How to unlock the Wisdom and Courage achievement in Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess - Definitive Guide
This achievement sounds more intimidating than it is. It's not a speedrun to reach the end of the game. Instead each boss fight is segmented and you need to get a TOTAL time under 20 minutes so that means you can go back and refight bosses to get a better time.
Each boss fight has it's own par time you need to finish under for a challenge so if you get each fight under their respected par times then you'll get this achievement no problem. You'll want to come back to this after doing the great shrine passage and fully rebuilding every base to get more crystals as you'll need a ton.
What I did for each fight was make as many Sorcerors as possible and have the class at atleast level 5 for the "greatly increases incantation speed" as the more sorcerors there are, the faster the incantation speed. It deals massive amount of damage to the bosses.
You can't just rely on the sorcerors though as it won't one shot the bosses so you'll need to do some damage yourself. You'll want to have atleast 2 Mazo Talismans upping Sohs strength and the Genbus Might Tsuba Guard as it instantly staggers every boss.
For the 1v1 fight with Bupposo, you'll need every bit of strength talismans you have since you can't use villagers to help. I recommend having max crystals and the Sacred Tamagushi talisman which makes crystals = strength.
You don't need to do par time on every boss for this achievement as I still had 2 fights left to get par on when I got this.

No. As long as the total times between all the bosses is less than 20 minutes. You can keep retrying bosses as much as you want to get a better times.

The Great Shrine Passage is a level
which includes 7 consecutive boss fights, and this achievement is to beat all 7 bosses of this level in a total of 20 minutes, despite the description is misleading as it says speed run of a playthrough.
You can attempt this while advancing your progress, however it's way better to do this after beating the story
as powerful Tsuba Guard moves are unlocked upon completing the story, making this a breeze. Also Sorcerer should be upgraded to level 5 before attempting this, it costs 65 Musubi to fully upgrade the role but you shouldn't have any problems for this after completing the story.
Strategy
1. Assign villagers as many as possible to Sorcerers for the super weapon charge before the each fight
2. Once the boss fights start, run to boss and cast 3 Tsuba Guard moves one by one, while doing punishing attacks in the middle
3. Run to the dragon shrine to get temporary invulnerability and run back to boss to do damage
4. When the super weapon is ready, immediately use it
5. If any boss doesn't die yet, stay away from it while waiting for the next charge of the super weapon
6. Repeat No.5 until the boss dies
Tsuba Guards
Byakko's Claws
Taaion's Lightning
Seiryu's Gale
Mazo Talismans
No. 66 Faultless: Chozusha Basins (Dragon Shrines) also make Yoshiro Invulnerable
No. 53 Happiness and Anger: Make villagers more powerful by reducing Soh's attack damage
No. 26 Decoy Buddha: Nullifies Soh's damage for the very first hit
No. 1 Synergy: Charge all 3 Tsuba Guards moves simultaneously (Shown by my video)
No. 18 Sacred Tamagushi: Increase Soh's attack power by the proportion of current crystals possession
No. 9 Nyorai: Greatly increases Soh's attack power
Taking Advantage of The Game System
Progress of this level gets automatically saved when entering boss areas, if you spend too much time or get hit while going for the objectives, die and let it restart to the boss fight since there is no option to reload a previous checkpoint and no penalty to die and retry
Boss Fights Details and Reference Times (I replace their official Japanese names to simplify the recognition of them, time stamps are taken from my videos)
1. Giant Centipede 1:42-3:20 1min38s
Run to each lantern and assign villager to lit them all to fully reveal his weak spots, it should die instantly. I activated the dragon shrine for invulnerability in the middle to avoid possible hits during the progress
2. Giant Ant 4:42-6:10 1min28s
Run to the back of it to hit its weak spot, always stay near his rear
3. Giant Samurai 6:58-7:44 46s
Nothing particular
4. Giant Baby 0:30-2:00 1min30s
He will do a unblockable water wave attack after executing the first punishing attack on him, run to the dragon shrine for invulnerability to nullify damage on Yoshiro. You don't have to use the cannons
5. Giant Dragon Tree 3:32-6:42 3min10s
So far the first boss may hit you and Yoshiro easily, and possible time loss because the super weapon from sorcerers don't do damage him at all, you will have to hit him until he dies while he lands on ground after 3 Tsuba Gaurd moves. Some times the super weapon can still hit him to ground though.
After the start run to the right side edge to avoid his swiping attack, and dodge his charge attack. After he lands on ground, do 2 ground Tsuba Guard moves. You will have to wait for him to land on ground again, he won't move until the figure tentacle finish 2 attacks, and another 3 ground spike attacks may happen before or after that. If enemy minions emerge, run to the dragon shrine all the way right to protect Yoshiro. The super weapon can still kill all minions to protect Yoshiro. Too bad I touched the Torii gate's corruption and then got hit immediately by his swiping attack when staying left side there, it saves you the first time with the mazo talisman but if you are at the center when he does that charge attack, Yoshiro will surely get hit.
6. Giant Spear Guy 8:04-9:44 1min40s
The 2nd boss may hit you easily, if his combos hit you right after/before any Tsuba Guards, if that happens, die and retry.
7. Giant Crab 0:55-2:15 1min20s
He will do a unblockable flying attack but it's easily dodged by avoiding his route
Total Boss Fights time of my video= 1min38s + 1min28s + 46s + 1min30s + 3min10s + 1min40s + 1min20s = 11min32s
My Videos:(Still I am waiting for TA to upload all of them to Youtube so they don't get removed by Microsoft) TA clips scan worked perfectly now, I will replace the links once they appear on Youtube
You can use the same strategy for individual boss fights, or try switching to other Tsuba Guards moves, Happy hunting! I will answer any questions in the comment section, if you have something to add please also comment, thanks in advance

This means defeating all bosses so quickly that the total time to complete their stages is 20 minutes or less. You can simply replay boss levels to improve your completion timer. For platinum, you will need level challenges anyway, bosses are also included in them, so you will automatically knock out this trophy.
