Pretty self explanitory achievement and can be done in chapter 1. Your rope does not have to be very long in order to do this, while hanging from a rope against a flat wall run left and right and hold 
as you reach the top of the wall run before you are forced back the other way.

Even following the guide, I needed to do over 10 times in order to let the achievement to unlock, very picky...

Somewhere near an edge, I did it in chapter 2, press RT to attach a rope. Descend a bit and start wall-running from left to right. Then place a piton with the x button near the edge. It may require a couple of tries.

What it wants you to do is, first put a piton in a wall somewhere (preferably do this by stand at an edge, placing one, then dropping over the edge), and now, in rappel mode, run back and forth like a pendulum on your piton. When at the height of either side of your running, place another piton in the wall with
