Had she been in this office when you entered, you would quickly have been killed without any opportunity to defend yourself. Hide in the closet until she comes. She will go toward the big windows on the desk side of the room. Sneak up behind her and use your fiber wire on her to kill her. Now drag her behind the desk. The two targets on this floor are now dead. It is time to go down to the Hell party. Take your gun in the suitcase and go back to the elevator. If you did not take the desert eagle off of the CIA agent that you first killed, do so now and conceal it. Take the elevator down. While it is descending, climb up into the hatch. When the elevator gets to the garage, you will find that you can hop over a ledge and be on top of the other elevator. This will prevent you from going through security screening again and allow you to keep your weapons. Drop down into the elevator and ride it to the Hell Party. The first target at the Hell party is the bartender who is dressed as the devil. When you approach him, a cut scene will play where he challenges you to a duel. Follow him back into the Torture Room. The door will lock and you will be in a shootout. It does not matter if you use your guns. But to get the silent assassin, you must use only one shot to kill your target. This one shot is a headshot. Nobody will hear your guns in this room. Your target likes to run around the outer edge. Stick behind the pillars when you are not shooting to avoid his shots. He will eventually stop and hide in the middle of the room behind a few crates. When he stops firing and he starts to reload his weapon, run behind him and take him as a human shield. Knock him out, and shoot him in the head. When you kill him, take his access card and leave the way you came in. Your final target will be the easiest. She performs up on the stage in the main room. Walk around to the back and look for a switchboard that controls the pyrotechnics. When nobody is watching you, flip the controls around to create a fiery disaster. You can sit around and wait for the show and watch, or simply leave. Ride the elevator back up to the garage. Remember to get your suit and any custom weapons you brought with you. The exit is a van in the back area of the garage.
K. Amendment XXV
Make sure you have the foil-padded suitcase for your sniper rifle along with the best scope and silencer for it. Walk in and put the rifle case on the belt. Grab the rifle case off the belt. Walk into the bathroom, get behind the door, and crouch. Sedate the guy who walks in when the door closes and drag his body behind the door. Take his uniform. Leave the rifle case in this bathroom. Go straight then take the second door on the left and sedate the Marine. Hide his body behind the bush and take his uniform. Retrieve the rifle case. Go into the guards’ room and take the video tape, the card key, and a pistol. Run all the way to the room right next to the VP's office and pick the lock on the door before the Marine turns toward you. Poison the vice president and hide his body in the box. Exit the VP's office, turn left and through the door and go until you are outside. Climb up to the roof, pull out your pistol and take the janitor as a human shield then knock him out. Take his clothes and leave the rifle case here. Make sure you drop the pistol. Go to the oval office and confront the Albino. Follow him up to the roof, but do not get too close as he may shoot you. At the roof, unpack your W2000 and snipe him. Then put it back in the case and go all the way back to the bathroom at the beginning. Retrieve your suit and escape.
L. Requiem
When the mission starts an approximately five minute cut scene will play. You will see that Diana has injected a syringe into you to kill you. Then you will see yourself in a white suit and Diana will put two guns in your hands, then the credits rolling. However, this isn't the end of the game. Move and around and you will wake up, immediately turning your tension bar red. Your objective is to kill everyone at the funeral, and you can do this however you'd like, as there is no possible way to achieve Silent Assassin rating on this mission. I find the easiest way to beat this mission is to go to the glitched building. As you get up, walk around to the right and get outside. Go around the building and down the ridge. This building allows you to camp without being shot at. No matter what, the guards will just stand there outside and you can open up the gate, shoot the guards, then close it again. They can not open it, nor shoot through it. Another way I've seen people do this is by taking the priest as a human shield and backing into the corner behind him. In videos I've seen, the guards don't shoot at you very much and you can pick them off one by one.

I have made a video walkthrough achieving Silent Assassin rating on professional difficulty in a semi-easy way on all levels. So it should be fairly easy to you go through the game.
Silent Assassin Rating You can got this achievement also
Shall be noted that requirements differ based on difficulty. In order to obtain Silent Assassin, you must:
• Have no covers blown. Note that you cannot get your cover blown if you're wearing the suit. • Have no witnesses left alive. • Never get caught on camera, except if you take the video tape before leaving the mission. • Leave no evidence (suit and custom weapons) (Expert and Professional only). • Kill only your targets (except with accidents). • No bodies, unconscious or dead, may be found (except for the dead bodies of accident kills) (Expert and Professional only). •No one must be injured apart from targets and accident kills.
