Madden NFL 10

You can do it in the scenarios of games from the past (and not in the 5 min qtrs all-pro difficulty)
Just choose and scenario that needs you to score a TD catch in the final seconds and in less than 2 mins you have it

I got mine in the first madden moment scenario which was the Super Bowl. I drove the field and with 15 seconds left I threw a td to hines ward

This was, at first, very difficult to do. However, there is a much, much easier way than I thought to do this. Using two controllers, set up a game between which ever teams you want. Make sure the difficulty is All-Pro, and 5 minute Quarters. You're going to want to turn on UNLIMITED Rewinds. Finally, you're going to want to turn the play clock off.

Now, the actual game. With the second controller (the one NOT getting the achievement), kick a field goal to gain three points.

Using QB Kneel (found in the Play Type > Clock Management plays), go to the two minute warning at the end of the 4th quarter. The achievement-earning controller should have the ball. Drive up the field, stopping somewhere within the ten yards to goal mark. If you have to, go out of bounds to stop the clock.

You should have a first down, so use another QB Kneel, and set up the next play, which is Spike Ball (also in clock management). Let the defense choose whichever play it wants. When the clock goes UNDER 30 seconds, tap A, and let the QB spike the ball into the ground, stopping the clock.

Now, this is probably the hardest part. Throw a touchdown to take the lead. If you screw up, use the rewind function, and then use the second controller, to move towards the line of scrimmage, causing a encroachment penalty. Accept the penalty, and you'll move closer to the goal, and at the same time, reset the rewind function. Keep doing this, and you essentially have unlimited rewinds, which is NOT in the Madden Moment scenarios.

After you finally catch a TD pass, the achievement should then unlock.

MAJOR TIP:
Do NOT use Super Sim until the end of the game then attempt this, the achievement will NOT unlock.

You have to wait it out until the last quarter. Just give the other team a safety then wait until the end of the game and throw a pass for a touchdown, your receiver doesn't have to be inside the end zone and catch it, you just have to throw the ball to him and make sure he makes it to the end zone for the touchdown.
