How to unlock the Game Over achievement in Kingdom Come: Deliverance - Definitive Guide

Activity: Ring of Bacchus
Missable
Once you arrive at Sir Kuno's encampment for the first time, after talking to him go and find Jakey who will introduce you to the band's practice surrounding the Ring of Bacchus. This ring is passed on and stolen between the band as a sort of game with those who have the ring earning benefits such as not having to pay for drinks in taverns, for instance.

You'll now enter into a cycle where you'll steal the ring from different members of the band and return it to those who are asking for it.

As with most stealth-orientated quests in this game, its best that you approach at night (after 23:00) and knock out people in their sleep (will require a perk in the Stealth tree). When doing this ensure that all armour is removed so you are as silent as possible. However with the camp beds being so close, nearby people may sometimes wake up and attack you. In this case it may be best to improvise or possibly wait for another night when people may sleep in different beds within the camp.

Once the ring is in your possession for the first time, sleep in your bed in the camp for several hours, once you wake up you'll find you've lost possession of the ring. You'll then unlock a separate achievement.

However once you've unlocked this I'd recommend to reload your save as the path to the completion of the activity may differ from what I've set out in this guide. Instead, wait until the morning (07:00-08:00) and then turn the ring in to whoever is asking for it.

To break up the monotony, there are two moments where you don't steal the ring. The first is when the ring is in the possession of Stephan Fletching. He'll have hidden the ring and will give you a riddle which ultimately isn't that helpful. If Jakey is still in the band, go talk to him and you can reveal its location on the map by passing a charisma check or bribing him. Otherwise, head to the tree up the road (by where the band's horses are stationed) and search for a nest higher up. Shoot it down with an arrow and you'll find the ring in there.

Finally, Sir Kuno will ask for the ring to be returned to him from Petr Bearman. However this time you'll need to ask him to return the ring. He'll challenge you to a game of dice, which at this point will be very simple if you have the rigged die from the treasure across the map. Once the ring is returned to its rightful owner, Sir Kuno, the achievement will unlock.

The missable aspect of this achievement is that the activity will highly likely be failed if you reach the final quest with it incomplete, so wrap it up as soon as you arrive at the camp (and so that Jakey is still there to help with Stephan's portion).

The first time I acquired the ring I did as you said and slept, upon waking it was still in my inventory so I gave it to the Stone who asked me to steal for him. I then went on the first patrol before it was triggered for Stephan Fletching to to ask me to steal the ring, this I did but did not give it to him. It was on this second time sleeping that the ring was removed from me and the achievement popped. I talked to Jakey as you suggested but there was no option but to ask if he knew who stole it. In fact they all had this option and it was the Stone who came clean. The Stone then offered me a chance to solve the riddle via multiple choice, my first answer was wrong but he allows you to try again, this time I was correct and he gave me the ring. (I don't know how many try's he would allow you by the way)
So maybe the "To break up the monotony" part of the activity you write about is random.

PS, in addition to my comment, I forgot to mention that I am playing on PC (Steam). The achievement is still the same and I do not think the game play would differ across platforms to give different solutions.

It does seem to be pretty random at points with how it works. I have had that situation with the Stone, failed it and then had to reload, which is why I said to try and follow what I put (that may not always be possible it seems). This solution was posted on the day the DLC came out so I will edit it if further concrete information comes to light. I honestly had a bit of a headache writing it all up. Hopefully you got the achievement still, this was the only annoying achievement in a relatively easy DLC.

This achievement is actually very simple and will take around 30 mins. I recommend doing this in 1 sitting while everyone is at your camp.

After speaking with the stone and starting the quest he will ask you to steal the ring and deliver it to him. I stole it from Dangler by pickpocketing (friendly neighbour perk really helps) .

Now after you have delivered it sleep for 2 hours. Start talking to each of the band and 1 of them will have a unique dialogue about the ring and they will request you steal it for them. Steal it, deliver it to them then sleep for 2 hours. Repeat this process of stealing/delivering the ring and resting 2 hours.

The only member which poses a little problem is Fletching. He hides the ring in a birds nest, high up a dead tree (left of the main path). Make a saveUse your bow to shoot the nest and make sure you never take your eye off the nest. When I shot the nest it rolled down the hill at high speed for quite a distance.

Once most of the members have asked you to steal and deliever the ring for them talk to kuno, look for the special dialogue and he will ask you to get the ring back to end the game once and for all. Now its just a simple case of winning a dice game.

Deliver the ring to kuno and the achievement will pop.

The key to getting this out the way is doing this in one sitting, rest for 2 hours after delivering the ring then talking to each person and find out who wants it next.

1) We take the quest from the “stone” and go look for the ring, it is from the “rake”, we defeat him in a duel and take the ring.
2) In a couple of hours, Stefan’s quest will continue, we agree to steal or make a “sleeping potion” (Lullaby), take it and do it.
3) We return to the camp a couple of hours later, this time we are told to steal the ring from Stefan, if we ask around in the camp, only the Stone will say something useful. In general, we go a little west of the camp to a tree and knock down the nest with a bow.
4) We give the ring back again and return to the camp in a couple of hours, this time we will have to steal the ring from one of the brothers and steal it precisely because there is a bug or shortcoming in the fist fight, even if you anger him. (The massive problem is due to the fact that Henry can hit one of the brothers once, either in the camp to take the ring through a fist fight, or at the mill in the 2nd task, obviously a flaw).
5) After a couple of hours we talk with Kuno, he says that he is tired of all this and wants to return the ring, for this we go to the second brother, who was given the ring, and win it in dice.
6) We return to Kuno, congratulations, the quest is completed and the achievement is yours.
