How to unlock the Information Junkie achievement in Knights Contract - Definitive Guide

I've created and posted a guide to this achievement and the other two "acquire all" achievements here on x360a. With formatting and all, I think it'd be better to just link to it rather than post the entire thing here.

The link does not work and it would be nice to have the entire list of all collection items here. So i had to give it a negative. But gladly change it if you can post all the collectables here.

The trophy will unlock when you've picked up every Lost Page. There are a total of 50 Lost Pages.

Please refer to the Collectibles Guide for the locations of all Lost Pages, Equipments, and Witchcraft's.

Collection items are small glowing golden items on the floor hidden in each episode (a few are Witchcraft and a few are equipment, both of which look like coloured mist rather than golden items). You can see how many there are in each episode on the episode select screen. Dimmed lights under the episode portrait are items you have yet to collect, bright lights indicate items you have collected. Refer to this guide for the collection items locations.
