How to unlock the Around and Around We Go achievement in Injustice: Gods Among Us - Definitive Guide
This can be done in practice mode, with the exception of Batcave and Metropolis. These two stages have interactables that require enviromental destruction, which can't be done in practice mode.
There are two types of characters in this game: Gadget and Power. Each type will use interactables differently. Power will usually pick up and destroy them, while gadget will use them more strategically. Some interactables can only be performed by one type of character. Go through every interactable once with each type. I don't think you have to use every interactable with both types, but it's hard to say which ones require both types, so I went through them all with both types just to be safe. I used Batman for my gadget type, and Superman for my power.
In practice mode, you can go to the practice settings menu and change the INTERACTION ZONES setting to SHOW to see where all the interactables are.
Listed below is every interactable, separated by stage and starting area. The interactables are listed starting from the left corner of the stage, to the right corner.

Helpful video. The one I was missing was the airplane in Metropolis museum. So obvious, and I missed it. When watching the video, I immediately knew that this must be in. Thanks.

This achievement is a tricky one you can told by seen that just about 16 people until now have it.
But for make the things easier If you already tried everything and is stucked I'll tell you right the way what you are missing: In Metropolys at the Museum destroy the enviroment and near the rocket launcher is the only interection that you are missing: a canister with coringas "ha ha ha" on It.

This trophy can be done in Practice Mode. Every Stage has object to interact with, you will recognize them with a little button located on the top corner in the screen, so basically you need to interact with them pressing with all objects across all stages.
Take in mind that some objects can be used only with some kind of characters, per example: Batman can spring off things like a normal type, but if holding down with will do a Gadget type and if backed into a corner, pressing away from the corner with will do a face smash.
The different characters are: Agile, Gadget & Power, Batman can do the Agile & Gadget interactions and Doomsday, Solomon or Bane can do the Power interactions. In short you need to play in all stages with both kind of players (Batman & Doomsday if you wish) and interact with all objects at less one time.
Also take note that some background damage will throw some objects like grenades and you need to interact with those too. There are 3 items cannot be obtained in Practice because you cannot destroy the background. Those 3 must be used in an actual battle (Batcave: Bombs and in the Metropolis Museum: RPG and Gas Tank).
When you are in the Arena/Stage select screen make sure you select Interactive Objects & Transitions On.
You can keep tracking of the Arenas And & Objects here (Thanks to HolyDiver375 for the Detailed List and a great tips about this trophy, also thanks to Jeevz for some easily missed interactions already in the Checklist):

The trophy is very annoying. Hope to get it in the process of knocking out platinum. If they still don’t give it, then you need to do the following:
Firstly, I would advise combining it with the TopRung trophy.
Secondly, and most importantly (and for some reason this is not in the video), MANY objects have 2 ways of influencing them. And not just 2 methods, but 2 methods for each class (for myself, I divided them into acrabats (Batman, Nightwing, Joker) and strongmen (Eagle, Superman, Grundy)).
EXAMPLE: I played as an eagle in the arena Stalker Island stage 2 (where some kind of lizard is being dragged in chains). At the right end of the arena there is something like a large computer (in the shape of a box). 1st method of influence: the eagle grabs the enemy and hits the ground; second: she takes this computer and hits the enemy with it. He was a Persian strongman. Next, an acrobat using the example of Batman. Same arena, same computer. 1st method: he bounces away from it: 2nd: he puts a bomb on it and jumps away, the computer explodes.
Such objects constitute approximately 30% of all existing ones.
So, you need to interact in every way. But how?
It's simple.
Normal interaction is when it lights up and we press .To carry out the 2nd method you need to press down + and the character will carry out an alternative way of interacting with the object.

Got it playing only as Batman!
I don’t know if this matters when receiving a trophy, but some interactive objects have 2 options for action (for example, a spotlight on the roof of Gotoma, in the first case Batman jumps, in the second he hits the enemy with his forehead against him)! I did the same option and the trophy came out without any problems.
