How to unlock the Natural Sprinter achievement in Jagged Alliance 3 - Definitive Guide
There are several different ways to get this achievement I tried 3 different ways personally and found my own full proof way to do it that is 100% replicable before I was actually able to Unlock it myself.
I used a full squad of 6 the only merc that is required is "IVAN" as he has a 3AP return skill for each kill obtained in a SINGLE turn. You want to have the MGL (grenade launcher) with the HE ammo equipped on Ivan, and travel to L8 on the map. This is a forced cutscene area of the game and you will have 30 seconds upon deploying into the map before a large group of legion enemy soldiers are spawned on the North-west area of the map. I would highly recommend saving immediately before entering the map (explained later) and directly upon entering Aswell as this is buggy and can trigger the achievement to not unlock resulting in loading save again and retrying. Once parallel with the buildings to the north-west next to the main golden statue and adjacent to the main mansion building, I intentionally blew up the car as it can blow up during combat taking kills away that we need for full AP gains. Upon the enemies spawning in I used two low leveled explosive mercs and hit the right group and then left group with either WW2 frag grenades (German or American), or you can use the underbarrel grenade launcher attachment Aswell. The goal is to damage both parties so that Ivan can take each group out in a single attack from his MGL which costs only 4Ap per attack. This will most certainly cause you to save exploit till you get best case scenario outcomes as with most TBS games require. Ivan starts with 14Ap, but we must use 8 and only 8AP (2 attacks) on the two groups located next to each other this will require using your other mercs Aswell to damage the strongest enemies I.E. legion leader with the horned headpiece by shooting him in the arms, legs to get him close to dying. I was able to kill all enemies in both groups except for one with Ivans MGL attacks and got a total of 39 AP out of a possible 42AP if done flawlessly but seeing as how we only need a total of 35Ap it leaves a little wiggle room for error. Once Ivan has enough Ap (35 or more) simply select the movement option and order Ivan in any direction and be sure to also end the turn for it to register.
It is important to note that I did this method twice both the exact same ways and the first time it did not unlock but by reloading a save on the world map before entering the sector and retrying again it unlocked upon my second attempt so if it is not unlocking for you, please attempt to try from the world map save as many of the achievements either do not unlock upon completion or seem to randomly unlock. I achieved this several times before it unlocked, and it should be flagged as buggy as most of the achievements for this game appear to be unfortunately.

Quick guide how to get the achievement without to much effort:
Required elements:
1) We need a merc with Hit and Run perk and knife - suggested one (worked for me) that is ready just after hiring is Shadow.
2) We need to make the character posses at least 18 AP on start of a turn (preferably 21+). Shadow has 13 AP just after hiring. If he is alone in the map he gets additional +4 AP. Good morale gives at least +1 AP. Using steroids +2 AP. Active resting in any city can give yet another +1. Its more than enough.
3) We need 1 strong enemy (that will not be eventually killed after 5 attacks using knife) or multiple weaker ones close to each other (closer than 5 fields). I personally did the achievement in Enemy Outpost close to Ille Morat - there are 5 hyenas closed within a fence. Once you open a fence they become hostile and its perfect place to do that achievement without trouble. It can also be done after cleaning the outpost from other enemies first.
Guide:
1) Merc with Hit and run perk start the fight being close to enemy (<=5 fields from enemy). In my case I opened the hyena cage.
2) Merc uses ALL 5 free movement possible to get to the enemy (in case enemy is closer than 5 fields from merc go there and forth to end up near the enemy after using all fee moves but without using actual AP).
3) Attack with knife (without increased accuracy) using 3AP. You should be granted 5 free movement AP again after the attack (regardless if you hit or miss)
4) Repeat steps 2-3 six times (each time using exactly 5 free movement AP and 3 AP for attacking with Knife).
5) 6x5 field movement + initial 5 free movement should give you achievement. It requires initial 18 AP for 6 knife attacks if you do everything perfectly. If you have more than 18 AP on merc you can make small mistakes in using exactly 5 free movement (you are able to use 5+1AP and still be able to attack 6 times).
