How to unlock the Derailed achievement in Metro Last Light - Definitive Guide

There are total 3 big Rooms, 2 little Rooms, a Floor and a Tunnel to clear. In the big 3 Rooms you have Alarmtriggers that be actived by the Enemies to call reinforcements.
In the first big Room is 1 Trigger, in the 2nd big Room is 1 again and in the last big Room are 2 Triggers.
The Enemies trigger the Alarms automatically but make sure you hear the Alarm when you fight in this 3 Rooms!.
Before you go to the next Area make sure you have kill all Enemies. Look in every dark Corner, behind every Crate etc. Sometimes a Enemie spawns when you kill all others in this Area.
I make a Video with all Locations which you have to clear for the Achievements. I cut the Fights for a "short" Video, the last Fights / Tunnel is in the Video.

I found 2 guys in the first bi room who just crouch down and hide, they won't shoot at you. Make sure you sweep for them before leaving.

This achievement can be a little tricky due to one hidden room that has a couple of enemies. In the room where the second collectable is found the room with the piano. There is a room off to the right at the end of this room is a door. Open the door and there are three enemies in here make sure to kill them.
Also make sure that in each big area you hear an alarm, make some noise to alert the guards so they will bring out the heavy guys. In the last big area i had them trip the alarm twice so make sure that you trip it twice in that area. The area with the last collectable.
EDIT: Thanks for pointing that out about the unarmed enemy. Just kill everyone who is trying to kill you.

What Archvile says is correct. Ignore that unarmed guy. I even tried knocking him out and I still did not get the achievement.

As you start the Revolution, you have two options, the non-hostile route of knocking everyone out and sneaking past. Or the hostile route which is required for this achievement/trophy. Once you start the level, you need to kill everyone accept the unarmed NPCs. Remember that the key requirements for this is to kill everyone who has a gun and wants you dead. You also need to make sure the alarm sounds so reinforcements are called in.
There are several sections to this station, so make sure you explore all of them. There are three main areas to this station, and two sub sections. If you raise the alarm in one section, the other sections will not become hostile if you enter them. So make sure you explore everywhere before you proceed. Just remember that if you go through the fan vents in the second area, there's no way to return to the first area.

The achievement is honestly pretty straight forward but there are probably two things that can screw people up.
The first is a side area on the far right side of the first big room. There are two ways into this side area, you can either enter through an open vent in the far corner, there is a light on it, and you have to make a small jump from one part to the other, or you can continue along until you see a metal door with a switch further along there should be a guard sitting nearby. In this area you will find several enemies, at least one journal entry and one music instrument, a piano.
The second issue people might have is if they try to stealth their way through the level. The problem with this tactic is that in at least two if not three of the open rooms, there are heavy guards stationed behind closed doors, so if you don't make a lot of noise and alert them, they will remain behind the doors, and I don't believe you can open them yourself.
The only other advice I can give, is for the last area, after you take out two guys talking, one in a turret, you have to go and wait for a door to open, with four heavy infantry coming through. My advice is to wait on the side, hiding, wait until all four pass you, and then quickly throw two or three grenades, if you get lucky they will kill all four, but at minimum you should take a couple, and stun the others, allowing you to finish them off with a burst of machine gun fire.

This level is riddled with enemies. It is a good idea to attempt to stealthily kill as many enemies as possible, then make your appearance known so the remaining enemies can call reinforcements. You can kill them however you wish, just as long as they die. Check every area/room to ensure every enemy dies. The three main areas are the areas that are able to call reinforcements. The reinforcements are large armored enemies. Do not knock out any enemies when you come in close, doing so will void the achievement. The achievement will unlock when you kill the final enemy.
