How to unlock the You're Hired achievement in METAL GEAR RISING: REVENGEANCE - Definitive Guide
The video is not mine. All credit goes to Seraphim17. The boss is extremely hard, but with the dodge move, it's more manageable. Make sure you taunt a lot, to get the damage boost. Also, keep in mind that you do get a checkpoint, halfway through the fight, which will be a life saver.
I also recommend doing this on hard.

This is the lesser of the two hard trophies. Don't be fooled by how he was in Raiden's campaign, he's a lot harder to take down here, especially when going for no damage. While it's possible to do on Revengeance difficulty, it's best to do this on Hard as the difference in the two is vast and it's much easier to perform on Hard. Perform this task and you'll earn the trophy at the battle results screen.

This is the most pain-inducing trophy of all the DLC trophies. The average time to receive it, judging by the forum, is 9 hours. It’s best to get it on Hard, there are fewer nerves and Armstrong flies around the arena (on Hard 2-3 times, on Revenge 6-7). You don’t have to watch YouTube, glitches and quick-kill freebies don’t work. I wasted two days on them. Just practice and reflexes.
During flights, the easiest way is to dodge directly at Amstrong, long animation, less chance of screwing up.
Depending on what condition you strike, there will be different attacks. In yellow - lights and cracks in the earth, in red - circular AOE.
The first stage is the simplest. Lock on the target, taunt, dodge to the left of the fire and jump up with a blow. If you did everything correctly, land behind Amstrong and you can k-draw, he will begin the rift animation. Do it 2 more times and dodge the fire, then you will have time to do 1 more k-draw. Up to 50% it remains to deliver two more such blows..
He will 99.9% start the second stage with a running start. The glitch to replace the attack worked only once (!) in a day of attempts, and then it used lights, and not a rift, as in the video I found. I went through the entire second part only through endless dodges and simple strikes, I managed to use the k-draw only 2 times, since in the second part of the battle he flies around the arena 70% of the time, and 30% runs yellow after Sam.

during his flight, it is easier to dodge to the side, and during the capture STRICTLY to the side, in no case back, between his attacks he used TP 1 TIME. taunting is easier to do after flying. q draw, safe only during the rift animation, applies to phase 2, everything is easier on phase 1.

I would like to add that you can wait until he stops with his back (usually after driving through and a series of grabs) and so on 4 times (under taunt q draw deals 11.2% (without taunting 4.6%). The rest can be knocked down with regular blows. And do backup save, because there is a checkpoint in the second phase immediately after you remove all HP (qte after the checkpoint). (he has the same lock and targets you, so he sometimes ricochets off the edges of the arena).
