How to unlock the Mythical Keeper achievement in Monster Sanctuary - Definitive Guide
Very much an end-game achievement, with some very tough battles. Fortunately, unlike the champion battles, you don't need to worry about getting a five-star rating here, you just need to win.
The Legendary Keepers are found in the Magma Chamber (the red zone on the map) and you must find the area by using the 'levitate large rocks' ability. For a map reference;

There is a teleport point here, so you can come and go. The keepers themselves are statues and you must challenge them all and win. Once they are defeated, the statue will shine so you will know which you have finished. There are twenty-five in total, so you will be here a while. They are all maximum level, 42.
Personally, I used a buffed Brutus with Kanko and Bard doing said buffing (Kanko is also great at damage and Bard heals). You will have six monsters in total, but most fights I got through with just these three because an incredibly buff Brutus will take down most enemies in a single slap. In reserve I had Krakaturtle (amazing shielding) and Aazerach. The third slot I kept rotating around to try out new monsters. This means you can probably do even better than I did, as I was able to do this whilst faffing about.
The most important thing to do is to pinpoint the most dangerous enemy and kill it with Brutus first. This can make all the difference between an easy win and a complete loss. Usually the most deadly are the Catzerkers (cats with swords). If you don't deal with them quickly, their bleed stacks will obliterate you. Bleed is definitely a favourite of several of these keepers - Bard is able to remove some of these stacks, but don't let them build up.
As an opener, I start with Kanko and use 'Shroud'. This adds agility, giving you 20% chance to dodge, which will help take less damage on the opening round. This is important because you only get two goes, instead of three, when you go first. The second choice then is to use Brutus' self-shield, which means his next attack will do more damage. Then the enemy will go. You should be able to survive this without too much stress. With Kanko now use 'Mythic', which adds regeneration. With Bard use 'Riot', it will adds mountains of Might. Make sure you *always* add the buffs *before* you attack with Brutus. Their main function is actually to add strength to him, as his attack increases for every buff on him. Now, your first attack, should easily kill a single enemy in one hit. (My Kanko and Bard were dark shifted, while Brutus was light shifted).
There were only two I found very frustrating and a massive pain, and in both cases the keeper spams the same monster. One spammed all Spectre (flaming skeleton). Not the worst, but they are strong against physical damage, which meant I had to change my team completely to find magically strong monsters instead. The other used all Qilin (damnable ponies!), which are a nightmare as they build up charge stacks like crazy. To deal with the ponies, I entered battle immediately with Aazerach and used blind and on them all (any monster capable of blind should work), which causes the strongest charged hits to miss. They are not very well defended and will die quickly, you just need to survive the charge-doom-stacks.
I just found a complete list of keepers on the Monster Sanctuary wiki. I did the achievement without this list, but if you are struggling it may help you out.

Small notice: There was a small quest here, where one of the statues had a key for another room in the Magma Chamber. In there you find a dog, bring it back to the statue for a small reward. I do not believe it is necessary for this achievement, however.
Edit:
As mentioned above, there really is no 'you must do it this way' rule to this, but I can verify that this team worked very well for me for all but one of the battles here (the one being all magical skeletons). I definitely did not fine-tune my set-up, you can definitely do better than me. The final monster, again as mentioned, was constantly rotated with different monsters just to try out - that's how flexible this is. But as requested in the comments, here are screenshots of the skills for each monster I used. I included a list of items I was using (again, definitely plenty of room for improvement - for example, Bard had all instruments for the achievement, which I never bothered to switch), which were all +5. Remember, you can purchase materials from the shop right next to the blacksmith.
Kanko

Thorn Tendril | Totem | Coat | Cape
Brutus

Shuriken | Mana Ring | Omni Ring | Crit Ring
Bard

Harp | Drum | Ocarina | Tambourine
Just a note here. You *definitely* want Minnesong with Bard, *not* Life Wave. Usually mass heal, like Life Wave, is the superior option in my opinion, but it doesn't remove bleeds/blind/tether. These keepers love to use bleed, so Minnesong is the far better option.
Aazerach

Wand | Diadem | Brooch | Mage Flask
Krakaturtle

Orb | Hood | Sun Pendant | Drum
Just to say about Krakaturtle's shielding ability. The fire shield gives your team shields and adds burn to the enemies. One of the skills also gives your team additional shielding every time an enemy is burnt. Use shield sharing abilities and very quickly, everyone's shields will skyrocket. So this means I had full shields by the end of several fights if I used Krakaturtle!!
Video
Following is a short video just to show the opening rounds to give a clear indication to how quickly this can work in your favour. You can clearly see the charge stack on Brutus, Bard removing bleeds, all that buffing. Brutus will one shot most with just a heavy punch - but if not, then the ultimate skill, godly strikes, will (as it increases damage per buff). Incidentally, I used all this to also five-star the champions - pre-casual mode updates.

@ICE Faux Pirate - EDIT: Okay, I figured out why there is a difference in strength there. My Brutus was wearing the Ancestral Medal when I took the pictures. That is the reward you get *after* beating all the keepers. When I started to write down the items I had equipped, I changed the medal out - so the video you see is using the Crit Ring and not the Ancestral Medal. Since the medal isn't available until after completion, my attack stat would have been the same as yours on my attempts. You could *definitely* replace the Crit Ring with an item that grants more attack! The items were definitely not min-maxed properly and there is a lot of room for improvement there!
And yeah. The catzerkers are a nightmare. As mentioned in the guide, bleed is a favourite of these keepers and the catzerkers are the worst offenders. On the very first round, kill the cats first and foremost. This makes the difference between an easy win and a catastrophic failure. Make sure you use Bard and have his skills set up correctly, he will remove a number bleed/tether/blind stacks with every action and his Minnesong also removes them as well as heals.
So long as you get rid of the catzerker, even if their bleeds do manage to kill the first three of yours, you can enter with the krakaturtle, who has the incredible fire shielding. It won't protect you from the bleeds though, so you need to kill the cats first, no matter what. If you then enter with krakaturtle and Aazerach - you'll be able to outlast the enemy using fire shield (burn damage on them, shielding yourself) and blinding them, so they cannot even hit you much of the time!
If you check out the short video, maybe it would help see the initial set up. Only on the second round should you be ready to attack after all buffs are made to Brutus. He will have several charge stacks, might stacks and the additional damage shield for that first hit to annihilate a single enemy - that being catzerkers.

Would you be able to possibly send pics or links to the pics of your skill trees for the characters you used?
