How to unlock the Old Raven achievement in Kingdom Come: Deliverance II - Definitive Guide
Follow the Marker to “Get to know Adjutant Michael”, this is the prison area. Next to this building, you’ll see 2 doors, one above the other. Go up the steps through the door (trespassing area) and directly behind this door is another. Make your way through this door (may need to be lock picked) and grab the keys on the table. Now leave this area and make your way through the door underneath. If it’s guarded, throw your stones to distract him and close the door behind you. In the first cell is a person, talk to him and choose the last option and you’ll get the achievement.

**Missable**
During the “Back in the Saddle” main quest you’ll find yourself in the deep south of the first map, at Nebakov Fortress. All seems well at the fortress, but as you ask around, Henry starts to get suspicious, leaving him nothing to do but investigate. This will lead to a couple of optional objectives:
- “Find out more about the Nebakov horses.”
- “Explore the fortress”
Now, in order to find the truth about the horses you need to do two things:
Firstly, inquire about where the horses come from when you sit down with Michael; and secondly, speak to Groom Peltzel outside near the stables and find out the truth about the horses. Now, the first one is easy, but the second one will require you to win a horse race against Peltzel if you fail a skill check when asking where the horses really came from.
Once you’ve done that the first optional objective will be completed, and the second will populate your list: “Explore the fortress.”
In order to complete the resulting optional objective, you need to a.) get the jail key from inside the main fortress tower (in the room opposite the door where you first enter - be careful as you’ll be trespassing); b.) sneak upstairs and inspect the armour (again, you’ll be trespassing, so be careful); and then c.) get into the jail (in the door underneath where you entered the actual fortress main building).
There is one issue: there’s a guy guarding the jail outer door. Now, you can persuade him to move by telling him Lord Jaromir is looking for him, but you’ll need to pass a skill check for that. If all else fails, sneak around behind him (on the opposite side of the camp there’s an entrance to a small tunnel that leads behind him) and knock him out, and then stash his body in that alleyway.
Then, when the coast is clear, sneak into the jail and speak to the one true Lord of Nebakov. Once you do, the ‘Old Raven’ achievement will unlock.
