*Decrease CPU's gamesliders(mostly just its shooting success and frequency)

I managed to get this while allowing 2 points due to goal tending with 1:39 remaining. Achievement still unlocked so I assume you have to stop them from scoring baskets. Coulda been just dumb luck on my part tho...

The only setting that matters for this achievement is the quarter length. 5 minute quarters are minimum for this achievement.
Other then that, you can turn off all NBA rules, and turn User/Computer Sliders up/down.
Should be done with the "Smothering" achievement.
With shot clock off, you can hold the ball as long as you like. Hold the ball for the final two minutes of the game.
