This will be done just before finding the Gluer in Fivetropolis.
This puzzle has pressure plates on two sides of a gap, each with about 2 seconds they’ll stay pressed. You’ll have to aim and send dicey down one side using LT+RB and run down the other side with Even. Once all plates are down simultaneously, the door will open and the achievement will pop.
Additionally, I got the achievement for all puzzles right when I finished this puzzle.

Story-Related.
In Fivetropolis, you'll come to a story-related button puzzle that you'll need to complete before you can progress forward. There are 7 buttons: 3 on the left, 3 on the right, and 1 at the "top". The goal is to step on all 7 buttons before they start to light back up.
Stand on the single button "on top". Call Dicey to either your left or right (

). When you are ready, place a marker for Dicey at the end of whichever side he's on so he runs over all 3 buttons. You'll run along the otherside with him (don't forget to sprint). You'll need to be quick, but if you've done it in time, the achievement will unlock.
